The traitor was confirmed as traitorous. Amazing. Too bad a lot of us knew this already. The guy was a traitor, not a hero. If he did do any good in Viet Nam, which some reports say he didn´t, it was totally obliterated from his behavior as a Senator.

If Dan Bongino is correct and the Russia Dossier was written 11 years ago in a series of Wall Street Journal columns by Glenn Simpson, why hasn´t News Corp.´s Ken Thompson said something...?

Or, Gerald Seib, or Gerald Baker, or John Bussey of the WSJ...?

How wobbly we are when we say “Trump shouldn’t have said that” when he spoke the truth and someone’s toes got pinched.

That McCain was something less than a hero, that he really didn’t need to crash, and that he did not conduct himself perfectly while a prisoner, was common knowledge. Still, he traded on it in the political arena. Trump simply told the truth.

McCain and his long time aide passed out copies of the PP Dossier.

Only remaining question is whether or not McCain asked, or told, the aide to pass out copies.

Do we have a reference on that?

(NOTE: the fact remains THEY passed out copies of at least one version)

I will assume they knew they were participating in a coup against the government of the United States.

NOTE: we now know the stuff came from iCNN, a web site set up by CNN for people to publish their own fake news. Mueller missed his chance of getting to the nub of the matter by simply matching up posts there with items in the PP Dossier, then tracking down the posters, hauling them downtown, interrogating them, getting process crimes, and sending them all to prison.

Hey, now that I think of it, he probably did most of that and realized he had a dry hole so he simply encouraged this Weisman guy to go make up some other stuff.

CNN’s chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta on Thursday misquoted a portion of President Donald Trump’s immigration speech and was quickly met with a fact-check by a Breitbart News reporter. Speaking in the Rose Garden, President Donald Trump unveiled immigration reform proposals aimed at increasing the quota for skilled workers. During his remarks, the president assailed some asylum seekers’ abuses of the country’s immigration system. “Our nation has a proud history of affording protection to those fleeing government persecutions. Unfortunately, legitimate asylum seekers are being displaced by those lodging frivolous claims,” he said. Acosta promptly accused the president of portraying

Jerry Nadler was at it again Tuesday, waxing indignant about former White House counsel Don McGahn’s refusal to testify before the House Judiciary Committee. It’s all a show, meant to keep old news in the headlines, and to appease the large “Impeach Now!” wing of the Democratic Party without actually doing anything. Everyone on Judiciary knows perfectly well that Congress can’t compel testimony from top presidential advisers except in the most extraordinary circumstances: The chief executive’s right to frank, confidential discussions with his staff is well-established. So Nadler’s bluster about how he’ll “go to court to secure” McGahn’s appearance is just noise for the cameras. Then again, that’s all
