Nikki Haley Walks Out of UN As
Palestinian Envoy Starts Speaking

Townhall, by Cortney O´Brien

Original Article

U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley made quite the statement on the Middle East at Tuesday´s Security Council meeting - and it had nothing to do with her speech. After the ambassador had finished condemning Hamas for the violence on the Gaza-Israel border this week and Palestinian Ambassador Riyad H. Mansour instead began condemning Israeli forces, she got up and left. @ianbremmer Nikki Haley walking out as Palestine´s envoy to the UN begins to speak pretty much summarizes the US stance towards the Palestinians. 1:51 PM - May 15, 2018 Half of Twitter loved her symbolic exit. The other half decried it

Her statements given before walking out are spot on. Her walking out was just her dropping the mic after giving that perfect soliloquy.

As for the article, why bury the meat farther down and stuff what this meaningless "Twitter" thinks near the top? FTA: "Half of Twitter loved her symbolic exit. The other half decried it as shameful and undiplomatic."

Given how liberal and grumpy "Twitter" is I would say if half of it loved what she said then in reality 99% loved it. Maybe the 1% should go get plastic drums and beat them in public places while living in tents of squalor.

Some people have short memories. Nikki is getting her resume in order to run for President. Let’s not forget her erasing history by abolishing the Confederate flags and removal of statues. And how can we forget Nikki and little Marco dancing on the stage during the campaign mocking Trump. Marco was running for President and Nikki was pushing for VP. I see an attention seeker who’s trying to make a name for herself.

A couple of things. Palestinian ambassador? There is no such country.

As for shock and dismay at what Nikki did, I remember when Arafat spoke at the UN wearing his ammo bandoliers. That´s OK I guess.

#4, We are of the same mindset. I, too, have not forgotten what she has done. However, I will reserve judgment because she has been for the most part a good U.N. Ambassador. I am a tad cynical regarding most politicians and believe they are all playing some kind of angle. So far, Ambassador Haley has done a fine job standing up to the Anti-American riff-raff in the U.N.

FTA: "Thousands of Palestinians, however, responded by rioting near the Gaza border, some armed with firebombs and other explosive devices. Israeli Defense Forces, who had warned the Palestinians not to approach the border, killed over 50 of those individuals and wounded over 2,000 others."

Nikki is doing our government proud in helping to reverse our old non-working position of paying the UN´s bills for little or no political return.

I don´t see any mention of the hysteria (with picture) of the little child alleged (but wasn´t) killed by their tear gas? Or the three terrorist killed before they could reach fence to detonate explosives there. More importantly, how can Hamas now cite that there were 2,000 wounded? Finally, just mentioned are that at least 50 shot dead were Hamas terrorist.

Nikki would still have done better against the Obola dynasty than McCain or Romney did. They screwed up so badly that sometimes I think they lost deliberately. She may have allowed some symbols to be removed from SC but the two RINOs paved the way for national healthcare and cost US taxpayers billions. Nobody is going to forget our history if they take down every flag and every statue except MLK and remove it from every school book. Liberals can do a lot of damage but they can´t erase our memories.

Agree, Palestinians are not an official body of people, why do they even get speaking time at the UN?

As much as I admire Mrs. haley, from a historically constitutional standpoint, Mrs. Haley is not eligible to be President. Her parents had immigrated (legally!) to the U.S. only a few months before she was born. Her parents were non-citizens, therefore she does not meet the historical (correct) definition of a "Natural Born Citizen" as required by the Constitution. A requirement distinct from all other offices which require the holder to be (only) a citizen. Ted Cruze, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal and the usurper Obama all fail this requirement as well.

Frankly, I don´t care if she´s playing to the camera as has been suggested, as long as she´s kicking derrieres at the UN and standing up for the country. It´s about time we had someone with gonads.

People mistakes and some learn and go forward and others continue to choose wrong. I don´t hold grudges. If i did, I wouldn´t be (rightly) supporting our President who has been doing a very good job. I still hold some disdain for how he wrongly slandered Sen. Cruz. But i do support him for what he does now. Just as I am not happy with Amb. Haley´s decision regarding Confederate flag, I completely support and appreciate what she has done in her role at the U.N.

Holding grudges is unhealthy.

Eight armed Hamas terrorists fought Israeli troops last Monday. All were killed — then counted in the day’s death toll of “60 protesters.” Hamas itself identified 50 of the 60 “martyrs” as Hamas members and admitted to “terminological deception,” because it was deploying “peaceful resistance bolstered by a military force.” The widespread condemnations of Israel caused by characterizing those 50 violent fence-invaders as “peaceful” suggests how Palestinians are playing so many for dupes. Whatever your feelings about abortion, there’s no reasonable argument that taxpayers should be forced to subsidize an abortion chain which already operates handsomely in the black with the help of thousands of millionaire celebrity donors. President Trump’s action last week, barring Title X family planning funds from programs and facilities that perform abortions, is thus entirely right and reasonable. For all Planned Parenthood’s gnashing of teeth, the only thing to suffer will be its own profits and the rewards of its senior executives.
