The Clinton reckoning is tiptoeing in
American Thinker, by Thomas Lifson

This is a historic moment of bated breath and tight sphincters all over Clintonworld. After decades of skating on their grifts, abuses, and outright crimes, a reckoning is coming. And not just for the Hillary Clinton, but for her enablers. The leaks begin about the I.G. report on the Hillary Clinton email investigation Until Wednesday, there had been virtually no genuine leaks coming out of the inspector general´s office at the Department of Justice – the sign of a probe with integrity. But that silence ended when the I.G.´s office circulated relevant portions of its report to people named in it,

As someone who lived in Arkansas when Bill was governor and was appalled when my nation was stupid enough to make him president, I am hopeful for the first time in 40 years.

I remain highly skeptical regarding accountability at the top where it belongs. When all is finally done I hope we go back and reflect on the past and get our arms around the greater problem.

Our government is for sale to the highest bidder and the likes of the Clintons will sell uranium to the Russians and missile technology the Chinese to build their personal empire. This has been going on right under our noses and we have been powerless to do anything about it. The Clinton foundation, seriously, who are we fooling?

We have some serious rethinking to do if we are ever going to have a government that serves our interests. We need good people stepping out of real life to serve instead we have charlatans getting rich by serving monied factions within and outside of the country.

We have the answers. If we had equal protection under the constitution and didn´t sell special regulatory (unconstitutional) and tax policy favors (unconstitutional)and if it was a hanging offense, literally, to accept foreign contributions might that not go a long way? Take away the gravy train goodies and you won´t need term limits. Who would want the darned job?

Failure to indict Hillary for her criminal behavior as SofS and her subsequent destruction of email evidence will end up being an enormous blot on the Trump Admin. Not Obama, who aided & abetted Hillary’s private server but Trump for allowing a double standard of justice.

AG Sessions, please ask Deputy AG Rosenstein if you could at least reopen the FBI’s bogus investigation of Hillary. And please, don’t allow Rosenstein to assign Peter Strzok to be lead agent.

May I now surmise that this whole thing was planned for the indictments to hit right before the midterms so those voters with short memories will still have the depth of the depravity of the Obamaites and Dumbocraps still on their minds when they enter the voting booth?

The Mueller Special Counsel investigation purportedly was instigated to discover possible illicit Russian influence on the 2016 presidential election, but now is backing away from the only indictments aimed at Russian entities (snip) What on earth could cause a prosecutor to walk away from his central mission to focus instead on incidental and tangential matters? Barrett’s use of the words “take responsibility” for the case is the answer. What´s it like to feel powerless? A lieutenant in the Chicago Fire Department may find out. The fireman committed the grave sin of defending himself and his property from an aggressor. Now he is the target of a social media campaign to ex post facto punish him for having the audacity to protect what is rightfully his. Last summer, the unidentified firefighter left his Jeep idling on the West Side of the city (admittedly, not a bright thing to do anywhere in Chicago) when it was carjacked by 17-year-old Charles Macklin. How´s this for sneaky? Sen. John McCain, not too long after seeking conservative and Republican votes in his failed 2008 bid for the presidency, went right after those same conservative voters without telling them, by egging on the IRS to ruin them. Think of the odds: every day, for years, the Southern Poverty Law Center has been cranking out studies, talking points, and direct mail (oh, sweet, sweet mail!) to show how black people are victims of relentless white racism, all the time, everywhere, and that explains everything. Just a few days ago, the SPLC declared that black-on-white violence is the "biggest lie" because everyone knows the real problem is white-on-black violence. But what crazy luck: The more the SPLC says black criminality is a myth, the more it just keeps happening. Isn´t that what you would call a day at the races, where
