Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) plans to enjoy ice cream with New Hampshire voters to celebrate Memorial Day. He won’t be far from former congressman John Delaney, another presidential candidate, who’s in the midst of his 19th trip to the state and plans an itinerary that includes four barbecues, one parade and a wreath-laying. In Iowa, Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) is rolling through the cornfields in an RV, while Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) unveils a “Family Bill of Rights” and tours an ethanol plant. And here’s former vice president Joe Biden’s agenda for the holiday weekend, according to his campaign:

Comments:

He's being kept on ice like RBG. Only to be wheeled out when absolutely necessary.

Speaking of RBG, has she been seen recently? Joe Biden is not going to win the nomination, let alone the presidency. I think he is keeping the spot warm for someone else. Who? I'm not sure. Is anyone else having trouble with the little video box that pops up? It is very annoying.

Sounds like Hillary 2.0 Yes, that little video box comes up on every page and sometimes, when I try to X it off, it comes up full screen instead.

If your running for president and you want limited exposure it says you're not even remotely qualified to be president and you know it.

#1- Would not be surprised if the Dem nominee is Pete Buttigieg because his “lifestyle” may play to the politically correct crowd as did Barack Obama. Rush Limbaugh recently pointed out that Buttigieg is as smooth Obama and evasiveness in “how he masks complete radical beliefs” in talking about “the killing of a baby after it’s born and making it sound completely reasonable and acceptable.”

The demoncrap handlers used a Teleprompter to program Hussein the Horrible and keep him on message. They can't do the same thing with Plugs since he can't read. Expect a ventriloquist next to The Delaware Dummy.

He's a placeholder only. At the last moment he'll pull out and leave the primary with nothing but radical Dems. Yes, that vile Edge video pop-up drives me crazy----so much that I avoid the sites where it proliferates. And I'm not going to pay a fee to keep down what a good site should be doing anyway.

To me it looks like Gillibrand will be their nominee. Sure she’s a nitwit but she’s female and attractive. She isn’t an evil stepmother figure like Kamala and she isn’t a bossy screeching big sister type like Liz Warren. Of course it could be Tulsi but she’s not enough of a Trump hater.

When you start out with a ~98 IQ, and then get a couple of brain surgeries, and get really old, it is best not to do a lot of babbling in public. Narrow audience, short, read-the-teleprompter and "No, there won't be any questions this time" kind of events might fool people. The longer this brain damaged idiot talks the clearer it is that he is addled and shouldn't even be driving a car, let alone deciding anything actually important.

The pop-up video is annoying me too. And it is managing to get around my two ad blockers. Plus having to sign in every time I get on the site. I stayed logged in for the better part of 20 years and hate having to do it every time I click on this site. I have not sent an email yet to the staff because I figured that they have been busy enough for the last week without me harassing them. I hope that the login thing can be fixed.

Remember Jimmy Carter? In 1980, he told us the he would remain in the White House instead of making campaign trips - that solving the Iranian hostage crisis was too important to campaign. How did that second term turn out, Jimmy?

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., whose presidential candidacy languished for the first few months of her campaign, is starting to climb in polls, and her proposal to cancel most student loan debt may be a major reason why. On April 22, the day Warren released her plan for free college and canceling student debt, she was down in sixth place for the Democratic nomination in the RealClearPolitics average. I criticized the plan at the time, but also noted that the political logic was clear. Free college proposals only benefit people who are in or near college, or parents of kids in

BERKELEY, Calif. —This eccentric Northern California enclave was a sanctuary long before the designation became a must-have merit badge for any left-leaning city. Berkeley politicians proclaimed the place a refuge for Navy sailors resisting deployment to the Vietnam War nearly a half-century ago. It was the birth of a movement to protect the outcast — and, in some cases, the outlaw — from rules that this beat-of-its-own-drum city and its followers found immoral, most recently the deportation of undocumented immigrants. But California’s housing crisis is testing whether Berkeley can remain that kind of place. Faced with sharp criticism from a

Gay representation has certainly come a long way from Patrick Stewart and Steven Weber in the classic 1995 gay film, “Jeffrey.” That same year, Patrick Swayze, John Leguizamo, and Wesley Snipes shocked audiences with their hilarious and stunningly relatable performances as urban drag queens taking a long road trip across middle America in “To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar.” And of course, who could forget Robin William’s heartfelt comedy performance in “The Birdcage”the following year?
