A 52-year-old male elementary school principal has announced he is now transgender and will begin dressing as a woman at school.Tom Daniels, principal of Stanley School in Swampscott, Massachusetts, said in a letter to the school community that was forwarded to the Boston Globe, “I am transgender. For me, that means I identify as both a male and female, and I plan to move toward presenting myself and identifying as female.” Daniels says he will now be known as “Shannon,” a name common to both males and females, “perfectly denoting my fluid gender identity.” He also indicated in his letter he

Because he is "fluid," what if Shannon announced she would dress as a woman on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and he would dress as a man on Tuesdays and Thursdays?

Interesting that he couldn´t wait a year or so and then do this when he is retired. Why now?

Is he is looking for a payoff? He is about retirement age and his pension must be locked in.

Thus, if he can only manage to get fired he can sue for really big $$ damages. Or if the school board just wants this settled he might be offered a buyout.

We may hear more about this. Otherwise just add 1 Transgender to the count.

Sorry, but you are a disgusting mentally ill creep and should not be around small children to confuse them. Retire already.

Peer pressure or politically correct pressure is making grown men and women a laughing stock. Common sense has been thrown overboard in an attempt to justify the unjustifiable. Many Americans have lost the ability to think through to the consequences of accepting everything progressives are trying to push down our throats.

Frankly, I do not care if you suddenly identify as a man, woman, or aardvark, you have no place in being in a position of authority around young children. This whole gender fluidity nonsense is a progressive trend ginned up by individuals who are determined to destroy traditional thinking. It’s just radical nonsense that is being used as a cudgel to beat rational human beings into submission to the left’s destruction of normality. The speed in which this is happening is alarming. Never doubt it is a concerted effort. The culture war is real and progressives know that forcing their views on traditional thought and values is paramount to their success.

#7, you expressed incredibly well what so many of us are thinking, but struggle to put into words. It reminds me very much of this quote from Theodore Dalrymple:

"In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One´s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control."

#9, you are spot on and your quote was most interesting; particularly the reference at the end to “emasculated “ men. From HGTV (Wife to husband: “This is my [huge] closet. You can keep your clothes in this shoebox.”) to ads on TV and participation trophies. We are raising transitional husbands, fathers, and leaders.

This mentally deranged lunatic needs to be fired immediately and be forbidden to have any contact with children. Which in a sane America would happen but will not these days.

Where are the parents of this school? Who would want their child to be subjected to this perversion?

The school district needs to find a new job for this person AWAY from the children,

This person may or may not be a dedicated educator, but this sort of "all about me" stuff has NO PLACE among the impressionable children. They can decide for themselves LATER in life about this without this attempt at indoctrination.

Unless parents have the means to get their children out of that school, THEY are stuck.

I am still waiting for the credible study that shows that the increase in numbers of men who are transgendering to women and feminine gay men is due to the lack of masculine influence in their formative years. In my opinion, this is due to the increasing feminization of the American male and the destruction of the nuclear family comprised of the traditional husband/wife roles.

You just don’t get this many feminized men from a vacuum. And I do not believe people are born that way.

There is no way that young children should be even aware of this type of insanity. They obviously will become confused and more pain will come of this. Why are more people coming ´out´ like this? I would love to see an accurate survey - like how many men are ´transitioning´ [a term used in some places for dying] from male to female or from female to male. My theory is that grown men doing this is a reaction to the toxic hatred toward white males that has creeped into our society in the last 40 years.

My children would be outta that school so fast it would make this screw-ball principal´s head spin. Kids have a hard enough time just growing up without this kind of crazy person confusing them.

When I was in High School, we had Mr. Wilson, a very kind, excellent and fair Principal. Some kids kidnapped an alligator from somewhere and put it in the school swimming pool- It was suffering from the chlorine and probably cold temperature, but, immediately that morning, to our astonishment, Principal Wilson and Girl´s coach Durocher jumped in the pool(clothed), extricated the almost dead animal and saved it´s life - animal control people came and took it back to where it came from (some private zoo). The kids were delighted and highly impressed. The next day, there was a pep rally from some upcoming game. Because the kids were calling Mr. Wilson, "Tarzan" he came out on stage at the rally in a silly "muscle" suit and Tarzan costume and Coach Durocher came out dressed as Jane! I never heard such loud applause> But, I can tell you right now, there is no way any teacher or principal or clerk at that school Would have even thought of cross dressing on a daily basis. That is just sick, sick, sick!

(later, I found out Mr. Wilson had been a fighter pilot in WWII and had ACE status for shooting down 7 enemy aircraft flying a P-51 fighter! And my History teacher, Mr. Kwoka, had won the Silver Star award for destroying four enemy tanks with a "bazooka!" in Europe and had been in the first wave of the Normandy landing on D-Day).

The heroes we had among us! And we did not even know. And today we have sexually confused Transgenders pretending to be Principals!!

In August 2016, I wrote an editorial for The Post about “digital heroin,” where I compared the addictive potential of screens — video games, social media, smart phones — to that of a drug like heroin. The article hit a nerve. Six million views later, the term “digital heroin” has entered the popular culture. As someone who has worked on the front lines of treating the opioid epidemic, I wasn’t trying to make light of heroin and the scourge that kills 115 people a day. But I was trying to raise awareness that kids and adults hooked on their devices

Speaking at a Democrat Women’s Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C., Clinton urged party leaders to return to the basics and lay out the party’s values for voters. Fair wages, the “absolute promise of universal health care,” public school funding, gun safety reform and equal pay were at the top of the former first lady’s agenda items that she thought should stay central to the Democratic Party’s platform.

WASHINGTON — President Trump accused the F.B.I. on Friday, without evidence, of sending a spy to secretly infiltrate his 2016 campaign “for political purposes” even before the bureau had any inkling of the “phony Russia hoax.” In fact, F.B.I. agents sent an informant to talk to two campaign advisers only after they received evidence that the pair had suspicious contacts linked to Russia during the campaign. The informant, an American academic who teaches in Britain, made contact late that summer with one campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, according to people familiar with the matter. Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) warned Republican lawmakers on Friday not to expose the identity of top-secret FBI informant, saying that to do so would be "irresponsible" — and potentially illegal. "It would be at best irresponsible, and at worst potentially illegal, for members of Congress to use their positions to learn the identity of an FBI source for the purpose of undermining the ongoing investigation into Russian interference in our election," Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, said in a statement. Former Education Secretary Arne Duncan said parents should pull their children out of school until Congress passes gun control legislation. "What if no children went to school until gun laws changed to keep them safe?" Duncan tweeted Saturday. Duncan, who served as secretary under President Obama, called the step "tragically necessary." "My family is all in if we can do this at scale. Parents, will you please join us?" he said. Duncan´s plea comes one day after 10 people were killed in a mass shooting at Santa Fe High School in Texas.
