Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tries to drive another New York business out of the city.

After a major flap for driving Amazon out of New York City, something even socialist Mayor Bill de Blasio blamed her for, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is targeting another New York City business - the New York Post. She´s joining hands with a leftist newsstand seller group calling on all newsstand owners to quit selling the paper because she didn´t like its cover story reminding New Yorkers that her congressional gal pal, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) was trivializing the worst terrorist attack on American soil -- which triggered its greatest damage in New York.

Comments:

Chiquita Khrushchev must be soooo annoyed! Like, don´t they see I´m, like, more moral and, like, smarter than they are? We need to get rid of the Post ´cause , like, we´ll be dead in like 12 years!

Truth hurts, doesn´t it. Kiss! Kiss! The first thing socialism does is take over the press, rewrite history, and lie, lie, lie. God bless the 1st Amendment.

I would think that an elected official that promotes a boycott should be open to lawsuits
for slander, defamation, or libel - depends on if she wrote anything in public. She has absolutely no right to call for a boycott of the NYPOST or any other business.

The politics of personal destruction. If they disagree with any person or group, the Dems demand they be destroyed. Their skin is so thin. They are constantly outraged. We need some grown ups in that party.

I do not disagree with the above responses. However, beware of voter fatigue from the daily Twitter spats engaged in by the President. Most people do not get up each day salivating for another zinger from our national leader. Most of the subjects he chooses are beneath the attention--and certainly the immediate attention--of a President of the United States, who is presumed to have weightier matters on his mind. A clever opposition candidate would promise to never use Twitter. The effect on the Democratic Convention and the media would be unforgettable and would brand the incumbent as too small for the job.

Have you ever noticed that the Dims claim to be proponents of free speech and freedom of the press, but in actuality are totally intolerant of any views that don´t agree with their socialist view of the world.

The drive-by media is propping AOC up by constantly linking her to a working brain instead of the few brain cells she has. Think about it. How can a person who supposedly graduated from Boston Univ. with a purported degree in Economics be so incompetent that the only job she can beggar to get is a bar tender´s job which enabled her to steal tips?

The Mueller, redactions and all, is out. The conclusion is no collusion or something like that. Nevertheless, there is a still a man out there who claims that collusion did happen. His name is Representative Adam Schiff or "The Media’s Pin-Up Doll" as Julie Kidd calls him: An original architect of the Trump-Russia collusion fable since the summer of 2016, Schiff shamelessly continues to lie to the American public with claims that the president and his team conspired with the Kremlin to win the presidential election.

An Australian man was accused of blowing up a couple’s car after they allegedly beeped at his partner while at a McDonald’s drive-thru in February. Ryan Sharp, 33, of the Illawarra region, and his 31-year-old partner allegedly stalked and harassed a couple for six weeks following the altercation at the fast-food joint. Classic films now face the wrath of perpetually enraged social justice warriors. Last weekend’s "Watters World" on Fox News Channel analyzed the impact of this politically correct phenomenon. Exhibit A was Mel Brooks’ “Blazing Saddles,” the single funniest motion picture ever committed to celluloid. Jesse Watters’ guest, Cathy Areu, publisher of Catalina Magazine, responded to a clip of the comedy-Western in which Brooks himself portrays a Yiddish speaking American Indian chief. After securing safe passage for a family of black pioneers rolling West in their stagecoach, the feather-headdress-clad Indian bids them, “auf wiedersehen.”

In late December, Kathy Machir called Marcela Zavala Taylor, her banker of nine years at Mexico’s Monex Casa de Bolsa, to get cash for contractors building her retirement home in San Miguel de Allende. Typically, Zavala would wire money or dispatch her assistant, Juan, on his motorcycle with an envelope full of pesos. Monex, with $5.2 billion in assets and operations in the U.S., was woven into the lives of Machir and the 10,000 other Americans who’ve moved to San Miguel de Allende. The transfer didn’t happen. Bill Weld conceded in an interview this week that Republican voters have little appetite for his insurgent primary bid to block President Trump from renomination in 2020. The former Massachusetts governor did not dispute Trump’s high approval ratings with self-identified Republicans, nor claim a silent groundswell for his long shot campaign. But Weld predicted Trump would grow vulnerable to a primary challenge in the months ahead, insisting his campaign was a key element in softening the political support the president enjoys inside the GOP.
