REPORT: Federal Court On Verge Of
Ruling Robert Mueller Investigation
As Criminally Incompetent

DCWhispers, by Staff

Original Article

Posted By:earlybird, 5/17/2018 7:12:10 AM

Not so long ago Robert Mueller, desperate to show he was actually doing something, anything, more than just wasting taxpayer dollars on fake allegations of Donald Trump/Russia collusion, indicted three Russian companies and thirteen Russian nationals for “trolling” the 2016 Election. The liberal media slobbered over the indictments even as actual attorneys scratched their heads wondering what Mr. Mueller was up to. You see – the entire thing was a P.R. stunt without a shred of actual evidence and now a federal judge is taking him to task for it. Mueller never thought the indictments would end up in court.

Comments:
Ah, yes. Mueller’s indictment of the Russian individuals and business entities...

If this had been a regular case it would have been dismissed with prejudice as soon as the prosecution admitted that they didn´t have all their materials ready.

“Predictably the Establishment Media is saying almost nothing about this latest Mueller fiasco”

The Democrat PR firms, aka MSM, will say little to nothing if charges dismissed against this one Russian company. If this story is accurate, Mueller will surely claim that national security concerns about revealing the evidence collected about Russian collusion in 2016 election make it impossible to disclose evidence requested by this marginal defendant. Mueller will imply, falsely, that he has evidence of Trump - Russian collusion.

I can see it now. The judge rules that this was a corrupt, inept, criminally negligent process and starts the ball rolling on shutting Mueller down and disbarring him and his staff.

And then someone points out that the involvement of Russians did this and they start looking for contacts between Trump and Putin to show that they colluded to get this in motion.

An obscure black woman, Sonya Arrington, Erie, Pa., lost her son who was shot to death. Drugs may have been involved, and he was an aspiring rapper.
Arrington set up a foundation to fight youth violence, and was elected to the Erie, Pa city council. Her fellow council members elected her ass Council President.
Erie County has a casino, and part of the deal was that it give money to Erie County, which in turn, gives it to projects deemed worthwhile. Arrington´s non-profit foundation was given money on that basis.
What did Arrington do with the money? According to good documentation by the FBI, she spent most of it ---at the casino, gambling!
And she is being prosecuted by the federal attorney.
About two weeks ago, she was arraigned, and her attorney asked for FIVE months to do his initial filings. The federal judge was OK with that.
Here is the problem. Arrington refuses to leave City Council, and remains as president. That gives Erie a black mark, no pun intended, and the mayor of Erie? Grandson of former mayor Flatley, who went to prison in the early 1950s, for government fraud.
What´s my point? First, Erie looks a bit like Philadelphia from an integrity standpoint. (The local newspaper said, surprisingly, that the election of the grandson may ´elevate´ the reputation of Mayor Flatley. That is absurd.)
Second, judges are too easygoing by allowing 5 months to prepare initial filings, and likely will allow more postponement. (This is a straightforward case, with Arrington on video, using her foundation debit card to withdraw gambling money at the casino, And her casino card kept track of her losses - 70,000 dollars.)
The judge in Mueller´s case should stick with a decision to force the case quickly.
And Arrington should not be given all that time for no good reason.

Seems hiring a bunch of political hacks has the effect of clouding their judgement, and may be a bigger problem when confronted in court.

But then, Mueller´s team has never had much trouble shading the law, or putting people away for no crime at all, and putting an entire accounting firm out of business for no crime at all either.

Former Republican congressman and non-interventionist advocate Ron Paul praised President Trump’s summit in Helsinki, Finland with Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying he believes the president “won.” In comments after Trump and Putin wrapped up a press conference together, Paul said he was “delighted” to see the two power players speaking while noting that the interventionist wings of the Democratic and Republican parties — commonly referred to as “neoconservatives” — are outraged by the meeting. Paul said: I would say that this was significant diplomacy. It has to be that the neocons aren’t very happy because Trump sounded pretty reasonable. And

President Donald Trump scored a diplomatic win on Monday at his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland. The media, the Democrats, and the Never Trump contingent declared immediately that Trump had failed. But they were bitterly prejudiced against the meeting from the start, to the point where many insisted that Trump cancel it. To them, looking at the summit through the lens of “collusion,” the summit could only be the ultimate payoff for Putin’s election meddling in 2016. But viewed through the lens of diplomacy, the summit was a milestone in U.S.-Russia relations. Judging from their remarks at the press conference

Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the new darling of the Democratic party. In a recent interview, however, the upstart politico running in a hyper-liberal district in New York did not show command of the issues. Ocasio-Cortez was being interviewed by Margaret Hoover on the PBS show ‘Firing Line.’ Hoover asked very basic, softball questions of the young congressional candidate. The old aristocracy was born of battle, a warrior aristocracy. Then the reins were handed off to the bourgeois, the wealthy capitalist class. Today we have an aristocracy of opinion made up of the managerial elite. Their chief credential is their credentials, as well as their having professed the right opinions. Among this class, much of what passes for deep thinking—whether on economics, foreign policy, or anything else—is in fact a repetition of stale conventional wisdom. The managerial elite’s thoughtlessness is never more apparent than in the case of foreign policy. This week Donald Trump, yet again, has angered and
