FBI official Andrew McCabe, hoping

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe on Thursday made a final pitch to the Justice Department about why he should not be fired just 72 hours before his retirement, leaving Attorney General Jeff Sessions to decide the matter with a deadline rapidly approaching. McCabe did not meet with Sessions, who was traveling Thursday, but with other senior officials, including Scott Schools, the most senior career attorney in the department. He arrived around 1 p.m. and departed four hours later. The decision could be consequential for McCabe´s financial future, as if he is fired, he could lose significant retirement benefits. Why should McCabe be fired? None of the other Democrats were no matter what laws or regulations they failed to follow.

McCabe should have thought of that before he did all his seditious ´plotting´! This should happen to all dirt bags in the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ and all other treasonous government employees. Since they consider themselves above the law and the little people, this should bring them down to reality.
I don´t care to spend over $2 mill. on these fools for their retirement. Get yourself another job, you are young enough.
Thanks to the guy you wanted to get out of the Oval the economy is booming even a traitor like you can find a job, perhaps!

What they should do is get him to tell all as a condition of not firing him. This is what Mueller would do.

If, however, he should find himself a client on the defense end of the bar and gets convicted...

Losing a pension really puts the frighteners on them - it´s the only reason these goldbricks are there.

What am I missing here? This guy was caught red-handed leaking information. That´s at least a firing offense if not an actual crime. And now that he´s caught he´s down on his knees begging not to lose his multi-million dollar pension?

Give me a break. He´s lucky he´s not getting a blindfold and a cigarette just before he faces a firing squad...which would have a most salutary effect on the rest of the swamp creatures in DC.

This is a rare opportunity to implement justice against those deep state operatives who continually skate and dodge prison. This is as good as being in a blind, when a varmint just happens into our scope and the rifle is loaded, round chambered. It may not be prison as a punishment but it´s the next best category. Mr Sessions is running down the clock, which is kinda worrisome but it may be he wants to look like he really mulled it over, until the last minute. Please Mr Sessions, pull the trigger! If McCabe loses his pension, he might get angry and take other operatives down with him. McCabe, no doubt, knows a LOT of dirt on other players. He may not be trustworthy as turning state´s evidence-hit him with a stick, not a carrot. McCabe´s meek request to not be fired is nothing less than an admission of guilt, as well. Make those Hillary boot lickers pay, today!

Sorry, he needs to have his safety net removed (life-time government pension of about $60k per year plus health benefits) so he knows that´s all he has as a bargaining chip. He can get it back --- if he turns full state evidence against Comey. Otherwise, twist in the wind.

Libs never have any sympathy for private sector workers fired 6 months before their pensions kick in, like those coal miners, airline workers, truck drivers, etc. So I have none for him.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions recently told the White House he might have to leave his job if President Trump fired his deputy, Rod J. Rosenstein, who oversees the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, according to people familiar with the exchange. Sessions made his position known in a phone call to White House counsel Donald McGahn last weekend, as Trump’s fury at Rosenstein peaked after the deputy attorney general approved the FBI’s raid April 9 on the president’s personal attorney Michael Cohen. Sessions’s message to the White House, which has not previously been reported, underscores the political firestorm

The past 12 hours brought two very big revelations involving former FBI director James B. Comey, President Trump and the Russia investigation, and they must be looked at side by side to fully grasp their collective importance. Comey’s memos of his conversations with Trump have leaked in full. This came after Republicans threatened to subpoena them from Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, leading him to release them to Congress. Comey confirmed to Rachel Maddow that before getting fired, he ordered an internal investigation into whether Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani had been privately tipped off by people in the FBI two weeks

Roger Stone, a former adviser to President Trump, lost an invitation to speak at a Florida Republican group´s annual dinner due to negative remarks he made about former first lady Barbara Bush. The Okaloosa Republican Executive Committee "uninvited" Stone over comments he made to the right-wing conspiratorial website InfoWars about Bush, who died Tuesday. "I understand I´m going to take a lot of crap for speaking the truth about Barbara Bush," Stone said in an interview with InfoWars host Alex Jones. "She was a mean-spirited, vindictive drunk. She is ascending into hell right now. She´s not going to heaven. She

“No one in modern politics, male or female, has had to withstand more indignities, setbacks and cynicism. She developed protective armor that made the real Hillary Clinton an enigma. But if she was guarded about her feelings and opinions, she believed it was in careful pursuit of a dream for generations of Americans: the election of the country’s first woman president.” That would have been the nut graf of The New York Times story about Hillary Clinton’s historic victory that would have run under the headline “Madam President” spread across six front-page columns, according to reporter Amy Chozick’s new book,

A California school district says that parents can’t opt out of a new sex education course that will deal with abortion, homosexuality and transgender issues. California passed a law called the California Healthy Youth Act in 2015 to promote “healthy attitudes” about “gender [and] sexual orientation.” The law is meant to teach students about the “effectiveness and safety of all FDA-approved contraceptive methods” and allow for “objective discussion” about “parenting, adoption, and abortion.” The law also gives parents the ability to opt-out of this education and said that the “pupil” shall not be punished academically in any way if they don’t

It is with a heavy heart, and profound regret for the current state of media in America, that I have dragged my laptop to a Starbucks to pen this column. But I think it is important that we understand the degree of oppression we are up against. I regret to say: I have been silenced. I expressed an opinion, and people criticized that opinion. And since that day, my voice has never been heard again.
