U.S. embassies defying Trump admin by
flying ‘gay pride’ flag: ‘This is category

The U.S. diplomatic corps, much of which hails from far-Left Ivy League institutions, has been the most defiant when it comes to obeying POTUS Donald Trump’s policies, as evident by the fact that several American embassies have hoisted the “gay pride” rainbow flag in defiance of the president. After the Trump administration formally denied requests from multiple United States embassies to hoist the LGBT flag in honor of “Pride Month,” several of them, along with other diplomatic missions, are doing it anyway.

A few high-profile firings in foggy-bottom would get their attention! There HAS to be accountability in all branches of government or we have free-for-all like this!

Fire every last one of the diplomatic corps that won't take orders immediately. I am completely fed up with the LGBT movement forcing themselves on the rest of us and especially our children in schools. We are not bothering you so just leave the rest of us the HELL alone and live your own lives.

The diplomatic corps is heavily populated by swamp creatures. Clean house. The small vocal band of gay pride militants can make noise, but there is not a vote for Trump anywhere in that group. I support their equality and acceptance, but am quite tired of their "in my face" militant behavior.

Which embassies? Who is in leadership at each of those? Why are they still on the federal payroll? I remember the Air Controllers being fired by President Reagan. Are you telling me this is not just as dangerous a situation. There are no American Embassies in the United States, because they are stationed all around the globe. Every gay employee (and each family member) is at risk for extortion at the very least, and sedition at the very most. Don't Ask Don't Tell is about to come home to roost.

If true, there needs to be wholesale firings. I'm sure there are some loyal PDT fans that could do those jobs! They'll claim discrimination, but it's disrespect from their boss and a failure to follow orders. It would be interesting, though, to see if they'd fly a 'Right-to'Life' flag.

HOLD YOUR HORSES, Y'ALL! Mr. Dougherty here is mistaken. There is no defiance going on. Perhaps he's been hoodwinked by an equally wrong headline at other sites. The directive from the administration said the Pride flag could not share the flagpole with the U.S. flag, but it went on to say that raising the Pride flag elsewhere, displaying it differently (like projecting its colors) is all fine and dandy. As I recall NONE of the examples cited show "defiance," and one widely circulated picture that WOULD be defiant (the Austrian Embassy with the U.S. and the Pride flag on the same pole) was taken in May, before the directive, I'm pretty sure. Check me on this, but I think the error is in this report.

Technology is advanced enough that we don't need the extremely high number of "diplomats' that we have living their luxurious lives in foreign countries. Reduce the foreign service employment by 90 percent and we still have too many. They're overpaid and underworked, and I know this from firsthand experience.

How do you explain the ingratitude of Ilhan Omar and thousands like her who hate not the culture that threw them into the misery of a refugee camp, but the culture that rescued them? Among those who become dependent on another culture, there some who despise their reliance on something alien, something they need to survive but grow to hate. As their reliance on an alien culture grows, so too does their hatred. I have thought of Ilhan Omar as I have thought of Richard Wagner. Once again, responding to a horrendous crime by inflicting knee-jerk, authoritarian restrictions on innocent people proves to be an ineffective means of convincing people to obey. Specifically, New Zealand's government—which also stepped up censorship and domestic surveillance after bloody attacks on two Christchurch mosques earlier this year—is running into stiff resistance to new gun rules from firearms owners who are slow to surrender now-prohibited weapons and will probably never turn them in. Officials should have seen it coming. "Police are anticipating a number of people with banned firearms in their possession won't surrender them," Stuff reported at the end of May, based on internal government documents.

Federal authorities revealed Monday that a raid on Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan mansion turned up hundreds of nude photos of girls and young women; notes and messages that allegedly back up new sex-trafficking charges against him; and a massage table with sex toys. The details were disclosed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan as it laid out its reasons for asking the court to hold the billionaire financier without bail until trial. It said Epstein’s vast wealth and international holdings make him an “extreme flight risk”—and noted that he is in serious jeopardy of spending the rest of his life behind bars because of the evidence against him.

New York - American financier Jeffrey Epstein pleaded not guilty on Monday to charges of sex trafficking as prosecutors accused him of luring dozens of girls as young as 14 to his luxury homes in New York and Florida and paying them for sex acts. An indictment unsealed in federal court in Manhattan accused Epstein, 66, of arranging for girls to perform nude “massages” and other sex acts, and paying some girls to recruit others, from at least 2002 to 2005. “The alleged behavior shocks the conscience, and while the charged conduct is from a number of years ago, it is still profoundly important to the many alleged victims, now young women,”
