Mueller indictments still miss the
mark on Trump-Russia collusion

The Hill, by Jonathan Turley

Original Article

Posted By:garnet, 2/17/2018 9:53:01 AM

Lewis Carroll once wrote in praise of adjectives, saying that “adjectives you can do anything with, but not verbs.” That is certainly true with the latest indictments by special counsel Robert Mueller of 13 Russians for interfering with the 2016 presidential election. For the White House, the entire report comes down to a single adjective. Let’s see if you can spot it: The Russian defendants “communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign.”Despite a 37-page indictment with a long narrative on a coordinated Russian campaign of interference, the most newsworthy fact comes from the carefully placed adjective “unwitting.”

Turley - - like Dershowitz - - is a committed leftist who is too gutless to face the glaring Truth.

Both of these cowards use weasel-words to boost their alleged impartiality - - but when push comes to shove they always alight in the bosom of their leftist friends.

Can´t stand ´em!

Now the progressive/socialists turn on their Knight on a White Charger Mueller because he did not do what they fully expected him to do, find Trump guilty of working with the Russians during the campaign. As the pure socialists they are, they will use whatever means. legal or illegal. moral or immoral. to further their agenda to destroy traditional America and turn it into THEIR idea of Utopia. Won´t happen as long as so many Americans have the ability/desire to resist their efforts in many ways. They are losing ground every day and ultimately it will have to end the same way the Muslim´s treat unbelievers, either convert from your current belief´s and accept ours, or die on the spot.

Mueller is nothing but a stage magician- and a pretty bad one, at that. These indictments of people who can never even be interviewed are about as big an obvious and badly mishandled phony distraction as he could have come up with. "We see you there, Mr. Mueller - your coat tail got caught before you jumped under the table after the smoke bomb went off!" Taaa-Daaa!

Turley is leaving a bit of wiggle room.
And I would hope the president pardons everyone except, perhaps, Manafort. (The evidence against Manafort is not clear to me.)

Whoever writes the final obituary on this story might want to quote Donald Trump, Jr.
"The (Trump) campaign was not organized well enough to collude with anyone."

Our children are being killed after the FBI is informed of danger, and this Mule-Ear Dufus is indicting people who won´t even show up in court for being internet trolls, and not indicting GPS Fusion et al for doing worse.

I can win law suits if the defendant never shows. Go Mule-Ear! You´re a hero in your own mind. What´s the payoff?

Then-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe tasked the mistress of lead agent Peter Strzok to stay appraised of the probe into Hillary Clinton’s private server — a decision that other bureau officials took issue with at the time, according to the Department of Justice Inspector General’s bombshell report. McCabe was supposed to be insulated from the probe by two levels of management: Strzok worked for counterintelligence head Bill Priestap, who worked for national security head Michael Steinbach, who reported up to McCabe. However, Strzok communicated about the probe with his mistress, Lisa Page, who worked directly for

“What an outrageous disrespect to the 6 million who perished [in the Holocaust],” Conway said of the comparison during an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press”. MSNBC and other outlets have been reporting from inside the shelters for illegal immigrant children who are separated from their parents at the border. Reporters discovered that children are cared for by trained professionals and are kept in relatively good conditions, but that hasn’t stopped some commentators from likening the shelters to “concentration camps.” (Snip)Conway told NBC’s Chuck Todd that she was disgusted by the comparison and but agreed that “nobody

On a blustery afternoon in April, I filed into a van along with 10 students from Harvard. We had just spent the last two days in Chicopee, Mass., where we had chatted with the police chief and his force, the mayor and his staff, small-business owners, waitresses and firemen about their struggles living in small-town America. The undergrads were buzzing with their impressions. Chicopee is about 90 miles west of their prestigious university in Cambridge, but when it comes to shared experience, it might as well have been 1,000 light years away. As they settled in, I looked at them. “So,” I said, “who do you think most of the people you

Most cities, counties, and states in this country cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). When they’re about to release someone in criminal custody who is wanted for deportation, they let ICE know. But Philadelphia calls itself a ‘sanctuary city’ because it refuses to do this. Philadelphia is not giving “sanctuary” to Americans — it’s giving sanctuary to foreign criminals. At their root, sanctuary policies are a rejection of immigration law. If you won’t deport somebody who came here illegally and then committed another crime, then whom will you deport? Nobody. It cannot be that someone who illegally

Of all the silky lies being told in Washington over the findings of the FBI’s inspector general on the biased culture of those investigating Hillary Clinton’s email server, one lie seems to be ignored: It’s the silky lie told by then-President Barack Obama. It may have set the tone for the smarmy intrigue detailed in the FBI inspector general’s damning 500-page report on the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. And Washington is revealed once again as our modern Versailles, a place of courtiers and lickspittles who’d use the Ministry of Justice to serve their ambitions. For those journalists who have covered law enforcement for decades, there was some discomfort watching a doting news media bestow adoration earlier this year upon the FBI’s disgraced top two former bosses. FBI Director James Comey, terminated for violating department guidelines and explicit instructions, was given the royal treatment when his memoir came out this spring. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, fired for lying to his own federal investigators, was portrayed as a whistleblower akin to Mark Feld, another former top FBI official who exposed the very real Watergate scandal. Now that Justice Department Inspector-General Michael Horowitz has released his nearly 600-page report on his investigation of FBI practices during the course of the Hillary Clinton email probe, one thing is more settled then ever former FBI director James Comey had to be fired as fast as possible. The IG’s findings could not have been more clear: Comey was consistently insubordinate. That is precisely the word used in the report: insubordinate. No company, no business, no organization can function effectively with highly placed but subordinate people working at odds with their superiors, their management, their bosses.

A federal appeals court has handed the Trump administration a major victory by ruling against an insurance company whose lawyers claimed the taxpayers owed it $214 million in Obamacare subsidies. Moda Health Plan had sued the government, claiming that it was owed the money pursuant to the law’s “risk corridor” program. The Trump administration argued that it couldn’t legally disperse the funds because doing so would have violated an explicit congressional requirement that this particular subsidy program remain budget neutral. A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit agreed with the Trump

It has been a week full of wins for Donald Trump — at least from the perspective of those who share Trump’s view of the way the world works, and perhaps even for some who don’t. Exhibit A is Trump’s summit meeting with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un in Singapore. In their self-congratulatory joint statement, the two leaders stated that North Korea committed to “work toward complete denuclearization of the Korean peninsula” and the United States agreed “to provide security guarantees” to North Korea. Critics said that that’s not airtight language, and argued that Kim came out better than the author

Judicial appointments have proved the most successful aspect of the Trump presidency. Neil Gorsuch has begun where Antonin Scalia left off—as a committed originalist and eloquent textualist. Twenty-one appellate justices have been confirmed, a record at this point in a modern President’s term. And, like Gorsuch, these appointees have been schooled in formalist methodologies of judging. Confident of and committed to their judicial philosophy, they will not shift leftward, as have many Republican appointees in the past. These judges are the fruit of institutions like the Federalist Society and of the work of scholars who have carefully formulated the ideas

Donald Trump has shown that he is moving further east. In fact, after his meeting with Kim Jong-un in Singapore today, Trump could lay claim to being the first truly Global American President. No doubt that sentence sounds ridiculous. Trump is an America First nationalist who believes in tariffs and borders; he stands for everything we’ve been told globalisation isn’t.
