Gloria Vanderbilt, the iconic New York socialite and 'poor little rich girl' from one of America's gilded age families, has died at the age of 95 after a brief battle with stomach cancer. Her death was announced on Monday by her son, CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, who revealed that she died at home, surrounded by friends and family. 'She was ready. She was ready to go,' Cooper said through tears in an emotional obituary package which aired on CNN. 'What an extraordinary life. What an extraordinary mom and what an incredible woman,' he said at the end of it.

An interesting woman. Her jeans have been my onlys for years. Great quality, great fit, great colors, great price. I think they are still under $20 at Costco where they have been staples for a long time. If anyone publishes a photo of me in hospital during my last illness, I shall haunt them forever...

Anderson got the nose but he certainly missed the attraction for the opposite sex. His left leaning politics reflects his attempt to cover this up!!

She may have been incredible, but not incredible enough to avoid birthing a misfit son.

About 20 years ago - - a friend of mine bought the marketing rights to the Gloria Vanderbilt name. Unfortunately - - the commercial value of her name had dissipated and he never made much money on the deal. From what he told me - - she was a very kind lady. RIP Little Rich Girl.

One has to wonder why he posted that video of his mother after she worked so hard in her life to try to stop the aging process on her face. She was pumped full of fillers and had a 60 year old face at age 90. And then her son goes and spoils it all....

I didn't watch the video. Even though Anderson Cooper released it for viewing, I felt it was an invasion of her privacy. There is nothing more private than someone in the dying process. I'll just say RIP Ms. Vanderbilt.

Her jeans are great—made for real women, not stick figures. I will always appreciate her for that. Also, she really did have a rotten childhood—money cannot buy happiness. Very sad in that regard—no child should go through that. She seemed to be an ok lady, kept her politics to herself as far as I know. And, she lost her other son to suicide—unimaginable! Anderson seemed to really adore her. RIP.

Those with big egos tend to be overly sensitive to criticism, and well, judging by the way the folks at CNN reacted Tuesday evening to President Donald Trump’s presidential election re-launch, they must have egos bigger than life itself. As the crowd began chanting “CNN sucks” and the president panned the media for their poor ratings, the left-wing network quickly cut away from the rally to begin its daily airing of grievances. Some reports suggest that MSNBC also cut away from the event. Our President is speaking In Florida, but you can’t watch it on CNN or MSNBC.

During the first two years of the administration Sarah Sanders has stood firmly in support of President Trump and fearlessly faced a hostile and ideologically corrupt media. Tonight Trump supporters had the opportunity to say thank you. The crowd delivered a rousing standing ovation while shouting: “Sarah, Sarah, Sarah”…. WATCH:

The Democratic Party “has become more radical, more dangerous, and more unhinged than at any point in the modern history of our country,” President Trump said on Tuesday night. In a no-holds-barred speech in Orlando, Florida kicking off his re-election campaign, Trump lashed out at the Democratic Party, hitting it particularly hard on the issue of border security.“No matter what label they use, a vote for any Democrat in 2020 is a vote for the rise of radical socialism and the destruction of the American dream,” he told the packed 20,000-seat Amway Center, where according to local media some supporters had been lining up since Monday morning.

President Trump's rally on Tuesday to officially launch his 2020 campaign for re-election was a tour-de-force. The twenty thousand people in the arena, along with the thousands of people outside watching on jumbo screens were all on the same page: He has been a great President these past two and a half years and they want more of the same. The crowd was excited, happy, and phenomenally supportive of the President, much to the chagrin of the angry left. And boy are they angry. They have lost any semblance of tolerance or open-mindedness. The radicalized American Left is now motivated by one thing,

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden held a fundraiser Monday night in a $34 million New York City penthouse. Close to 200 wealthy supporters of Biden drank wine and took in the Central Park view from investment billionaire Jim Chanos’s three-story, 7,800 sq. ft. home, reported The Washington Examiner. They were apparently unfazed by liberal protesters gathered outside, chanting about global warming and the need to ban fracking. “You are putting me in a position to be able to compete nationally,” Biden told his supporters, later boasting that he has raised $20 million in just two months. The fundraiser cost $2,800 per person.

It’s striking how quickly the culture can change. Just a short time ago, surely few would’ve believed that a common viewpoint — that it would be unfair to let guys take away athletic victories from girls by allowing them to compete in women’s sports — would be labeled the result of an irrational fear. Yet here we are: What was considered common sense and common goodness is now a symptom of mental illness. “Transphobia” has gotten so much traction, in fact, that Brazil just criminalized it — it’s punishable by a half decade in prison.
