Insubordination and Bias at FBI
Wall Street Journal, by Kimberley A. Strassel

Original Article

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s 500-page report covers plenty, but it can be distilled to two words he uses to describe the Federal Bureau of Investigation during the 2016 election: insubordination and bias. Two terms that are chilling in connection with such a powerful agency. That won’t be the message from Democrats and most of the press, who will focus on a few episodes they will claim cost Hillary Clinton an election. Watch for them to blame former FBI Director James Comey, whom the report faults for “a serious error of judgment,” for having “concealed information” from superiors, and for “violation of or

We could all see this. This is why Trump.

And this is why more Trump too, especially if he gets rid of Obama´s illegal DACA, and builds that wall. He´ll truly be having an historic and transforming 1st term.

I read elsewhere a comment from one pundit that it is hard to accept the idea that the "bias" wasn´t influential or widespread because the "water only flowed in one direction".

Ok, everybody, the reason that insubordination and bias are the charges hyped out of IG report that names a dozen indictable offenses, not to mention dozens more that are skipped, is simple.

This IG report is a cover-up.

It is intended to minimize the wrong-doing at the FBI and is Horowitz circling his wagon with Rosenstein and Comey. Watch to see how much Comey and Rosenstein don´t criticize Horowitz. My humble opinion.

And don´t forget to roll the tape back and play the part about how Trump is creating a constitutional crisis and is anti-law enforcement by pointing out that the FBI leadership, that´s leadership, was corrupted by bias.

I´m sure we´ll get as bold an apology from the media arm of the former democratic party as we did when Trump was proved to have been correct when he said that he was being spied upon.

I think I´ll write my congressman today to ask that he draft a bill to make it no longer a crime to be negligent with classified information. If we aren´t going to apply that law to Hillary now, today, get it off the books.

If Sen. Huber is going to take this matter, he´d better appoint special counsel asap, investigate, make sure a grand jury is seated and hears the case, indictments are handed down, trials take place, people starting with Comey, Clapper, Lynch, Brennan, and McCabe are sentenced to very long prison terms and Obie, BJ, Podesta, and Billary are called to testify either as defendants or witnesses.

Anything short of this will mean the swamp remains business as usual in DC. If it is business as usual, then it is over for Amerika and Obie´s Deep State will expedite the spread of PC and completion of the transformation to the NWO.

Just to whom is Comey subordinate? That would be Lynch and Obama. "Insubordination" protects them from being part of this seditious conspiracy.
And who cares about political bias? If laws were broken because they didn´t like Mr. Trump´s hair color or the size of his hands, arrests should be made.

Tehre is a lot more to come. This, though, is pretty much as pure a line of BS as you will find. The report categorically shows not just one, but five plus Comey as grossly bias against Trump- with explicit proof, and that FBI agents were accepting gifts from lefty journos, and then concludes there was no bias overall affecting the FBI investigations into Trump and Clinton- Horse S!

Horowitz was compromised and it never should have happened.

Exactly, #7. This "insubordination" allegation is nothing more than protection for Obama. He and Jarratt were running the show at the FBI and DOJ. They were doing their bidding, make no mistake. Spying on the Trump campaign, the fake dossier, all of it, was done with Obama´s instruction and blessing. Insubordination? My BS meter is pegging off the scale.

FTA: "The sooner they acknowledge it, the sooner Congress can move to reform these agencies so that no such thing ever happens again."

So, the problem is that no laws were broken, just loopholes found, is that it? Because Congress can reform until Hades freezes over if those in law enforcement (Our Heroes) determine to break the law - for our own good. This is no different than the immigration game played largely by DOJ with previous Chief Executive blessing. What laws? Oh, those? We don´t enforce those laws. The perps don´t like them.

As Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination tees up another national debate about reproductive rights, is it too much to ask that abortion’s impact on the black population be part of the discussion? When the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade in 1973, polling showed that blacks were less likely than whites to support abortion. Sixties-era civil rights activists like Fannie Lou Hamer and Whitney Young had denounced the procedure as a form of genocide. Jesse Jackson called abortion “murder” and once told a black newspaper in Chicago that “we used to look for death from the man in the blue

There are few if any more respected lower-court judges. More important than his erudition is Kavanaugh’s intense commitment to constitutional structure. Even so, as Justice Department inspector general, he is not authorized to examine and dissect the internal communications and decision-making of other agencies the way he did the FBI’s.
