The victim told police that he was walking down Third Ave. near E. 168th St. in Claremont Village when the teen ran up behind him and struck him in the head with a stick about 1:50 p.m. April 6, officials said. The senior fell to the ground unconscious, cops said.

The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast.
