Since the day that Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin were caught up in the high-profile college admissions cheating scandal, the question has remained: Will the actresses spend any time in jail? (Snip)Huffman has agreed to plead guilty, saying, “I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions.” Loughlin has not yet admitted to any guilt — and things got worse for her on Tuesday, when she and Giannulli were among 16 parents indicted

I honestly don´t care. Kids get college spots they don´t deserve because they are a certain color or national origin, can dunk a basketball or throw a football, etc. Parents with money have always tried to clear a path for their kids. If they had been more subtle and had donated to some pet cause or college Save the Whales fund, they might have gotten away with it.
There is enough to be outraged about concerning higher education that this does not fall into my top ten list.

Our prisons are so overcrowded that they let rapists, murderers, gang bangers, and drug dealers out early all the time -- and they usually immediately return to their lives of crime.
What these rich people did was evil, but it did not physically hurt anyone. They are not high-risk to hurt anyone in the future. So fine them a few million dollars, make them do a few hundred hours of dirty community service, and give them house arrest!!!!
But please don´t waste a jail cell on any of them. There are human beings that are lower than feral animals that need those cells!!!!

Even the shortest prison sentence or monitored probation will be far more than what Hillary receives for endangering national security, soliciting bribes in office and destroying subpoenaed evidence. Truly perverse justice system.

And OJ Simpson walked a free man. Hillary Clinton never faced any charges. What’s wrong with this picture?

How many 80 IQ affaletes are there in America’s institutions of supposed higher learning, not just taking up space and resources, but bringing with them their fatherless, undisciplined backgrounds? Other than money for already well-heeled colleges, what positive element do they bring to the academic students?
Who honestly cares if some Hollywood people used influence and money to get their kids into Stanford or UCLA? Is it worse than bringing large, fast, aggressive ghetto thugs onto the campus? OJ Simpson was given a full ride through USC and came out the other end still unable to spell Merry Christmas.

Lori thinks she´s special and refuses to show any contrition whatsoever. She´s entitled.

#7, you said it!
The media goes on- and on- and on- and on- about these two actresses, but NO MENTION of ANY of the others.
I wonder..... are the others all ´Rat party leftist supporters?
.... How many of the others are lawyers who have threatened to sue the pants off the media companies if they are mentioned?
-----How many of the others are in positions to control where the Advertising Money gets spent?
One thing seems certain..... NONE of them are Conservatives or Republicans.... if there were any, they would be getting the media ´treatment´... front & center at the radio top-of-the-hour news, condemning stories in all the major press and TV ´News´ outlets.
But what do we hear...... crickets!
The corruption is plain to see, because of The Dog That Did Not Bark.

I think that they should receive some jail time, but not decades and some heavy fines. However I am much more concerned about seeing long term incarceration for the treasonous activities in the FBI & DOJ. All of these co-conspirators involved in the Clinton scandal and the false Russian collusion charade should serve serious jail time.

How about Jussie Smollett? I agree that he should pay for all of the services that was provided to him.
Again, I had two emergency room visits via ambulance. Each ambulance ride cost $1000 each. A person may get sick of hearing it over and over but I am tired of the average person having to pay for costs and yet celebrities don´t have to foot the cost.

Personally, I hope they both go to jail I am tired of arrogant leftists who think the law is for the little people and they can break it any time they want. So Huffman apologized....so what....she is an actress so no doubt she seemed sincere...aren´t they all when they get caught. Democrats always end up with a slap on the wrist. So put them both in jail.

I for one would like to see some high-profile big-mouth celebretard Leftists actually finally be somewhat accountable. This would never happen in an Obama or Clinton admin and I hope it´s a preview of coming attractions.

Bribe-taking should be a much more serious offense than bribe-giving, especially when the institutions are already corrupted. These parents wanted the best for their not-so-bright children, and took advantage of the corrupt options that were offered to them. And it´s not as if one more dunce in the USC student body is going to make much difference.
However, claiming the bribe as a charitable donation is another matter. I don´t cheat on my taxes, and these rich lefty hypocrites shouldn´t either.

Huffman probably made a deal prior to her guilty plea.
I´m skeptical either of these women or anyone else involved will ever see the inside of a jail..probably a hefty fine and community service.
Huffman and her husband will soon be back to their never ending trash talking of POTUS.

More on the Fed’s numeric sentencing scale used to determine the appropriate sentence based on seriousness of the offense(s).
Additionally, Loughlin’s failure to acknowledge her guilt and her breezy “celebrity” attitude could work to her detriment. The courts like to see humility.
