The Reckoning of the FBI Has Begun

Friday´s firing of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, based on a report from the Office of Professional Responsibility, is only the beginning of what is likely to be the most explosive series of revelations in American history. Forget Watergate. It will be the distant past once the Inspector General´s reports—there apparently will be more than one—start to come out. This will be the "Gate of Gates." From the FBI and across the intelligence agencies an astonishing number of people are going to find themselves accused, one can safely predict at this point, of some atrocious behavior in

It´s about time that the swamp draining begins. Let´s hope that all the creatures that broke the law are indicted, prosecuted and put in jail for their misdeeds.

Prove to us that no one is above the law!!!!

All these people´s reputations will be damaged forever...

Their reputations are damaged now. The thing will be to make it stick. twenty years from now, when people hear the word corruption, I would hope that the first faces that pop to mind are Comey, Clinton, and the rest. Nixon? Old news, as someone once said.

The question remains: will MAGA have the stones to actually prosecute high ranking Democrats, even and especially those media idols who´ve worked the Oval Office or had ambitions to, for their crimes? Since the early 20th century Democrats have been allowed to skate past the jailhouse because of their purported "good intentions about helping people". Will MAGA have the stones?

Hurray! Hopefully, McCabe will be angry enough to out all the other socialist, deep state apparatchiks and we´ll begin to see some indictments, the resurrection of the FBI´s reputation. This is a good start. Now Clinton gets a dose of, "what goes around, comes around", and collateral damage to her confederates, for foolishly breaking the law to help her win an election, which in the end did her no good.

"That they didn´t stop to think that they might be wounding America at the same time is extraordinarily selfish and nauseating."

I think this is a bit naive. Most of these people believed they were saving America from Trump and the unwashed mass idiots that voted for him. They are convinced that THEIR views matter, more than antiquated and foolish laws. If the law precludes them from stopping a Trump, then the law must be wrong and they are perfectly justified in taking the actions they did.

This is the thinking of Socialists everywhere. It leads to anarchy and chaos since no rules exist that cannot be overridden by someone else.

I cannot think of these people as selfish which translates to "misguided". That would be true if they VOTED for Hillary. They instead corrupted our government and perverted our election. Firing them and withholding pensions is totally insufficient. They are dangerous criminals and should be prosecuted and incarcerated.

Further, if the FISA court and NSA snooping cannot be protected from such abuse, they should be abandoned. What is worse, possible external interference or certain internal corruption?

The best part of all of this is that McCabe thought his pals would support him by, I don´t know what, barricading the FBI building. Whatever. Now he realizes he´s the first one going under the bus ... and he´s not happy. Sessions fired him, not his pal Wray. McCabe looks like a very angry and tightly wrapped dude who doesn´t like his cage being rattled let alone thrown down a hill.

From what I heard last night, he is already extraordiany upset and mad as hell. He has already stated that he will do everything he can to take down everyone that he can. And I don´t really don´t care as long it´s those who are a part of the "Deep State" that has been part of this mess. If McCabe causes they FBI to be cleaned up, so be it.

They have to get through the media firewall, which has been virtually impossible and then you have people like John Mcain, Jeff Flake and a number of GOP turncoats who will side with the enemy. I want to see Clapper, Brennan, Comey publicly humiliated just before they throw them in jail. I pray to God they have the goods on these people.

I´m sure that many of these unwitting dupes within the FBI and DOJ were at one time loyal, unbiased American law enforcement officials simply wishing to do their jobs in a professional manner. Unfortunately, over the last 40 years he politicization of ANY and ALL Federal Government jobs, including the military, has weakened the leadership standards to the point of rot from the top. Even military Flag Rank officers have made it to their career station not by being brilliant tacticians and strategists, but by "networking" within political circles and knowing how to kiss politician rear-ends. Sad, since the soldiers, sailors, airmen deserve FAR better than and asskisser as their boss.

It´s not hard to see how professional agents who have risen through the ranks could due to arrogance begin to feel that they are "untouchables." Sadly, their arrogance got the better of them and their doom is sure.

It is time for every concerned citizen to keep up the pressure. At moments like this, it´s easy to be cynical and think, oh, this is a good moment, but it will go back to business as usual soon. Mick Mulvaney is making sweeping changes to the consumer agency he temporarily leads, including its name. The symbolic tweak has been overlooked as Mulvaney has pursued numerous other, more concrete changes, such as delaying a major new federal regulation of payday lending. Yet, it’s an example of the Trump appointee’s talent for pleasing Republicans and ticking off liberals every chance he gets. From the time its doors opened in 2011, the agency was known as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Usually, people just called it “the CFPB.” Yet those terms, which adorn the agency’s headquarters, make up its website URL, and are used

Sen. Mike Lee has been fighting against the renomination of Chai Feldblum as EEOC Commissioner. Feldblum is the architect of President Obama’s radical LBGT agenda. She believes, among other things, that when religious liberty and sexual liberty conflict, sexual liberty should prevail in virtually all cases. The confirmation of Feldblum looked like a done deal in December. However, key social conservative groups sounded the alarm, and Sen. Lee placed a hold on Feldblum’s nomination. It is stalled. Now, however, I’m hearing (but haven’t been able to confirm) that a push is under way to steer Feldblum’s nomination through the Senate this week.

A man who was once the highest-ranking uniformed officer in the NYPD avoided charges in a corruption scandal that rocked the department — even though his bank records revealed some $300,000 in transactions that the FBI called the hallmarks of “money laundering,” The Post has learned. The feds’ investigation turned up surveillance photos that show former Chief of Department Philip Banks making some of the deposits, while other photos show “at least one other person, whom the FBI has not been able to identify, making deposits into these accounts,” according to a sworn affidavit filed in Manhattan federal court.

President Trump promised to reverse the Obama era’s progressive economic policies and free American capitalism to do what it does best: increase prosperity for all. And, sure enough, that’s exactly what happened. Buoyed with optimism as taxes were cut and anti-business regulations eliminated, businesses invested, GDP growth climbed to a 3.1 percent average for Trump’s first three full quarters in office and the unemployment rate declined to a low last seen during President Clinton’s final year in office. To avoid slipping back into the economic doldrums we experienced under President Obama –- which, incidentally, offer a look at the alternate reality we

New York Times reporter Amy Chozick has a new book on Hillary Clinton and the 2016 election, and one anecdote in particular from it was getting attention on Friday. It's from election night, when Chozick writes in Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns, and One Intact Glass Ceiling that it finally became clear somebody had to break the news to Clinton that she was going to lose to Donald Trump. The task fell to "Robby Mook, the drained and deflated campaign manager," per an excerpt in the Times. And when he finally did so, Clinton "didn't seem all that surprised," writes Chozick. Then the key Clinton quote: "'I knew it. I knew this would happen to me,' she said, now within

WASHINGTON – Malik Shabazz, former chairman of the New Black Panther Party and president of Black Lawyers for Justice, called on President Trump to provide reparations for slavery or designate territory solely for African-Americans. “We must have reparations, full compensation for the theft of our land, the theft of our bodies, the theft of our people from Africa, the theft of our dignity; the desecration of our souls decade after decade after decade after decade. As I said, we don’t want your food stamps. We don’t want no government handout. We don’t want to be trying to fix up some

NEW YORK — Hillary Clinton excoriated President Donald Trump for his treatment of the media, saying in remarks on Sunday that press rights and free speech are “under open assault” in the current administration, which she compared to an authoritarian regime. “We are living through an all-out war on truth, facts and reason,” Clinton said at the PEN America World Voices Festival, in Manhattan. “When leaders deny things we can see with our own eyes, like the size of a crowd at the inauguration, when they refuse to accept settled science when it comes to urgent challenges like climate change

Cannabis is responsible for 91 per cent of cases where teenagers end up being treated for drug addiction, shocking new figures reveal. Supporters of the drug claim it is harmless, but an official report now warns the ‘increased dominance of high-potency herbal cannabis’ – known as skunk – is causing more young people to seek treatment. (Snip) At least two studies have shown repeated use triples the risk of psychosis, with sufferers repeatedly experiencing delusional thoughts. Some victims end up taking their own lives.

Imagine a combination of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and you´ve got Kamala Harris, the current seat-warming senator from California who, like Obama, is using the World´s Greatest Deliberative Body as a resume-puncher before swiftly moving on to bigger things: the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination. Even as a nobody senator, she´s been the subject of dozens, perhaps scores of speculative stories about her future, so now -- lest they build her up too quickly -- Politico and other Democrat cheerleaders are cautioning her to get her ducks in order before heading out on the hustings: "Kamala Harris has been called “the

The gunman who opened fire at a Nashville Waffle House with an AR-15 wearing nothing but a green jacket is still on the run and police have warned he is armed and dangerous. Travis Reinking, 29, shot dead four people and injured several more at the Waffle House in Antioch early Sunday morning before shedding his jacket and fleeing. Police said Reinking had his Illinois gun license revoked last year at the request of the FBI and four of his weapons were seized by authorities in Tazewell back in October. Residents in the San Francisco Bay Area are living along a fault that is a "ticking time bomb" that could generate an earthquake that could kill hundreds, according to a report released Wednesday. The U.S. Geological Survey said in a report called the "HayWired Scenario" that a magnitude 7.0 earthquake on Hayward Fault located under Oakland could kill as many as 800 people and injure up to 18,000. “This fault is what we sort of call a tectonic time bomb,” USGS earthquake geologist emeritus David Schwartz told the Los Angeles Times. “It’s just waiting to go off.” Researches said the Hayward Fault is dangerous because it runs through

A funny thing happened on the way to this week’s column — Sen. Jon Tester did something I liked. On Wednesday, Sen. Tester took part in a Senate Commerce Committee hearing where he blasted someone who is perhaps the least popular man in America. No, not Jeff Zuckerberg (he is SO last week!). I’m talking about Adrian Abramovitch. Chances are, you’ve never heard of Abramovitch, but even so, I am confident that — along with me and Sen. Tester — you don’t like him! Indeed, when you find out that Abramovitch is accused of making nearly 100 million robocalls in

WASHINGTON — For once, President Donald Trump is opting to go smaller. The president who delights in bigness — of his buildings, his crowd sizes, his hands — is opting for a slimmed-down affair when he hosts French President Emmanuel Macron for his first state dinner on Tuesday. Gone are the President Barack Obama-era days of outside event-planning firms and tents set up on the South Lawn to accommodate guest lists of more than 350. Like President George W. Bush, Trump will host the event in the State Dining Room, with a guest list close to 150. But unlike his predecessors, Trump hasn’t

On April 21 Breitbart News reported that Yeti Coolers cut ties with the NRA Foundation and by April 22 a #BoycottYeti campaign was sweeping Twitter. NRA president Marion Hammer explained the NRA Foundation is a charitable organization that raises money for youth and educational programs nationwide. She noted that Yeti products have long been a staple at Friends of NRA Foundation banquets and functions. However, on April 20, the NRA-ILA quoted Hammer saying, “Suddenly, without prior notice, YETI has declined to do business with the NRA Foundation saying they no longer wish to be an NRA vendor, and refused to say why.

A Colorado woman is facing a $500 fine from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for saving a free apple she received as a snack from Delta Air Lines on her way back to the United States from Paris, France. Crystal Tadlock told Fox 31 Denver, toward the end of her flight from Paris, flight attendants passed out apples in plastic bags as a snack. Tadlock put the fruit in her carry-on to save for when she was hungry during the second leg of her trip. Once Tadlock arrived in the US, she went through Customs and her bag was
