If you watched “Law & Order: SVU” this week, you may have noticed that the teenage boy in the red cap locked in a faceoff in the middle of a rowdy crowd bears a strong resemblance to Nicholas Sandmann. A week after being sued by the Covington Catholic teen, NBCUniversal aired an episode Thursday of the long-running hit series with a scene that looked a lot like the 16-year-old Sandmann’s viral Jan. 18 encounter with an older Native American man at the Lincoln Memorial. Certainly the conservative Media Research Center thought so, posting an analysis Friday accusing

Have not watch Law and Order for YEARS. Too political and a bunch of left wing hacks. I´m surprised this show lasted as long as it did.

the original was a pretty decent show when Jerry Orbach and Fred Thompson were in it, but Richard Belzer from homicide life on the streets kills any show for me with his preachy liberal attitude.

While I like Law & Order (the original), I never watch Law & Order: SVU because of the subject matter. I´m not surprised the show is political because its cast is political.

It will be interesting to see what Sandmann’s lawyers do with this.
In the real world, the Muslim woman’s family would not have accepted her lesbian lifestyle and would have taken her home and quietly beheaded her.

Agree with #2, progressives have ruined television and movies. I seldom watch anything produced by the entertainment industry even their so called documentaries are leftist drivel. The problem is so many Americans watch and believe everything they see. It is all part of the strategy. You will be indoctrinated. That’s the whole point. They use it to shape the culture and at this point the culture resembles a toilet bowl. Destroying the culture, values and family is a vital part of their strategy to destroy the country. It is just plain evil and when they are done nothing is left but misery, violence and chaos.

Law and Order often takes things from the headlines and changes it to fit their narrative. Its not so bad in reruns because the original real life act is forgotten.
I much prefer the ID discovery rhyming shows like wives with knives, nuns with guns, palookas with bazookas and dopes with ropes. Fear thy neighbor is terrifying.

Don´t forget Michael Moriarty as the very first assistant DA on L&O. Basically run out of Hollywood due to conservative and nonconformist views.
The leftist dumtard views of both the showrunner and the star wrecked L&O Criminal Intent.
SVU has been running on fumes for years and it´s there for the syndication value. It is cheap to produce though Mariska Hargitay is one of the highest paid per episode TV actors. Belzer, who I always enjoyed, I heard left in a pay dispute. Her supporting cast are basically no names.

The Psych Ward is getting full; we´re gonna need a bigger hospital. Is NBC now on suicide watch?

#10, I watched it for Angie Harmon too and I´m a woman with zero lesbian tendencies. She´s just fun to watch.
Chicago Med had an episode this year with a white guy plowing into a festival of blacks "cause they deserved it". Like that happens all the time.
Also, one of the lady doctors won´t marry another doctor cause he won´t get rid of his gun. I think he should keep the gun and dump her.

I´ve never watched a single episode but my wife views it from time to time.
I was enjoying the beginning of a NatGeo episode for the beautiful graphics and the topic of wild life right up until they swerved into a rant about ´global warming´..click that was over for me. Liberals with a microphone or camera will eventually ruin any topic they are involved with.

I used to love the original show, and watched the early seasons of the spin-off as well. But like all Leftist liberals in Hollywood, Dick Wolf couldn´t leave well enough alone.
He just had to insert his own politics into his creations and in doing so, chased away a whole lot of loyal viewers. I haven´t watched his creation in at least 8-10 years. Especially not after Jerry Orbach and Christopher Meloni left their respective series roles.
Since Dick Wolf is still the principle writer on the SVU series, I hope Sandmann´s attorney named him as well in this suit. Maybe Hollywood writers will finally take note that they cannot keep insulting the public with their propaganda.

Leftists become so emotionally attached to their narratives, they can´t bear to give them up, even when the tale has been proved inaccurate or worse.
I remember noticing this for the first time after the Tawana Brawley hoax was exposed as 100% fraud.
The Left solemnly instructed us that the fact that Brawley´s particular story didn´t hold water, wasn´t really important. What truly mattered, they insisted, was that Brawley´s alleged experience "really does happen every day all over America."
Iirc there were TV fictionalizations of the Brawley "story," too, that failed to note the falseness of the original.

I watch almost anything on Discovery. I will tolerate Nat. Geo. I grit my teeth when they speak of global warming, climate change, etc. but otherwise I enjoy the topics and the scenic backgrounds for their episodes.
I also like crime shows. I used to watch
Law and Order. I enjoyed it. I don´t know why I quit watching it....
I hope NBC gets hit real hard where it hurts.

About the third season of Law & Order I was highly annoyed at their taking a meme straight out of a sensational headline & spinning it dishonestly. I quit watch soon after. Sadly this is SOP for many TV shows. TV is a wasteland for both soul & mind.

They are being sued and then they air more material doing more of what they are being sued for. That´s arrogance that will not play well with the jury.

Dick Wolf, the producer or creator of Law and Order and other shows is an anti-Ameirican, extreme leftist. I watched a few of his different shows and realized they were leftist propaganda. I no longer watch and broadcast network shows. I cannot stand anymore of their hate America sub plots.

I suspect that this episode will either become an added part of the original suit, or be the subject of a second lawsuit on it´s own grounds.
NBC folks sure are stupid, in addition to be propagandists.

It sounds to me that NBC needs to be sued for triple the amount of the original law suite.
This is blatant, over the top MALICE!
