Does the global revolution portend a MAGA Party in America

In June of 2016, the British people voted to reject the European Union’s authoritarian rule over the UK and reassert their sovereignty. And so, Brexit was a big winner at the polls. But two years later, Britain remains a vassal state to the bureaucratic minions of the EU. All due to the inaction of the ruling Conservative Party, also known as the Tories. A party once shepherded by Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who said: “I had the patriotic conviction that, given great leadership of the sort I heard from Winston Churchill in the radio broadcasts to which we listened, there was almost nothing that the British people could not do.”

All political parties eventually die or undergo a metamorphosis. The Republican party appears unlikely to die anytime soon, but RINOs and MAGAs will contest the direction of the party with RINOs unable to get a presidential primary candidate win and MAGAs unable to get House or Senate leadership positions. This dynamic will continue even when TRUMP leaves the scene. MAGAs have absolute beliefs. All things are relative to RINOs. MAGAs see liberal Democrats as an existential threat to Liberty and the Republic and it defines their response to every rule, regulation, mandate, treaty, legislation, court case, appointment, executive or congressional action. RINOs are pragmatists willing to move the goal post as needed. Their liberal education indoctrination into relativism spares them the effort of defending or even acknowledging existential threats. Most likely the Republican party will eventually be dominated by MAGA in mirror opposition to the increasingly radical liberal Democratic party, each with a extremely different vision of America.

We don't create new parties, we transform the old ones. A perfect example. The Democrat party has been transformed into the Communist Party. We will keep working to transform the Globalist Cowardly Party - also known as the GOP, into the MAGA Party, even it will still be called the Republican Party.

Don't need one. The Republicans will cave as usual. MAGA is the TEA party come to life.

Ex-FBI Lawyer: Carter Page FISA application approved in unusual way by McCabe, Yates, and Baker 6 replies

A former top lawyer for the FBI described to lawmakers the “unusual” way the surveillance request targeting former Trump campaign associate Carter Page was handled by top leadership at the Justice Department and FBI, according to a transcript released this week. On Aug. 31, 2018, former FBI Deputy General Counsel Trisha Anderson said she was normally responsible for signing off on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act applications before they reached the desk of her superiors for approval. Anderson said the “linear path” those applications typically take was upended in October 2016, with FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates signing off on the application before she did.

There’s an old saying in sports that “you can’t tell the players without a scorecard.” That same adage applies to Middle East politics. For example, in Saudi Arabia, the English daily newspaper Arab News – or “The Green Flash” as it is called by ex-patriots because of its green-tinted cover pages – reports that the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces “intercepted and destroyed two missiles launched from Yemen by Iran-aligned Houthi militias on Monday.”

Not unlike a little sister screaming that the world belongs to her, Senator Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) is now comparing President Trump to a dictator. Like Joseph Stalin or Saddam Hussein. Mussolini or Kim Jong-Un. Mazies undies are in a bunch because President Trump told Iran leader Rouhani to think twice before issuing threats against the United States.

President Trump has directed former White House Counsel Don McGahn to skip a House Judiciary Committee hearing scheduled for Tuesday, citing a Justice Department opinion that he cannot be compelled to testify about his official duties -- and, through his legal team, McGahn confirmed Monday evening that he won't appear. The development prompted an obstinate response late Monday from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y.: “We are having the hearing tomorrow and we’re expecting Mr. McGahn to show pursuant to the subpoena."

There are two courts of the world meant to ensure equality of justice: The Star Chamber of 17th Century England and the modern day FISA Court in America. England’s Star Chamber history (15th to 17th centuries) had good intentions. At least initially. Henry (Tutor) VII created the Star Chamber for the primary purpose of ensuring the fair enforcement of laws against socially and politically prominent people. Those people so powerful that ordinary courts would probably hesitate to convict them of their crimes.
Patriot Act enabled Russia collusion hoax and further Deep State treachery 6 replies

No Democrat or Republican, let alone members of the media, have stated the obvious regarding the discredited Russia collusion hoax. That there was no collusion. Dead stop. Over. Not to mention the ensuing two-year investigative witch-hunt waged against President Donald Trump. The CIA and FBI abused their powers largely thanks to the Patriot Act. Ironically, this legislation was passed by a Republican-controlled Congress and signed into law by a Republican president.

John Durham, the prosecutor tapped by Attorney General William Barr to investigate how Trump-Russia allegations emerged and spread within federal law enforcement, has already been looking into whether the FBI’s former top lawyer, James Baker, illegally leaked to reporters. In fact, the U.S. attorney from Connecticut appears to have begun that work more than seven months ago, to judge from an underreported transcript of an October congressional interview with Baker.

Saturday, May 18, 2019 is Armed Forces Day, which is part of National Military Appreciation Month. During May, we recognize six different commemorations of our armed services: Loyalty Day, VE Day (the end of World War II in Europe on May 8, 1945), Armed Forces Day, Military Spouses Day and Memorial Day. In 1999, the late Sen. John McCain introduces legislation to designate May as National Military Appreciation Month. For the sake of remembering the value of those men and women in the U.S. Armed Forces, this single effort may be the best act of service Senator McCain achieved.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg claimed Thursday that it was unknowable when human life begins, making the issue of abortion too complicated to regulate.“For those who have a strong view about some of these almost unknowable questions around life, the best answer I can give, is that because we will never be able to settle those questions, in a consensus fashion,” he said in response to a question about abortion limits.Buttigieg commented on the issue of abortion during a conversation with Washington Post reporter Robert Costa. When asked to clarify his claim that it was “unknowable” when life began,

President Donald Trump's order to declassify documents explaining the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation is "all nonsense," Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), the chairman of the House intelligence committee, told MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Thursday night. Nadler said there's no "basis" to examine the origins of the FBI's Trump-Russia investigation. He called it an "imaginary scandal." (Video) Maddow asked Nadler for his reaction to the breaking news that Trump has issued an executive order directing the intelligence community to "quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General's investigation

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s claim that the world will “end in 12 years” unless climate change is tackled was accepted as a fact by two-thirds of Democrats, even though she said herself that only those with the “social intelligence of a sea sponge” could actually believe it. (Snip) But it appears that more than two-thirds of surveyed Democrats took her literally. A Rasmussen poll, conducted earlier this week, found 67 percent of Democrats believing that the U.S. has only 12 years to avert the “disastrous and irreparable damage to the country and the world” stemming from climate change. Classic films now face the wrath of perpetually enraged social justice warriors. Last weekend’s "Watters World" on Fox News Channel analyzed the impact of this politically correct phenomenon. Exhibit A was Mel Brooks’ “Blazing Saddles,” the single funniest motion picture ever committed to celluloid. Jesse Watters’ guest, Cathy Areu, publisher of Catalina Magazine, responded to a clip of the comedy-Western in which Brooks himself portrays a Yiddish speaking American Indian chief. After securing safe passage for a family of black pioneers rolling West in their stagecoach, the feather-headdress-clad Indian bids them, “auf wiedersehen.”

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.) on Tuesday castigated supporters of President Donald Trump by claiming America's problem with ignorance is "pervasive." Omar appeared on the Nation’s "Next Left" podcast with host John Nichols to discuss various issues, including the intelligence of Trump supporters. "So suddenly you’re elected, and you had this teaching moment. It strikes me that, in watching you, you are conscious of teaching moments and of that opportunity to say something that might cause people to think differently about what’s going on," Nichols said. Omar said U.S. voters "have a misconception" about refugees and the process they face getting into the United States.

Nobody likes a loser who can’t accept defeat. Hillary Clinton apparently can’t understand that American voters just didn’t like her. She’s still reenacting the 2016 presidential campaign in her mind and finding new ways to blame us all for her loss. Now, the failed Democratic nominee brought her blame game to new levels by complaining about being told she shouldn’t complain. She claims people are telling her to shut down her blame game tour because she is a woman and that nobody wants a male loser to shut his pie hole.

Heads are exploding all over the beltway, as the unraveling of the biggest political scandal in American history enters a new stage. Make no mistake, there is a plan and a timetable designed for maximum dramatic impact. President Trump finally has taken the long-awaited step to lift the cloak of classification and uncover the weaponization of the federal government’s law enforcement and intelligence agencies against his candidacy and then presidency. (snip) Barr almost certainly has seen or will see the IG Report before it is released. He can declassify information that the IG Report needs to reveal, even before the report is released.

Waiting for Obama 22 replies

Barack Obama is literally more popular than Jesus among Democrats. Unfortunately, neither the former president nor any of the party’s 23 candidates currently seeking the 2020 nomination know quite what to do with that information. Of course, before any serious endorsement conversation can commence, Obama has to finish his book (between rounds of golf and raising millions for his foundation). The writing has been going more slowly than he’d expected, and according to several people who have spoken with him, the 44th president is feeling competitive with his wife, whose own book, Becoming, was the biggest release of 2018 and is on track to be the best-selling memoir in history.
