How Mitt Romney is under attack
in Utah for ‘liberal Massachusetts values’

The Washington Times, by S.A. Miller

Mitt Romney is being hit with the first attack ad of the Utah Senate race Thursday, a slickly produced video that portrays him as a darling of the D.C. establishment and gives him the nickname “flip-flopper Mitt.” The ad from Republican candidate Larry Meyers slams Mr. Romney, the presumptive front-runner in the GOP race, with accusations of not being conservative enough for Utah voters. “The D.C. establishment loves Mitt Romney. But Utah voters have a better choice. Larry Meyers,” says the announcer. It then rips open an old wound for Mr. Romney, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee and a former

Romney would be about as good as you could do if he was running in Massachusetts. However Utah can do so much better.

If there will be a truly Republican party in future, we need Senator Romney.
Trump´s protectionism is just the latest threat posed to a conservative party. Romney has the courage to push back, the business expertise to make the case, and the wisdom to have seen Russia as the threat it is.
He was never my first choice as a Republican presidential nominee, but his voice is needed now.

PT has enough people "pushing back"..from both parties..Romney will be crowned by McConnell and put ahead of others on committees. If Utah is conservative as perceived they can find someone with values aligned with PT´s agenda.

That´s funny #4. Sorry, it has already been proven Mitt is not the country´s choice to save any political party. IF he manages to win a senate seat, it won´t be because of any phantom ´courage, wisdom, or expertise,´ it will be because the voters can´t bring themselves to vote for the other guy.

What does it mean to be sixth in the line of royal succession to an office that depends solely and exclusively on who your father is? It means that five family members have to die before you get the real goodies. Granted, those goodies are amazing. John McCain always said he’d go down fighting, and so he has, dickering from his deathbed over CIA nominee Gina Haspel and pre-emptively disinviting President Donald Trump from his funeral, then leaving as a legacy some fierce final words for the leader of his party, who is now a political enemy. All Trump displays is “a reality-show facsimile of toughness,” the six-term Arizona senator and former GOP presidential candidate, who for a generation of Washington politicians has defined genuine toughness, writes in his forthcoming memoir. She and her aides ´studied´ how the British royal family had handled the birth of Prince George in 2013 in order to prepare for her own first baby, who was born a year later. Bill and Hillary Clinton´s only daughter Chelsea, as well as her staff, noted how press was handled and how the Duchess of Cambridge handled herself, and used it as a template for themselves, the book claims. The FBI’s leadership clearly hopes that the Democrats will win majorities in Congress and put a halt to the investigations into its multifarious abuses of power.
