The Ninth Circuit Just Allowed
Children To Sue Trump
Over Global Warming

The Daily Caller, by Michael Bastasch

Original Article

A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday in favor of 21 children and young adults suing the U.S. government for not doing enough to protect their constitutional right to a stable climate. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals judges refused to grant mandamus relief and block the U.S. District Court in Oregon from hearing the suit, which was originally filed by the environmental group Our Children’s Trust in 2015.

Actually I would like to see this go to court. You have to present EVIDENCE of damage, cause and effect. Not just accusations, suppositions, cherry picked data and unreliable computer predictions.

There is no conclusive evidence of AGW, despite what all the chicken littles declare.

That this circus tent can allow this is totally bizarre.

Basically WTP were told WE had no standing when wishing to get to the bottom of Obama, his Islamic ties, foreign birth, son of a foreigner. Why would children receive any more/less consideration than the population of a nation of citizens.

Time to haul in the cages - the circus animals are attacking the audience!

Aside from the unconstitutionality of this, how is it possible that ´children´ can have standing when they are not capable of actually filing lawsuits because they are minors. Are there specific children who are named? A Guardian is required for minors to file a lawsuit so I say this is pure balderdash. That moron leftist judge should have known better. There are way too many questions about this.

Third, we will all be dead by the time they come up with anything close to believable.

Political correctness run amok is a popular topic on the right these days. Indeed, the conservative bookshelf is chock full of best-sellers devoted to the topic. Subject matters vary. One may focus on the hypocrisy of campus speech codes, another on the revisionist attempt to indict our founding fathers, yet another on secular progressivism’s relentless campaign against religious freedom. Still, progressive-inspired changes to our value system have made their mark — most notably during the eight-year reign of Barack Obama — and particularly among the generation popularly known as “Millennials.”

On June 27, the world’s first robot-crafted burger will roll off a conveyor belt in San Francisco and into the hands of the public. You could call it the freshest burger on Earth. The product, from Bay Area-based Creator, a culinary robotics company, is assembled and cooked in a machine that contains 20 computers, 350 sensors, and 50 actuator mechanisms. It does everything from slicing and toasting the brioche bun to adding toppings (to order) and seasoning and cooking the patties, all in five minutes. The meat is ground to order—why it’s touted as so fresh—and sourced from premium ingredients.

What do you do with an FBI agent, sworn to uphold the law, who flagrantly violates the law in a rogue investigation aimed at making a name for himself by bringing down some high-profile targets? Why . . . you promote him, of course. At least that is the way the Justice Department answered that question in the case of David Chaves, an FBI agent who serially and lawlessly leaked grand-jury information, wiretap evidence, and other sensitive investigative intelligence to the media in his quest to make an insider-trading case against some celebrities.

I really am starting to have that “deja vu all over again” feeling. It seems to me that President Trump is merely following good presidential precedent with his performance at the recent G-7 summit. Richard Nixon called Pierre Trudeau an “asshole.” President Reagan slammed Trudeau in one of the private sessions of the G-7 (in 1983, if memory serves correctly), because it was obvious that Trudeau was trying to channel his spirit animal, Olaf Palme. So Trump’s belittling of the eminently belittleable Justin Trudeau seems just fine.
