Feds: Michael Cohen is barely even a lawyer
New York Post, by Ruth Brown

Michael Cohen is a fraud of a lawyer who works exclusively for President Trump, federal prosecutors charged Friday. “Cohen has told at least one witness that he has only [one] client — President Trump,” the lawyers wrote in court documents, challenging Cohen’s claims that records seized in raids on his home and office Monday should be protected by attorney-client privilege. And he’s barely doing any “legal work” for Trump, either, they claim. “[Reviews of the records] indicate that Cohen is in fact performing little to no legal work, and that zero e-mails were exchanged with President Trump,” according to the brief, filed in

Hollywood could not make this up. This Judge Kimba Wood was nominated by Bill Clinton to be his Attorney General, but her nomination was withdrawn after it was disclosed that she employed an illegal alien babysitter.

We are sure that Cohan will get a fair hearing, as apparently the Judge wants Cohan to appear back before her on Monday and in court identify each piece of “evidence” seized by the FBI that Cohen believes might come under the “Attorney-Client” privilege. What could go wrong there as the government lawyers would then have the chance to make a showing why the “evidence” did not come under the “Attorney-Client” privilege. After those arguments the media would then know about each piece of “evidence” and report it to the world.

Where does it say in the law that a law school graduate who passes the bar examination must be employed by a certain number of clients to be deemed a lawyer?

I hate to even mention the man´s name, but... Robert Kardashian was a central figure in the OJ Simpson murder case.
Kardashian had been a lawyer, but had surrendered his law license. And when OJ returned from Chicago, and showed up at his residence,. he handed Kardashian his luggage, which promptly disappeared. And OJ spoke with Kardashian, which the court ruled was lawyer client protected, even though Kardashian was not a lawyer. As long as OJ believed Kardashian to be a lawyer, the communications were covered under lawyer´client privilege.
What was in the luggage? Blood stained clothers, in all probablility.
Oh, yes - the police handcuffed OJ, and Kardashian demanded that they remove the cuffs.

Cohen is barely even a lawyer. Guess that depends on what the meaning of ´is´ is, right? What a meaningless statement. They will now do whatever they can to make us forget about Russian Collusion, and now its all about Trump and Stormy Daniels. Mueller has completed his Russian Collusion ´investigation´. Its time to shut him down. When Stormy Daniels falls flat, what will Mueller investigate next? We´re suppose to take all of this seriously?

The object of this exercise is not to gather evidence about possible criminal wrongdoing. The end game is to cloud the waters and hurt the Trump Administration.

There will never be any charges brought forward, or if there are they will be minor and procedural in nature, but in the meantime there will be ´leaks´ (some with some truth to them, most without) to certain attack members of the MSM.

The OWO (One World Order) is vast, has unlimited resources, and they don´t like the way Trump upended their plans. This will not stop until they are fully outed, which hopefully the ´silent assassin´ is doing without much fanfare under the MSM radar.

Just something I found on the Internet about Barack and Michelle 0bama´s law license...or NOT. It is always puzzling or troublesome to hear that many politicians are lawyers, with no real world experiences, like Trump was as a CEO, or work ethic (blue collar) that knows about weekly paychecks and budgets, or a military person, working their way up the chain of command knowing "God, Duty, Honor, Country".

In the end, we now get backbenchers who vote almost entirely on how they are told (and not for their individual district or state´s constituency), which makes them "barely" important in writing and deciding our laws (in Federal courts). Sadly, we need lawyers because God only made one Solomon.

Trump doesn´t use email. Smart. As for Cohen, the usual way to determine initially if something privileged is to list the sender and receiver and general subject matter. If Cohen has not clients, it would be pretty easy to see if something was privileged. It would also be pretty easy to see that conversations with Trump--who they admit is a client--are privileged.

So Ruth Brown decides who is really a lawyer and who is not?

For long years before Brown popped out into the world powerful businessmen had lawyers who handled all of their business. On retainer. These lawyers were usually top flight at negotiation and were kept busy with their primary client’s multitude of often complex affairs. They had no time to be in a general practice where they saw many clients.

Ruth Brown would not understand.

Jeff Sessions ends Obama-era ‘de facto’

Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a directive to immigration judges Thursday telling them they can no longer shunt deportation cases off onto permanent wait lists and leave illegal immigrants free to roam the U.S. Known as administrative closure, the wait list had become a favorite tactic of the Obama administration, serving to protect low-priority illegal immigrants from deportation. Rather than pursue those cases, government attorneys would propose — and judges would grant — administrative closure by shipping more than 200,000 cases to the suspension list in what analysts said became a de facto amnesty.

Deep in the New York Times’s account of “Crossfire Hurricane,” the FBI’s codename for spying on the Trump campaign, is a hilariously bland paragraph about John Brennan and James Comey teaming up to dig dirt on Trumpworld. If you blinked in the course of reading the lengthy article, you might have missed it: The F.B.I.’s thinking crystallized by mid-August, after the C.I.A. director at the time, John O. Brennan, shared intelligence with Mr. Comey showing that the Russian government was behind an attack on the 2016 presidential election. Intelligence agencies began collaborating to investigate that operation.

The revolution is real, but it’s not clear Bernie is going to lead it. Democrats across the board are embracing the policies of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) — Medicare for all, legal marijuana and free college — but primary results underscore that the 2016 presidential candidate is struggling to emerge as a kingmaker in the party. Liberals on Tuesday defeated an establishment-backed House candidate in Nebraska, a mainstream gubernatorial candidate in Idaho and a conservative House candidate in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. Sanders was not involved in the first two races and endorsed a runner-up in the third.

California’s primary system could thwart Democrats and Republicans alike on June 5, shutting either party out of key races in the fall. Under the state’s top-two primary, the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes advance to the general election in November, regardless of party. Democrats fear that the high numbers of hopefuls on the primary ballot could split the vote and leave the party without candidates in high-stakes congressional races in November. Meanwhile, Republicans are worried they could be left off the ballot in the governor’s race and other statewide contests in November,

Last Thursday, the president traveled to Joint Base Andrews to greet three American hostages whose release he had secured from North Korea. Unlike his predecessor, Trump did it without sending the offending regime an unmarked plane loaded with hundreds of millions in hard currency. The return of these American captives should have been a moment of celebration and bipartisan unity. So

It appears from leaked news stories in the British press that Brennan’s oafish spying on Trump began around April 2016, right after Trump’s biggest primary victories. As it became urgently clear to Brennan that Trump was going to face off against Hillary, Brennan turned to “intelligence partners” in Europe for dirt on Trump. He explained away the possibility of an FBI informant spying on the campaign as the bureau was trying to find out “what the Russians were doing to try to substantiate themselves in the campaign or influence or leverage it.” Obama’s Director of National Intelligence then went on to say, “So,

Democrats, the mainstream media, and left-wing reporters are twisting President Trump’s words in calling MS-13 illegal alien gang members “animals.” During a roundtable discussion of California’s sanctuary state laws, Fresno Sheriff Margaret Mims mentioned to Trump the difficulty of working with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to notify them of an illegal alien MS-13 gang member. In response, Trump called the MS-13 gang members “animals,” as he’s done in the past. (Video) MIMS: There could be an MS-13 gang member, I know about, if they don’t reach a threshold, I cannot tell ICE about

Wednesday on Bloomberg, Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) said the government should “start talking about” regulating pay disparities between CEOs and the average worker. Ellison said, “As you know, under the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act, it became required that the publicly traded companies would have to report the ratio between CEO pay and the median worker. It took about five years or more for the Securities Exchange Commission to create a rule. They finally did so now we have a data set of about 225 public the traded companies. We find that CEOs are paid an exorbitant amount of money’s compared workers.

Attorney Joe diGenova predicted that both Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General Jeff Sessions´ days are numbered at the Department of Justice during a telephone interview with Newsmax´s Howie Carr Wednesday. DiGenova´s claim came after the New York Times published a report titled "Code Name Crossfire Hurricane: The Secret Origins of the Trump Investigation". The report has been interpreted by many as an attempt by sources within the "Deep State" to cushion the blow of the imminent DOJ inspector general report, which is expected to be explosive. In March, President Trump considered adding diGenova and his wife Victoria Toensing

Renovator Dino Petrone, 36, blogger Ashley, 32 and sons Gabe, 8, Gavin, 7 and daughter Quinn, 4, from Ventura County, had what many would consider an ´ordinary´ life in California. However when the family stumbled across a piece of land they described as ´perfect´, they decided to downsize in order to make it their own, swapping their family home for the $8,000 (£5,900) trailer, which they´ve turned into a luxurious abode to rival

Starbucks´ day of racial-bias training for its baristas can´t come soon enough. With less than two weeks to go before the coffee chain closes stores nationwide to educate its nearly 175,000 workers on how not to discriminate against others, Starbucks (SBUX) this week found itself apologizing for doing just that. (Tweet) The apology on social media came after a customer at a Starbucks in La Cañada Flintridge, California, found the word "Beaner" -- a derogatory term for Mexicans -- printed on his coffee drink instead of "Pedro," his name. A friend of Pedro's who translated for him told CBS Los Angeles that his "friend was also sad"

Democrats in Iowa, like Democrats everywhere, have gone around the bend. Last Thursday, Tom Steyer, a leftist hypocrite of epic proportions, headlined a town hall in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A woman in the audience said that she couldn’t see any difference between President Trump and Adolf Hitler. Steyer suggested that a fine distinction might be drawn, but added that the urgency to impeach Trump–a nationwide campaign that Steyer is spearheading–derives from the risk that if permitted to remain in office, Trump may murder millions: [Video] These people are crazy, obviously. But what to make of it? Reporting on primary
