You claimed you’d take on a school shooter with

‘Coward’. That was the word President Trump chose to describe a security guard who failed to stop America’s most recent school shooting atrocity. He said the inaction by the guard, Scot Peterson, was ‘frankly disgusting’ and he either ‘didn’t react properly under pressure’ or he ‘didn’t have the courage.’ Trump concluded: ‘He certainly did a poor job.’ I thought of this devastating critique when I heard today that Trump had abandoned all his headline-grabbing gun control plans in the wake of last month’s massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The White House has announced there will be NO increase in

Hey moron! I dont care how tough a president is or isnt. He cant wave a wand and pass legislation, nor can he violate the constitution.

How about this...... why dont you take on NYC after they removed armed guards and law enforcement officers from the schools.

Im beginning to believe that being British pre-disposes one to stupidity.

18 year olds can: Vote, join the military, operate complex engineering equipment, be a father, mother, invade Normandy, go to Iraq and Afghanistan, drive a car, drive a bus, drive a tractor trailer, buy a house, fly a plane, go to college, play professional sports, etc, etc...my guess is an 18 year old should also be able to partake in the freedoms of the 2nd Amendment

Of course it proves the opposite. The NRA is nothing compared to the violence of the left. It is the left that will try to kill you for daring to think for yourself. Most resently they tried to kill some of our great Congress people and have issued many violent threats which are almost too numerious to even count.

#4, I´m okay with nearly every one of those things being increased to 21, particularly to vote and enter the military.

After all, many "children" are still on their parents´ health insurance until they are 26.

And, why should someone who´s barely an adult be able to be convinced to vote for an increase in your property taxes for things they aren´t likely paying for?

Think of all the college students who the Democrats rally to vote for liberal democrat policies. Since liberals don´t think these people are responsible to buy a long gun(rifle) then they shouldn´t be responsible to vote yet.

I believe that if democrats want to take the right to own a gun away from anyone under the age of 21, we should also take away the right to vote and the requirement to pay taxes.

What say you, liberals ??

Piers thinks he is some kind of intellectual. If he is so smart maybe he could explain the link between the NRA and the Broward County school board who did nothing about a known threat. Maybe he can show how the NRA shaped Obama´s policy of schools and police ignoring known threats to get more Federal money. Finally maybe the big debater, the mastermind, can tell everyone how the NRA made that school ´ SECURITY ´ officer and those other Broward Co deputies, find cover for themselves while they listened to kids being shot by a criminal who didn´t even have to contend with someone yelling at him, let alone firing at him.

´ Gutless ´ is pontificating about what amount of courage others have while you cover up demonstrated cowardliness. Everyone knows YOU would have done nothing Piers, except run your mouth after the preventable murders. Considering President Trump left the comfort of his car to confront a street mugging in NYC, I´d put my money on him acting like a man in the Broward situation, before you or any of those armed police on the scene who stood down.

Piers is a pasty pansy and the Daily Mail is a pig pen of communist loving filth. Piers is proudly, willfully ignorant about the NRA it´s role in American life and politics, and it´s absolutely non existent role in the failures of the FBI, FLA state and local police and the Broward County school system. The English twit thinks he is some kind of noble Knight because of his truly idiotic rants about anything connected to firearms. He just proves what a silly fool he really is when he goes down that road, but it is a road a lot of post WWII squishes travel.

If Pierce Morgan is so concerned I wonder why he isn´t going after the Broward County Sheriff and his ilk for ignoring 30 phone calls about a disturbed man who had a gun. People like Morgan don´t get Trump´s agenda here. He deliberately makes provocative statements, designed to fire up the voters. Then he can use our anger at the very idea of what he says as the excuse for doing what he wanted to do in the first place. He did it with DACA and several other things.

People need to start paying attention to Trump´s ACTIONS, not just his words. It is his actions for which he will and should be judged.

CANONSBURG, Pa./WASHINGTON - Republicans sounded alarms on Wednesday after Democrats claimed victory in a Pennsylvania congressional election seen as a referendum on U.S. President Donald Trump’s performance, although the vote tally remained officially too close to call. In an ominous sign for Trump’s Republicans eight months before national midterm elections, moderate Democrat Conor Lamb led conservative Republican Rick Saccone by a fraction of a percentage point for the seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. The final result may not be available until Friday. The election should have been a shoo-in for Republicans in a district that Trump won by almost
