The Democratic National Committee filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit Friday against the Russian government, the Trump campaign and the WikiLeaks organization alleging a far-reaching conspiracy to disrupt the 2016 campaign and tilt the election to Donald Trump. The complaint, filed in federal district court in Manhattan, alleges that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and help Trump by hacking the computer networks of the Democratic Party and disseminating stolen material found there. “During the 2016 presidential campaign, Russia launched an all-out assault on our democracy, and it found

Their campaign treasury is in the tank and they decide to waste the last of their dreggs to pay for a pointless law suit to keep their Trump hate meme going. Absolutely insane! This is truly the party of "Stuck in the old and to hell with the new".

Like I say; Anyone who votes for a Democrat needs to get his or her head examined.

Time for the RNC to file a lawsuit against the DNC and the Clintons for conspiring to defame the Republican candidate and tilt the election in favor of Clinton.

That can be proven and will stand up in court.

It might even wake up Sessions.

It looks like the Mueller Investigation is about to fizzle out, so the Democrats will probably judge shop this civil action out, and whatever judge they choose will be put under Democrat pressure to initiate another Special Counsel type Investigation to prove the Democrat claims and report to the judge sometime during the run up to the midterm election next November.

The Democrats have already corrupted the DC bureaucracy and are now moving on to do the same to the reputation of the federal courts.

The DNC is inviting a much bigger counterclaim against it from the defendants regarding their role in the dossier, and the discovery process there will actually have something of interest. I think the timing of the counterclaim is what is most important. Probably the last day they can file it so that its publicity nearest to the elections is maximized. But there is more ammunition for a counterclaim than for the DNC´s original claim.

Great comments, especially #s 18 and 21.

Hillary and the Democrats are so consumed by hatred that they can´t see how self-destructive it is.

If you´ve seen Lanny Davis in the past few days, his face literally goes into contortions as he snarls and complains and launches into disputatiousness of the most vituperative kind.

It´s desperate. It would be laughable except that we know how courts are not friendly to Republicans. And POTUS is despised also because he is dismantling so much of the leftwing infrastructure erected by the Clintons and Obamas especially.

It´s a fight to the max. They started the coup, they want to finish it and oust the duly elected President.

So they´ll subpoena everyone and everything, including attorneys other than Cohen. Ugly

Oh, and it serves as further distractions from President Trump´s Administration successes (many which illuminate BO´s failures). They do not want the public support of POTUS to continue trending uppward.

Have the Dems lost confidence in the Mueller investigation? Is "collusion" even a tort? If so, maybe they hope a civil lawsuit will produce sufficient evidence to spin for purposes of the coming election. They know a trial would be potentially years away and the case can be dropped after its political mileage has been exhausted. Meanwhile, let it be said that even if they could show collusion by a preponderance of the evidence standard, it would be impossible to prove under any standard that the alleged collusion changed the outcome of the election, or that the DNC was damaged in a quantifiable sum, if at all.

The first anniversary of this “investigation to nowhere” finally revealed the real character of Special Counsel Robert Mueller with a stunning series of blunders. It turns out Mueller isn’t really a dreaded “witch hunter,” much less Inspector Javert. Mueller instead turns out to be Elmer Fudd. Fudd’s declared target, Daffy Duck, lost no sleep over his murderous intentions. Elmer Fudd was a flock hunter. Lacking the ability to aim and hit a target, he would aim at the whole flock of birds overhead, assuming something just had to fall. It might be a bluebird, a whooping crane, or a California condor

Not so long ago Robert Mueller, desperate to show he was actually doing something, anything, more than just wasting taxpayer dollars on fake allegations of Donald Trump/Russia collusion, indicted three Russian companies and thirteen Russian nationals for “trolling” the 2016 Election. The liberal media slobbered over the indictments even as actual attorneys scratched their heads wondering what Mr. Mueller was up to. You see – the entire thing was a P.R. stunt without a shred of actual evidence and now a federal judge is taking him to task for it. Mueller never thought the indictments would end up in court.

Special counsel Robert Mueller´s team has informed President Donald Trump´s attorneys that they have concluded that they cannot indict a sitting president, according to the President´s lawyer. "All they get to do is write a report," Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani told CNN. "They can´t indict. At least they acknowledged that to us after some battling, they acknowledged that to us." That conclusion is likely based on longstanding Justice Department guidelines. It is not about any assessment of the evidence Mueller´s team has compiled. A lack of an indictment would not necessarily mean the President is in the clear. Mueller could issue a report

Rolling Stones star Keith Richards has told of the band´s bad experience with Donald Trump before he became US president. The rockers were left bruised after Trump was their promoter in 1989, on their Steel Wheels tour. The guitarist, 74, said the encounter left him demanding: ´You´ve got to get rid of this man!´ Richards told the BBC: ´He was the promoter for us in Atlantic City. It was (billed as) Donald Trump presents the Rolling Stones, (which was) in miniature. ´We never have much to do with promoters usually, but this one got me. That was the last time

Vatican City — Pope Francis says he has thought about when it might be time to “take leave” of his flock. Francis made the comment during his morning homily Tuesday; the Vatican didn’t release the full text. Francis was reflecting on St. Paul discerning when to leave his flock in the care of others, a decision Francis said all bishops must make. He said: “When I read this, I think about myself, because I’m a bishop and I’ll have to take my leave.” Francis has said retired Pope Benedict XVI “opened a door” to future popes by resigning. While the 81-year-old pope

In case you somehow missed the legitimately insane drama, it was recently revealed that A) Meghan Markle´s brother wrote an open letter asking Prince Harry to call off the royal wedding, B) Meghan Markle´s dad staged paparazzi photos, and c) Meghan´s Markle´s dad was so upset by A and B that he canceled his plans to come to the wedding and is now reportedly in hospital for heart surgery. So how does The Queen feel about this turn of events? HRH is reportedly "very angry" with Thomas Markle Sr. for selling staged photos of himself, and honestly having The Queen

Under John Brennan, the CIA operated as an opposition research outfit for the Hillary Clinton campaign. It appears from leaked news stories in the British press that Brennan’s oafish spying on Trump began around April 2016, right after Trump’s biggest primary victories. As it became urgently clear to Brennan that Trump was going to face off against Hillary, Brennan turned to “intelligence partners” in Europe for dirt on Trump. But they didn’t have any, save some pretty skimpy material on “contacts” between Trump campaign officials and Russians. Whatever Brennan collected was so insubstantial that Robert Mueller

Democrats, the mainstream media, and left-wing reporters are twisting President Trump’s words in calling MS-13 illegal alien gang members “animals.” During a roundtable discussion of California’s sanctuary state laws, Fresno Sheriff Margaret Mims mentioned to Trump the difficulty of working with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to notify them of an illegal alien MS-13 gang member. In response, Trump called the MS-13 gang members “animals,” as he’s done in the past. (Video) MIMS: There could be an MS-13 gang member, I know about, if they don’t reach a threshold, I cannot tell ICE about

Wednesday on Bloomberg, Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) said the government should “start talking about” regulating pay disparities between CEOs and the average worker. Ellison said, “As you know, under the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act, it became required that the publicly traded companies would have to report the ratio between CEO pay and the median worker. It took about five years or more for the Securities Exchange Commission to create a rule. They finally did so now we have a data set of about 225 public the traded companies. We find that CEOs are paid an exorbitant amount of money’s compared workers.

Top Trump administration officials and Republican lawmakers offered heartfelt tributes to John McCain Tuesday night at the International Republican Institute’s annual freedom dinner, striking a marked contrast to the continued controversy facing the White House over its handling of a crude closed-door joke about the Arizona senator. “Tonight, there is a man standing here right beside me, and you and I can see him in our mind’s eye,” said Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, one of the Freedom Award recipients. “He’s a giant, in my mind, of American public life. He leads steadfastly, nothing can diminish him, he steadfastly represents the best

Democrats in Iowa, like Democrats everywhere, have gone around the bend. Last Thursday, Tom Steyer, a leftist hypocrite of epic proportions, headlined a town hall in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A woman in the audience said that she couldn’t see any difference between President Trump and Adolf Hitler. Steyer suggested that a fine distinction might be drawn, but added that the urgency to impeach Trump–a nationwide campaign that Steyer is spearheading–derives from the risk that if permitted to remain in office, Trump may murder millions: [Video] These people are crazy, obviously. But what to make of it? Reporting on primary

Free Markets: Big businesses in Seattle face a substantial new tax to build more affordable housing. This is after the city thwarted private developers who were building affordable housing on their own dime. Only to government officials could this make any sense. This week, the city council unanimously passed a "head tax" of $275 per full-time worker on any company in the city that makes more than $20 million in gross revenues. The city says the $48 million in new taxes will go toward affordable housing and providing emergency services for the city´s swelling homeless population. Major employers like Amazon.com

The president of the NAACP in South Carolina has been exposed as a liar falsely claiming racially-motivated police misbehavior. In a Facebook post, since deleted, Rev. Jerrold Moultire, published this purported dialogue of a traffic stop that occurred on April 13, in Timmonsville, South Carolina. Blue Lives Matter captured the post before deletion (snip) Poor Rev. Moultrie was a victim of racial profiling, if you believe this account. But I guess he didn’t realize that the officer was wearing a body camera that recorded the entire incident. Here is the video: [video] If you don’t want to take nearly 4 minutes to watch the entire
