Indefensible: With no good explanation, prosecutors give Jussie Smollett a pass

It began as an alleged hate crime committed against TV actor Jussie Smollett on a downtown Chicago street at 2 a.m. It then careened into charges that Smollett staged the attack to benefit his career. And now this: After State’s Attorney Kim Foxx makes errors of judgment that lead her to recuse herself, after Chicago detectives expend thousands of man hours doing meticulous work, after police Superintendent Eddie Johnson excoriates Smollett publicly for dragging the city’s name through the mud, after Foxx’s prosecutors take the case before a grand jury, after the grand jurors indict Smollett

Well, one possible "good explanation":
Christina M. "Tina" Tchen, Michelle Obama´s Chief of Staff, President Obama´s Assistant, and friend of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel´s wife, had intervening communications with State’s Attorney Kim Foxx about this case before the decision to drop charges was made.

I would submit that the headline might include the word “articulated”’ (..there is no ARTICULATED explanation)
But it doesn’t take much more than Maxine Waters’ IQ to see the probable fingerprints of The Kenyan Fixer and his lively Partner.
(Is Jussie his son?)

This is THE LEFT; hoist with their own petard. They are of the mind that they never have to pay for their bad actions and, unsurprisingly, their actions get worse and worse.
Reference Hillary, BO´s administration, the Deep State, the dems in Congress persecuting Trump, the lying media, the Mueller fiasco, etc. They all lie, commit crimes and unethical acts, frame others, and GET AWAY WITH IT because they are entitled to do so. Their agents riot, burn things, destroy property, steal, assault people, and generally make a horrible mess and get away with it. When police make efforts to restore order they attack the police and their actions.
The Left is pushing for anarchy and they are succeeding.

Couple of things;
The Chicago law enforcement guy who called Rush is probably right. We bought the police chief´s act of outrage against Jussie´s crimes and now Rahm´s outrage, who both poisoned the jury pool, giving the Marxist prosecutor further excuse to drop the charges. It also taints the jury for the Feds who, remember are MUCHO deep state anyway and would never go against the holy Orange Man Bad meme.
BUT, now the Marxists are waiting for some "right wing" moron who´ll really attack Jussie or really send him a letter, and commit a "hate crime" against him so they can do a "see, I told you so" deal to prop up their colossal hoax.
OR, my money´s on the Marxists pulling something to make a well known conservative look like he or she committed a hoax, then whoever that is will get the book thrown at them. Since everyone involved WILL get away with the fake dossier/Mueller hoax that they know can destroy innocent lives (and if you´re buying Ms Graham´s Senate investigation nonsense to "get to the bottom", I have purple unicorn I´d like to sell you), they´re just going to keep doubling down. It´s what they do and what they keep getting rewarded for doing.
I´m a bit jaundiced, you say? Oh yeah.

This just confirms Americans distrust of the justice system. If all it takes it a phone call from someone in the ruling class to exonerate an individual who for all intents and purposes appeared to have a mountain of evidence against him including confessions of the men who perpetrated this lie, we no longer have justice in this country. It is merely a ruse used to keep the rest of us in line and willing to play along. We see this affirmed on a much larger scale with the absence of investigatuon into the myriad of crimes committed by HRC, BHO and those associated with them. While the Smollett case is a travesty of justice, it pales into comparison to the seditious activities by those in the very highest levels of government. Our judicial system is broken. From the unchecked and outrageous decisions of activist judges to the total lack of investigation of the high crimes that have been committed by the Obama administration, it has become a farce. We no longer have justice in this country but merely go through the motions if we even make the effort to do that. Most of the time, we know that the bad guys with powerful friends will escape responsibility for anything they do. We cannot continue down this road because it will ultimately lead to the complete collapse of law and order. When your political persuasion decides your guilt or innocence we are quickly passing the point of no return.

Time to check somebody´s bank account: $10,000 to the City of Chicago was undoubtedly only the tip of the iceberg. Who else got paid? Mayor Rham, positioning for his next career move? Kim Foxx´s re-election committee? And who paid them? The Democratic National Committee? ValJar? Soros? The Obamas (with someone else´s money)? I smell a rat. A big, stinky one.

And as I understand it, Michelle´s former aid made the calls to get this guy off (and he still says he is innocent, after writing a CHECK to the guys he had "attack" him) and the "Empire" writers are crowing!! This is a show that probably gets a large part of its ratings from Blacks, who should be LIVID that this guy got super special treatment but has the nerve to stand up and lie about it. What a slap in the face for anyone, Black, White, Latino, who is sitting in jail/prison right now for ONE felony (not 17) and no prior record.

Tell Rahm that what you sow you also reap. That is the Democrat/Socialist way. Rahm said once that we should never let a crisis go to waste. He always supported the Clinton´s and the Obama´s no matter what they did or said. He never thought that they should be prosecuted for anything, yet he has the nerve to stand up and say that no one is above the law. Those chickens are coming home to roost in Chicago.

Smollett did not have a clean record. He was pulled over for DUI and used his brothers license and name to take the blame. This idiot don´t take the blame for anything? The two men who allegedly ambushed Jussie, what´s going to happen to them? Are they going to e thrown under the bus? They should proceed with a trial for the two men and let them show evidence of the texts they had with Jussie. Let Atty. Fox explain that! If Jussie gets his job back BOYCOTT EMPIRE ADS!

Poster #7, the call to Rush by the Chicago ex pol who claims that the Police Chief and especially Emmanuel were just going through the usual motions, is terrifying........if Rahm´s wife is involved in this........! Meanwhile, it looks for certain that Michelle and probably Jarrett were behind this (not enough for Obama to seize land against wishes of populace to build his Library) and Michelle´s book is STILL on the bestseller list. Don´t people EVER look behind the curtain?

DA´s (District Attorneys not dumb as**s) make similar decisions ALL the time and everywhere not just in Chicago. First time offenders even for non-violent felony accusations are let off almost routinely if they just play nicely. It´s just the reality whether one is black or white or rich or poor. It is not necessarily about Chicago corruption (okay calls were made - so what?) or a biased Democrat prosecutor. Society just can´t put every dang crimiinall behind bars after horribly expensive trials. Now on the other hand....what about that mail fraud???

We have so many laws and regulations on the books that at any time anybody can be ruined by aggressive investigation and prosecution. Investigations can be launched through the use of lies and then when the inevitable "process" crimes, you name it, are discovered it is treated as "justice." Even a successful defense leaves a once wealthy person in financial ruin.
Then you have the flip side for the "in crowd" celebrity class, protected classes, ruling elite class, where they can leave a trail of corpses in their wake without a single raised eyebrow. Rod Blagojevich is in prison for offending the will of the elites, not for selling Barry´s senate seat.
We are no longer free citizens living under the rule of law but subjects ruled by elites.
Don´t let the small rather local pockets of civility fool you, indeed there are many proceedings taking place under the old system with good decent people involved. But the further up you go into the realm of big government that all goes out with the trash.

Always look for the positive which in this case means we won´t be subjected to a crowd standing around screaming "What do we want - Justice..When do we want it now".. while at the same time refusing to cooperate with the police because "I ain´t no snitch".

The only good thing that may come out of this is that many, many more “deplorables” were created yesterday. This example of the deep state at work was a thousand times more impactful to the average Joe than all the Mueller reports and FBI/DOJ subversive actions. This throws all the “white privilege” guilt trip talk out the window, where it belongs. A whole lot of average people, of all races, should be feeling fed up with the liberal elites today. Side note: when Jussie walked into his court hearing a few weeks ago, looking very sure of himself, I was suspicious.

Look at WHEN this news was released, on a Tuesday, RIGHT after the news that the Mueller investigation was a flop. Think it´s coincidental? Think it was retaliation, of sorts, in your face reciprocation? News the democrats want to remain mostly hidden is usually released on a Friday. Any other day of the week is ok for more air time, like, oh say, Tuesday. They also didn´t want the long, slow, cool burn of the Smollett prosecution news, day to day, for months on end, like they brought us with the phony Trump investigations. They just could not take it.

Kim Foxx was boosted into office by George Soros. Once you accept a favor from this monster you are in his debt forever. She should be removed if Cook Country is serious about its legal system, which it isn´t, and Soros should be deported if this country is serious about its legal and political system, which it isn´t.
The sexually perverted family in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington is not beyond tactics like this, as they have proven many times. Jussie could be Michael´s sister for all we know.

No. 23: I get the point that first-time offenders might get off with nothing more than the proverbial slap upon the wrist. Right or wrong, it happens and not just to Smollett.
What I don´t get in this case is this: Why are the details of the case sealed? Why isn´t the offender required to admit to wrongdoing?
Part of the law is penal -- punishment. And part of the law is corrective -- ergo, "correctional facilities" (formerly referred to as prisons or penitentiaries). But in the Smollett case there is neither punishment nor correction.
What gives?

Why forfeit his $10,000 dollars, and perform 16 hours(!) of community service, if he was not convicted? Who got the $10,000 dollars?
Now, you can commit a slew of felonies in Chicago and pay a bribe to escape punishment (I know it has been so many times before, but never this blatantly.)

This is more proof that there are two justice systems in this country. One for the average citizen and another for the privileged and connected.
Jussie Smollett is yet another example that race has nothing to do with which justice system applies to a person. It all depends on how privileged and connected they are.

And that if Mule let PT off this guy should also escape justice. I know lots of black folks and they see the world differently. You wouldn´t believe the number who thought OJ was framed. If Smollett ever is a victim of crime don´t expect the police to show up for a few days. If at all.
