DOJ Admits FBI Never Saw
Crowdstrike Report on DNC
Russian Hacking Claim

Original Article

The foundation for the Russian election interference narrative is built on the claim of Russians hacking the servers of the Democrat National Committee (DNC), and subsequently releasing damaging emails that showed the DNC worked to help Hillary Clinton and eliminate Bernie Sanders. Despite the Russian ‘hacking’ claim the DOJ previously admitted the DNC would not let FBI investigators review the DNC server. Instead the DNC provided the FBI with analysis of a technical review done through a cyber-security contract with Crowdstrike.

I have been posting for nearly three years that the "Russian hacking" story is a complete hoax - - just like all the rest of the Hillary-created lies about Russian interference. There was NO Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election - - NONE - - it's all a big fat lie.

They want to talk about who took the emails instead of their content. The emails showed disdain for their own voters, showed how they rigged against Bernie, and more damaging stuff.

When Hillary Clinton after her loss on the very first day after her defeat mentioned Russian collusion the table was set for the hoax to begin. It was planned and hatched by Clinton and the assisting FBI. The Steele dossier was so crudely written that from the first time I read what it was about I suspected Clinton or some crony concocting it. A dreamed up crime that the FBI if they call themselves investigators had looked left instead of right at Trump they could have snared Hillary Clinton or Nellie Ohr for the 'dossier'. It was and is too easy to catch these bad actors.

It's very interesting that whenever this garbage, hacking, collusion, obstruction, essentially the whole media raison d'etre, gets into a court and is exposed to examination, it does NOT stand up. It's all JV justice, rumor and innuendo. If CrowdStrike produced this "draft" report, and part of the prosecution is based on the "hacking" they say happened, get their people into the court to testify and have expert witnesses to tear them apart. As indicated, there are strong indications that this data could NOT have been stolen as they claim. Download speeds are simply not fast enough. Now it looks like the counter evidence to an inside man downloading it to a thumb drive is ephemeral. If it was an inside man, the Russian meme falls apart and external people have no guilt. All that needs to happen is unbiased people need free access to evidence and this whole thing will explode.

The Intelligence agencies are far too corrupted to function properly. A large part of the problem is that they are civilians, who are very difficult to manage, discipline, or terminate. I think all Intelligence functions should be a part of the military, staffed by uniformed officers. People can joke about military inefficiency all they want- $50 hammers, or whatever (mandated by the GSA)- but the military gets the job done! Military officers take their oaths of office seriously, and are easily removed if they fail or become corrupt. Get rid of the corrupt, bloated, civilian agencies, get better Intelligence services, and save money!

In every police academy in the US, much within the FBI academy at Quantico, evidentiary chain-of-custody is taught as the bedrock foundation for all criminal prosecutions. I suppose that following the lead of our current law enforcement standards at the DOJ and FBI, the law enforcement academies can now toss out the very detailed course material as no longer necessary.

This is interesting: FTA: Suspecting they could prove the Russian hacking claim was false, lawyers representing Roger Stone requested the full Crowdstrike report on the DNC hack. When the DOJ responded to the Stone motion they made a rather significant admission. Not only did the FBI not review the DNC server, the FBI/DOJ never even saw the Crowdstrike report. So it was their attack on Roger Stone that ended up bringing out this important bit of information..,, Talk about a boomerang!

Re #7, there’s more: The FBI and DOJ were only allowed to see a “draft” report prepared by Crowdstrike, and that report was redacted… and that redacted draft is the “last version of the report produced”; meaning, there are no unredacted & final versions. No final report...

Crowdstrike's report is posted on their site and provides good technical details on the methods that were used by Cozy Bear and Fancy Bear to infect common Windows executables like pagemgr.exe and Powershell.exe with malicious code to gather info from the DNC site. What's interesting is that they were well known to the computer security community and had been detected as intruders on a vast number of commercial and government sites. There is actually no smoking gun evidence that either Russian group has direct ties to the Russian state intelligence agencies but it is assumed they wouldn't be allowed to function without state knowledge and approval. They don't even coordinate between themselves and often redundantly hit the same targets. I'm sure there are similar actors based in China, Iran, Israel, Ukraine, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, UK, France, Germany, Australia, and Africa. The FBI may have accepted the Crowdstrike report because they lacked the technical means to dig any deeper even if they had gotten access to the DNC servers. It should not come as a surprise that hacking goes on everyday for high value targets like political parties. The only surprise is that the DNC refused to harden their system after an intrusion and then tried to exploit it by conflating it with the bogus narrative of Trump being part of the Russian effort.

I'm a little confused. If the FBI were investigating criminal activity, what does it mean that the DNC would not "let" the FBI review the server? With a warrant from a judge, I thought the FBI could investigate just about anyone. Apparently I was wrong, and there are some who are above the law and will not "let" the FBI look at evidence.

And Hellary/DNC knew that Seth Rich had actually been the source of the "Russian hack emails", from the beginning. And they had him murdered for it. How much longer before this become so obvious that it can no longer be covered up or ignored?

Terminal 1 at LAX was evacuated early Thursday due to residual problems from a major power outage that lasted for nearly four hours Wednesday night. Terminal 1, home to Southwest Airlines, was evacuated just before 6 a.m. due to problems with passengers and baggage not being properly rescreened. Airport officials decided Thursday to clear the terminal and rescreen all passengers by the TSA. Officials said LAX Airport police had to clear the terminal before all guests could be rescreened, a process they estimated would take an hour. In the meantime, all arriving passengers coming in to Terminal 1 were being held on their planes until rescreening resumes.

Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke took an unconventional approach to reaching out to African-American voters Friday, meeting with a small group representing a community of slave descendants in South Carolina and saying white Americans do not know the full story of slavery. O'Rourke spent Friday at a Baptist church in Beaufort, S.C., where the former Texas congressman met with leaders of the Gullah/Geechee Nation, a culture of coastal slave descendants whose separation from the mainland allowed them to retain much of their African heritage, including a unique dialect and skills such as cast-net fishing and basket weaving.
