Sen. Mitt Romney is not ready to endorse his party's incumbent president for re-election.
The Utah Republican said Sunday on CNN "State of the Union" that it's "way too early" to declare his support for President Donald Trump in 2020, saying Trump needs to improve "when it comes to helping shape the character of the country."
Polling shows that the president is heavily favored to defeat former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld, his only primary challenger to date. But even if Trump secures the nomination, Romney may cast his vote for the same woman as he did in 2016: his wife, Ann Romney.

I begin to regret my vote cast for Mitt Romney. I thought him a decent man of principles, more liberal that I cared for but you cast your vote sometimes for the least bad choice, and I felt he was. I appear to have been wrong. If he has principles I have failed to see any evidence of them since he was elected. Much as I regretted McCain's death by cancer I did feel glad to have a Rino out of office. It appears that when one disappears another takes his place. We don't need anybody sticking up for the Democrats on the Republican side, giving aid and comfort to the enemy is not gonna get him any bonus points from most of us in the conservative column.

OMG Mitt, get over yourself.
We had 8 years of a sanctimonious lying narcissist in the WH and he almost ruined the Country. You had your chance to cut his reign in half Miit and you blew it and let him do 4 more years of damage. If you had faced the Leftist onslaught that Trump has, I have no doubt you would have "compromised" yourself into obscurity or resigned in shame for doing nothing wrong.
Please, just STOP.

Romney is a fool, and a liar. He is clearly happyas hell screwing over "those deplorables" in the same way that Hellary and all the other globalists anti-Americans are.
I am sure this puke thinks he is a wonderful "good" person, while he expouses policies which will destroy the chances of hundreds of millions to succeed, and have a good life.

Romney was happy to accept Trump's endorsement (and probably campaign contributions), but once he started playing in their game (politics), well, we can't have that. Wish Trump would let everyone know how many of his now political opponents received or solicited contributions from him.

Pure virtue signalling by Mitt.
For goodness sakes, Mitt, leave that empty nonsense to the Dems. We care about our country, we care about the threats to this country, and the internal threats to our constitutional republic now seem greater than our international enemies.
Stop telling us how virtuous you are, and help our President put out these fires.

It is so sad to see the level of jealousy that this fool feels towards his president, Donald Trump!!!!
Romney got his butt handed to him on a platter. One of the worst presidential losers of the last 100 years. Terrible candidate, and worse human being!!!!
But he is delusional and sees himself as "superior" to President Trump, and it kills him to know that he was a loser and Trump is a winner!!!! So he is going to say and do everything he can to make President Trump's job harder!!! And he will feel totally justified in doing it.
Meanwhile, President Trump will keep on winning, and this fool will do nothing but be a useful idiot for the Demon-Rats!!!! May he rot in Hell next to John McCain when his time is done!!!!!

It has dawned upon me gradually that Mormons are not like the rest of US. Mitt Romney is giving them a worse name. I will not ever vote for a Mormon again, having voted and contributed to Romney’s campaign. I am queasy about having Ronna Romney McDaniel as head of the RNC after losing US 40 seats that were stolen by vote harvesting after Election Day and not saying a peep about this massive voter fraud.

Both Romney and his wife were born elitists knowing absolutely nothing about the average American working man or woman. Both are handsome and privileged and never had a sleepless night wondering how they were going to pay the mortgage. Even though President Trump's father made it big in real estate, he passed along to his son the principles of hard work and to never forget being from Queens NY.
The difference between these two men is striking. President Trump broke the Rockefeller Republican Country Club mold by being authentic and flawed yet determined to get the job done working long hours always putting America First. It's comforting and refreshing to have him on our side fighting for us every step of the way.

Romney did such a bang-up job as governor of Massachusetts, that the only way he could ever make it to national office was to relocate 2,400 miles west to the Mormon enclave of Utah and seize the baton from retiring milquetoast Sen. Orin Hatch. The very definition of "carpetbagger" (i.e., an unscrupulous opportunist). Hatch is rolling in is grave . . . and he's not even dead yet.
