You Lose, Democrats: Mueller
Told Trump Legal Team The
President Cannot Be Indicted

Townhall, by Matt Vespa

Ever since Donald J. Trump won a stunning victory against Hillary Clinton and the Democrats, the Left was convinced there was something at play to cause this event. How could the politically tone deaf Hillary lose? How could a woman with no charisma, economic agenda, or political skill lose? How could a woman who wrote off half the country as deplorable racists lose? You know the answer to this, but for liberals it had to be the Russians. The mocking of the GOP over Russia being our biggest geopolitical rival was relegated to the trashcan. Now, it was the neo-red

An indictment was never the end game. Mueller was, and is, just trolling for enough info to create grounds for an impeachment proceeding.

[S]pecial counsel Robert Mueller has told the president´s legal team he will follow Justice Department guidance and not seek an indictment against Trump.

Did you hear the propaganda?

The implication is:
We got goods!
We got a slam dunk case!
We got him cold!

But, unfortunately, because of that
pesky Justice Department guidance
we just can´t seek an indictment
at this time.

They will never stop
defibrillating the corpse
of their dream.

An honest advocate would have simply said:
There´s no evidence.
There´s no case.
We´re done.

What Mueller told the Trump legal team is not worth a hill of beans, as the DOJ memo that indicates that a sitting President cannot be indicted can be changed at any time to say that upon reconsideration a sitting President can be indicated. What the Mueller team wants is for Trump to talk with them so that they can come up with a few inconsistencies in testimony in regard to answers they already know. Remember it is OK for Democrat prosecutors and the FBI to be untruthful to any person they are interviewing, but it is unlawful for a person being interviewed to tell inconsistencies to law enforcement. Since this entire investigation, that is obviously targeting Trump is highly political, for if it were not the Mueller team would not be about indicting as many of Trump’s Republican aides as they possibly can. It’s not what Mueller said or says, but what Mueller has been doing, and is still doing, that is important. Trusting Mueller is fool’s gold.

Why is this even an issue to discuss? The President cannot be indicted, while in officel he is immune to all legal proceedings except for impeachment.

I still want to know just what democrats want to impeach him for, other than being a Republican and the fact that they don´t like him.

I think the impeachment talk is just a fund-raising ploy by the democrats against gullible democrat voters.

Allegations against Weinstein first came out in two bombshell reports in October, in which multiple women accused him of sexual harassment, sexual assault or rape. Emmet Flood, the latest lawyer added to the White House as part of its defense to the Russian investigation, was meant to bring experience and order to the chaotic legal team around President Donald Trump. However, his first public move can only be described as a blunder of the first order. Flood went to yesterday’s much discussed briefing to speak with members of Congress. Two highly classified briefings were scheduled to discuss the use of informants by the FBI in its investigation of Trump campaign associates. Friday is the deadline for the FBI and Justice Department to give the Senate Judiciary Committee key documents in the Michael Flynn case. It won´t happen, because that´s not how the current FBI and Justice Department deal with congressional demands involving the Trump-Russia affair. But sooner or later, Judiciary Chairman Sen. In a May 11 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Grassley noted that more than a year ago, on Feb. 15, 2017, the Judiciary Committee requested a copy of the transcript of a Dec. 2016 phone

Is the FBI lying about when the investigation of the Trump campaign began? That’s the question at the heart of a fascinating edtiorial by the Wall Street Journal. I’ve pieced together some excerpts here: Multiple media sources have now confirmed that American academic Stefan Halper is the “top secret” informant the FBI asked to sidle up to Trump campaign officials in 2016. Some questions follow: Who asked Mr. Halper to keep tabs on the Trump officials, and when and why? It is now clear that Russian attempts at interference in the 2016 election, though somewhat outrageous, were ineffectual, unconnected with any particular party, a small effort given what a country of Russia’s resources and taste for political skullduggery and chicanery is capable of, and minor compared with the influence many countries, including the United States, have sometimes exercised in the elections of other countries. No serious person could find anything in the conduct of the president that could be construed as obstruction of justice, the all-purpose catch-all of American prosecutors, who can conjure that charge from the most mundane acts. The Mueller investigation, Bruni argued, is dominating media coverage to the extent it’s crowding out coverage of what Trump and his administration are actually doing. “Maybe the just-published Politico report of Trump’s deliberate, cavalier use of a cellphone that doesn’t have strict security safeguards would be getting extra attention” if not for the Mueller investigation, Bruni pondered. “Without Mueller and Russia, Scott Pruitt would be closer to center stage, with an even brighter, harsher spotlight on

Teams will be fined for any personnel that "do not show proper respect for the flag and Anthem” on the sidelines.
