Discipline Quotas: The Obama
Administration’s Evil Lives On

Power Line, by John Hinderaker

Original Article

In 2014, the Obama administration promulgated a “guidance” to America’s public schools that threatened federal investigations and litigation against schools where black students are disciplined (e.g., by suspension) more often, on a pro rata basis, than white students, on the ground that such numerical discrepancy is evidence of discrimination. Many schools responded by adopting discipline quotas, which meant in practice that after a certain number of students of a particular race had been suspended, teachers and administrators were helpless to enforce any kind of discipline in classrooms. The Obama administration is gone, thankfully, but its “guidance” has not been revoked. Meanwhile,

If you talk to a cop that is honest with you he/she will tell you that they are under pressure to find reasons to pull over and cite white people, and give others a pass just so their ´numbers´ won´t support charges of racism.

Obama’s presidency is the cancerous evil clown gift that keeps on giving, and giving, and giving ... most divisive administration in American history.

We were pretty close to the edge there. I don´t think we would have survived 8 years of Hillary and Trump may have only delayed the inevitable.

Many poor souls did not survive the wreckage which was the obama presidency.

I´ve said it before...If the ´Amish´ would stop committing offences more often, they wouldn´t get disciplined more often. As usual, this quota system is purely meant to undermine American society and the rule of law...of course, what else would you expect from the termites that wrote it.

It´s time to openly challenge and discard the entire fraudulent concept of the purposely misnamed "social justice" movement. Frankly it is a cowardly attempt to avoid seeking changes in behavior (cultural persistence in violence and hostility) by instead masking its very existence with forced changes in statistics gathering. The premise was if you don´t let them record it, it doesn´t exist.

But it does. And people are getting killed because of the enforced fraud.

I just had "snarky" go round with our county school superintendent. Asked bout the Promimse Program and if our schools embraced it. He told me they had many programs with "promise" in them so I would have to specify and he would investigate! I did the research and found the new policy is based on that outlined in the Dear Colleague letter to all k-12 schools in the US. Duncan DoED, Holder DOJ and Obama admin authorized. It is called Restorative Justice. DeVos has to stop this!

The article is incorrect.
I have directed you people to Barack´s executive order, titled On The Education Of African American Students, several times, and the executive order, with the force of law, created quotas by race.
That executive order was issued on July 26, 2012. not 2014.
Unless that executive order is reversed , it could cause the deaths of more students, and disrupt the education of millions of students.

#9 has it. The situation is totally the fault of white people and their huge abundance of useable guilt. If blacks could not count on white guilt to forgive all of their failures, disruptions, bad behavior and demanding attitudes, they would behave themselves and begin to evolve in society. As it is now, it´s too easy to just let whitey voluntarily take the blame and go on with business as usual.

The trouble with leftists as Lovers of Science, while all those who oppose them are "deniers," is that they cannot take even the most elementary set of data, such as blacks commit more crime and come to the right conclusions. It doesn´t look good, the optics are bad, so the data must be wrong. It must be the fault of white racism, discrimination. Thus the problem only gets worse.

Public Schools are a mess, discipline wise, on a racial basis. Non white students who violate the rules skate and the poor white students pay the price, harboring chaos as a result of this policy.

A relative of mine works in one of the larger school system in Michigan and attests to this happening?

Wonder what the heck Obama and his gang wanted to establish by implementing such a flawed policy?

Progressives and their neocon brethren have been predictably outraged this week, because at the press conference after the Helsinki summit on Monday, our president appeared to give the detested Vladimir Putin the benefit of the doubt. Despite the contrary views of Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and many others, Trump said he believed Putin that the “Russian state” had not interfered in the 2016 presidential election. So, to our perpetually hysterical media, Trump is now a traitor who is siding with Russia over his own country. Yet the childish reactions have obscured a number of important facts. To begin with,

The 14th Amendment became part of the U.S. Constitution 150 years ago in July of 1868. Among other things, it enshrined our traditional common law practice of granting citizenship to those born in the United States who are subject to its laws—specifically it guaranteed that the recently freed slaves and their descendants would be citizens. The 14th Amendment also applied to the children of immigrants, as its authors and opponents understood at the time. President Trump’s immigration position paper, however, famously endorsed an end to birthright citizenship. Michael Anton, a former national security official in the Trump administration as well as
