U.S. embassies defying Trump admin by
flying ‘gay pride’ flag: ‘This is category

The U.S. diplomatic corps, much of which hails from far-Left Ivy League institutions, has been the most defiant when it comes to obeying POTUS Donald Trump’s policies, as evident by the fact that several American embassies have hoisted the “gay pride” rainbow flag in defiance of the president. After the Trump administration formally denied requests from multiple United States embassies to hoist the LGBT flag in honor of “Pride Month,” several of them, along with other diplomatic missions, are doing it anyway.

A few high-profile firings in foggy-bottom would get their attention! There HAS to be accountability in all branches of government or we have free-for-all like this!

Fire every last one of the diplomatic corps that won't take orders immediately. I am completely fed up with the LGBT movement forcing themselves on the rest of us and especially our children in schools. We are not bothering you so just leave the rest of us the HELL alone and live your own lives.

The diplomatic corps is heavily populated by swamp creatures. Clean house. The small vocal band of gay pride militants can make noise, but there is not a vote for Trump anywhere in that group. I support their equality and acceptance, but am quite tired of their "in my face" militant behavior.

Which embassies? Who is in leadership at each of those? Why are they still on the federal payroll? I remember the Air Controllers being fired by President Reagan. Are you telling me this is not just as dangerous a situation. There are no American Embassies in the United States, because they are stationed all around the globe. Every gay employee (and each family member) is at risk for extortion at the very least, and sedition at the very most. Don't Ask Don't Tell is about to come home to roost.

If true, there needs to be wholesale firings. I'm sure there are some loyal PDT fans that could do those jobs! They'll claim discrimination, but it's disrespect from their boss and a failure to follow orders. It would be interesting, though, to see if they'd fly a 'Right-to'Life' flag.

If The President denied their request to fly their Rainbow Flag, and they did it anyway, The PRESIDENT should order every one back to the US, including the Ambassador. Then staff it with someone who will follow the orders of the President! Makes sense to me!

HOLD YOUR HORSES, Y'ALL! Mr. Dougherty here is mistaken. There is no defiance going on. Perhaps he's been hoodwinked by an equally wrong headline at other sites. The directive from the administration said the Pride flag could not share the flagpole with the U.S. flag, but it went on to say that raising the Pride flag elsewhere, displaying it differently (like projecting its colors) is all fine and dandy. As I recall NONE of the examples cited show "defiance," and one widely circulated picture that WOULD be defiant (the Austrian Embassy with the U.S. and the Pride flag on the same pole) was taken in May, before the directive, I'm pretty sure. Check me on this, but I think the error is in this report.

Technology is advanced enough that we don't need the extremely high number of "diplomats' that we have living their luxurious lives in foreign countries. Reduce the foreign service employment by 90 percent and we still have too many. They're overpaid and underworked, and I know this from firsthand experience.

Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested for allegedly sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York from 2002 to 2005. The 66-year-old registered sex offender faces federal sex trafficking charges and is due to appear in court in New York on Monday. He was taken into custody by the FBI-NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force on Saturday after landing in New York following an overseas flight. Epstein's arrest comes after a New York federal appeals court ordered last week the release of 2,000 pages of judicial documents related to Epstein and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell, who are suspected of taking part in an international sex trafficking operation.

While other companies are likely concerned with making a profit off of a massive political statement, there’s a small time company that is 100 percent American owned and operated with a very different mission at hand. PrintedKicks, is a proudly Pro-Trump,Pro-Police, and Pro Military company, so it should come as no shock that they felt pretty opinionated about the Betsy Ross sneakers being removed so close to the 4th of July.

Large swarms are destroying crops and invading homes in Ottana and Orani in the central province of Nuoro. More than 2,000 hectares of farmland has been destroyed by "blankets" of the insects, reports said. The locust invasion has been linked to a recent rise in temperatures after months of cooler weather on the island. "There are millions in the countryside," the Italian farmers' association Coldiretti warned in a statement on Monday.

Late last week, thousands of pages of documents in the Jussie Smollett case, including emails, text messages, police reports and court records, were released. While their release has laid bare some of the inner workings of the Chicago District Attorney’s office, including its fraught relationship with the city’s police department, the documents have raised more questions than they’ve answered about the spectacle surrounding the Empire actor. As of early May, Empire writers were speaking openly about the possibility of Smollett's return to the show.

Goldberg told Morning Edition‘s Steve Inskeep that Amash’s departure was “a sign of many of the symptoms he’s talking about,” including the increased partisanship of American politics — which, Goldberg argued, was ironically a result of the weakening of the traditional parties in the face of challenges by outsiders like Donald Trump and Sen. The Harris campaign is now waffling on the issue. Over time, we may look back on that as a moment revealing Harris’s underlying weakness as a candidate. Immediately after the debate, while clips rolled of Harris touting how she personally benefited from busing, Harris surged in the polls and Biden sagged a bit. It is less clear that Harris successfully cracked Biden’s appeal with black voters, which is likely key to the success of both candidates. In live dial-tests during the debate,
