House Intel Dem to Trump: ‘Gloat

The Hill [Washington, DC], by Jacqueline Thomsen

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) scolded President Trump for celebrating the firing of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe on Friday night, telling him to “gloat now, but you will be fired soon.” “And it’s not going to be done cowardly, as you’ve done to so many who’ve served you,” Swalwell tweeted Saturday. “There’s a storm gathering, Mr. President, and it’s going to wipe out you and your corrupt organization all the way down to the studs.” (Snip) The Democrat, who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, was responding to Trump’s tweet celebrating McCabe’s firing. Swalwell also tweeted on Friday night that

Comments:
Wow. Talk about inappropriate behavior! Swalwell is as bad as the insufferable jackass Schiff. They don´t have anything against Trump so all they do is attack and make outrageous remarks. It really is sickening and outrageous considering that Obama was the one who ran the most corrupt administration in American history. Mark Levin has stated that, not just me. And he´s absolutely correct. The Democrats are absolutely terrified about what has been found and will be found concerning their misdeeds and crimes.

There really must be something in the California water that has turned their entire Congressional delegation into a pack of screeching moonbats. It´s also a sign that we´re getting way too close to the truth and their collusion meme has come almost completely undone. They´re desperate to keep it afloat but it´s getting more and more difficult for them, and it´s driving them over the edge.

Re #2, not all Californians. There are at least 5+ million Republicans in CA. That’s a lot. There are just more Dems. For now. Nearly as many Declined to States (independents with a small i) as Republicans now. If the Republicans and DtoSs ever get together, the Dems will sink like a stone. Our dream along with MAGA…

The Dems and their absurd actions are certainly pushing that pendulum ...

JFK and RFK had Marilyn Monroe killed to cover up their illicit sexual escapades while JFK was president. Trump is alleged to have been involved in a plot to pay Clifford AKA Stormy Daniels $130K to keep quiet about an affair before was in the White House and the Leftists have their panties in a wad but revere the Kennedys and their spawn.

A particularly odious toad, Swalwell is. There seems to be a new breed of politician in the Swamp -- the cutthroat Democrat. Without conscience, mostly without talent, certainly without scruples, they run on hatred. They populate the Democrat Party and are welcomed by their own to get the job of destroying Republicans done, however it shakes down.

They are vicious, venal and utterly contemptuous and unless the GOP takes this seriously, we are toast. These people have no guardrails.

Curious note from the end of the NYT announcement of Swalwell’s (second) marriage in 2016:

The couple were introduced in September 2015 by mutual friends whom the groom had set up 12 years before.

https://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/16/fashion/weddings/brittany-watts-eric-swalwell.html?_r=0

And here is another revealing article about Swalwell, intended to be an article about his longtime friendship with Chris Michel, a Republican former speechwriter for W and now a clerk for Chief Justice Roberts at the Supreme Court. Swalwell is a manipulative user. Michel’s friendship may be one of his avenues?

Do these people not get yet, that we the voters are watching all of this? I am talking about democrats and the NeverTrumping slugs in the Senate who are deliberately handicapping Trump by not confiming his nominees.

There are rumored to be around 139 nominees of various types still awaiting the senate to do their duty. Like Ambassadors. The media would have blown a gasket if the senate had done this to Obama.

A small group of mostly high school students gathered in front of the White House on Friday as part of the National School Walkout, an anti-gun protest launched by a Connecticut teen following the shooting deaths of 17 people at a Florida high school in February. (Snip)“And so too must we regulate the Second Amendment,” Berlin said. “Just as the freedoms of the First Amendment are subject to rules and regulation so too must be those protected under the Second.” “No amendment is absolute,” Berlin said. “Your right to a gun does not supersede my right to graduate high school.”

Roger Stone, a former adviser to President Trump, lost an invitation to speak at a Florida Republican group´s annual dinner due to negative remarks he made about former first lady Barbara Bush. The Okaloosa Republican Executive Committee "uninvited" Stone over comments he made to the right-wing conspiratorial website InfoWars about Bush, who died Tuesday. "I understand I´m going to take a lot of crap for speaking the truth about Barbara Bush," Stone said in an interview with InfoWars host Alex Jones. "She was a mean-spirited, vindictive drunk. She is ascending into hell right now. She´s not going to heaven. She

Hillary Clinton´s daughter Chelsea popped the champagne after the polls closed – and before her mom´s stunning loss to Donald Trump, according to a new book. ´Chasing Hillary,´ by New York Times reporter Amy Chozick, who covered both of Clinton´s presidential campaigns, cites anonymous sources to say it was even French bubbly: Veuve Clicquot. ´Things were already looking bad when, several people told me, Chelsea Clinton popped the Champagne,´ Chozick writes, according to a preview in the New York Times. ´It was just after 9 p.m. on election night and she was having her hair and makeup done in the family’s suite

It is with a heavy heart, and profound regret for the current state of media in America, that I have dragged my laptop to a Starbucks to pen this column. But I think it is important that we understand the degree of oppression we are up against. I regret to say: I have been silenced. I expressed an opinion, and people criticized that opinion. And since that day, my voice has never been heard again. I am entombed where none can hear my jangling bells, for doing nothing more than walking down the street, saying that women who get abortions

Books are causing quite a stir in Washington this week. We´re still flipping through the pages of former FBI Director James Comey´s A Higher Loyalty, but as soon as we close it we´ll be opening New York Times reporter Amy Chozick´s Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns, and One Intact Glass Ceiling. Chozick, who covered the 2016 Clinton campaign, shares some intriguing details about how the team reacted to some of the most reported moments of the election. The Daily Beast shared a few of the more juicier excerpts.

A California school district says that parents can’t opt out of a new sex education course that will deal with abortion, homosexuality and transgender issues. California passed a law called the California Healthy Youth Act in 2015 to promote “healthy attitudes” about “gender [and] sexual orientation.” The law is meant to teach students about the “effectiveness and safety of all FDA-approved contraceptive methods” and allow for “objective discussion” about “parenting, adoption, and abortion.” The law also gives parents the ability to opt-out of this education and said that the “pupil” shall not be punished academically in any way if they don’t

Imagine a combination of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and you´ve got Kamala Harris, the current seat-warming senator from California who, like Obama, is using the World´s Greatest Deliberative Body as a resume-puncher before swiftly moving on to bigger things: the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination. Even as a nobody senator, she´s been the subject of dozens, perhaps scores of speculative stories about her future, so now -- lest they build her up too quickly -- Politico and other Democrat cheerleaders are cautioning her to get her ducks in order before heading out on the hustings: "Kamala Harris has been called “the

The Democratic National Committee has just filed a civil lawsuit seeking millions of dollars in damages against the Russian government, WikiLeaks, the Trump campaign, and a supporting cast of thousands arguing that the parties conspired to influence the 2016 presidential campaign. The lawsuit is filed in federal court in the Southern District of New York (Manhattan). The DNC alleges a multitude of claims including conspiracy and violations of everything from conspiracy to violations of copyright law and the Trade Secrets Act. “One of the most notable things about the complaint,” says CBS News is the sheer number of defendants — the

Norm Macdonald, in addition to being the best Weekend Update anchor ever, is also a keen student of human nature. Last year he summed up the results of the 2016 presidential election with this koan-like observation: "People hated Hillary Clinton so much that they voted for someone they hated more than Hillary Clinton in order to rub it in." I really think that sums up our current moment. A lot of people, myself included, underestimated just how tired of Hillary everyone was. After a quarter-century of listening to that awful old criminal´s angry, scolding voice, America finally said enough was
