Phil Mickelson snaps at US Open as
he deliberately putts his ball again
Before it had stopped moving

Phil Mickelson´s 48th birthday took a stunning turn at the US Open on Saturday when he stopped a putt from rolling off the 13th green. Clearly at the end of his tether after a shocking run of bogeys in his third round, the much-decorated American embarrassed himself when another putt rolled past the hole. Instead of waiting to see where it finished, he stopped the ball with his putter and knocked it back whence it came. (Photos/Video) It meant an automatic two-shot penalty and he ended up with a 10 for the hole. ´That´s absolutely amazing, that´s Phil basically giving

He´s dang near last, plying with "Meat" who is also + a lot and all either of them can do is finish further down which sends more money up the list. He broke and took the consequences for it. Leave him alone

I think it detracts from the game to make the greens dang near impossible to score. There is greater entertain value to see the pros try to outscore each other when they don´t get knocked out in the first or second round. I lost interest in watching the Open when the big names failed to make the cut early on.

He should have used his putter to whack the USGA officials who set up the course, in hideous ways.
This U.S. Open has got to be the biggest joke ever.
I´ll put next year´s U.S. Open on my NFL do not watch list.
Ans, by the way, the announcers have been acting like idiots.

Shooting par is suppose to be a good score in our National Championship! These guys hit PW from 190! Just play golf you millionaire babies! The word ‘snaps’ in the headline is speculation because it is unknown if Phil Mickelson was angry when he hit his golf ball before it stopped rolling. What is known from Phil’s postround comments is that he considered doing the same thing at Augusta on #15. Therefore, Phil’s intentional breech of a rule of golf was premeditated.

Jack said it best at a similar venue decades ago (paraphrasing): "I was never very good at stopping approach shots on the hood of a car."

To understand the left, you have to understand human nature. The strategy of the left is to capitalize on unhappiness. Many, if not most people, are unhappy about something in their lives, and anything you do to better their situation will only result in something else about which they will be unhappy. You can see this in the unremitting criticism of the president, ostensibly predicated on an imaginary collusion with Russia and in the anti-gentrification movements spreading through our urban areas. In both cases, Democrats fan the flames of discontent. The President- If you read nothing else in the sea of
