Bernie Sanders, the most authoritarian figure in the mob of authoritarian candidates being fielded by the Democratic Party, says President Trump wants to establish an authoritarian government. It’s one thing for Sanders alone to be convinced of this. It’s entirely another when the majority of his party and virtually all the mainstream media nod their heads in self-satisfied agreement. “You know that we have a president who has no understanding or respect for the Constitution of the United States, and the separation of powers,

The best book about Nicaragua is: Nicaragua - Revolution In The Family. It describes the complete history. One of the most incredible chapters, and Occasional Cortex and all her ilk just won't admit, relates how socialists and communists control the populace. Nicaragua used to have the most amazing farmer's markets, where farmers from all over would bring their harvests to sell. The epitome of free enterprise. The day after the Sandinistas took power those very same farmer's markets were banned. Just as Castro did in Cuba, rationing was implemented, supposedly to institute 'fairness.' The Creepozoid Sandinistas also immediately created 'shortages' of paper for the newspapers. Just like in the Soviet Union, the 'law' stated that one had the right to publish, but in reality there was no physical paper to print. Get the book and read it, pass it along to anyone and everyone. It may not be new, but it is the truth.

If the proposed 'answer' to global warming was that folks be encouraged to move to the country and exercise their personal liberty while building their own sustainable farms and ranches then the effing Marxists would have nothing to do with it. Like most Marxists 'issues'...it has nothing to do with the real issue. Power and control....everything is power and control.

Trump speaks with authority; that does not make him an authoritarian. He gave us, we the people, more of our freedom back by making us less subservient to government taxes and regulation. Obama spoke in velvet tones of violating our constitution through fundamental transformation and executive orders which does not make him any less of an authoritarian. But alas appearances capitalized on by propagandists will spin that 180 ° for the less curious and those preconceived to believe the true authoritarians.

Do these democrat dillweeds even hear themselves? They constantly describe Donald Trump in terms that are dead on for Barack Obama. Imposing a joke of a healthcare system on the American people and fining those who did not "buy" it is about as unconstitutional and authoritarian as it gets. In the process he somehow coerced or bought a supreme court judge, which is a huge crime. PDT did none of that,

President Trump might be openly hostile to the mainstream media, but it was the Obama administration that was engaged in a widespread effort to thwart the media. Which do you think is more harmful to a free press? The full extent of Obama’s actions against the press are only now coming to light. The Columbia Journalism Review reports on a newly released government document showing that the Obama Justice Department engaged in a far more sweeping effort to spy on the Associated Press than previously believed.

When President Bill Clinton, over 20 years ago, was probed by a special investigator, and 11 possible grounds for impeachment were found, including perjury, witness tampering and obstruction of justice, Democrats didn’t defend their party’s President the way Republicans defend Trump today. No, Democrats were far more extreme. What makes the rhetorical record so glaringly hypocritical is that in Donald Trump’s case, unlike Clinton’s, the investigator found no evidence of presidential crimes.

Is the U.S. government under the control of a shadowy group of insiders, unseen by the public and unaccountable to voters? A newly published report suggests the answer is “yes.” But lay aside the elaborate conspiracy theories about Russian infiltration. This insidious threat is far more mundane, stemming from bureaucrats who have hijacked the regulatory process to evade accountability for their actions. It’s time for Congress and President Trump to push back against federal agency rule-makers who are overstepping their authority.

‘These are prosperous times in America.” If that sounds like pro-Trump propaganda, that’s because it’s rarely uttered by anyone who isn’t already a supporter of the current president. But that’s how National Public Radio, to its credit, began a story about the incredible jobs boom underway right now in a segment called “America Is In Full Employment, So Why Aren’t We Celebrating?” “Why doesn’t today’s full employment come with effervescence?” reporters Pallavi Gogoi and Scott Horsley ask.

The threat to the free world if we get seduced into fully equipping our infrastructures with cheap Chinese advanced communications technology is of the gravest nature. “Victorious warriors win first and then go to war,” Chinese general and military strategist Sun Tzu declared in The Art of War, some 500 years before Christ. Using 21st-century terminology last week in London, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo described much the same thing, warning that Beijing is seeking “to divide Western alliances through bits and bytes, not bullets and bombs.”

Its economists are considered dissidents by President Xi Jinping’s regime. The story reminds us of the treatment the Obama WhiteHouse gave to Tea Party groups that dared challenge the administration. In today’s China, after a period of liberalization, free-market economists are considered a threat to the ruling authority. We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime. It is not the job of prosecutors to state that a suspect “clearly did not commit a crime,”

It is tempting for normal people to ignore our president when he starts ranting about treason and corruption at the FBI. I understand the temptation. I’m the object of many of his rants, and even I try to ignore him. But we shouldn’t, because millions of good people believe what a president of the United States says. In normal times, that’s healthy. But not now, when the president is a liar who doesn’t care what damage he does to vital institutions. We must call out his lies that the FBI was corrupt and committed treason, that we spied on the Trump campaign and tried to defeat Donald Trump.

The New York Times has made waves with a new report on sightings by U.S. Navy aviators of unidentified flying objects between 2014 and 2015. But the UFO issue, which follows a similar 2017 story, is far more interesting than the reporters let on. The U.S. government does not know what these UFOs actually are. The report focuses on witnesses of so-called "Tic Tacs," but other shapes and sizes of UFOs have also been credibly recorded by the U.S., British, Chinese, Russian, and other governments for the past 65 years. But what are these strange things? Most informed individuals I have talked to believe that the Tic Tac-like UFOs are unmanned vehicles
