Strzok Complained Of ‘Material
Misrepresentations’ In FISA Application

Daily Caller, by Chuck Ross

One of Peter Strzok’s text messages shows the embattled FBI agent complaining about a case in which “material misrepresentations” were made to obtain a spy warrant in the FISA Court. The exchange occurred on Oct. 16, 2015, well before Strzok was tapped to lead the investigation into Russian meddling in the presidential campaign. (Snip) At the time he sent the text, Strzok was working on the Hillary Clinton email investigation. The following July, he was tapped to oversee the Russia investigation. It is unclear how deeply Strzok was involved in obtaining the FISAs against Page. The first warrant to spy on

This is certainly interesting. You know it´s really bad when the corrupt Strzok noted material misrepresentations on that FISA application. What an utter and complete disaster this is.

The FISA process apparently has no provision for reviews. If your FBI boss likes your work that is all that matters.

Some sort of independent review process s/b created. The Devil will be in the details.

Could this have been the last wispy traces of his honesty being used up, and blown away by the stinking hurricane of leftist hate and corruption that was enveloping the DoJ and FBI?

Wealthy New Yorkers are furious that Mayor Bill de Blasio plans to open a homeless shelter in their ritzy Manhattan neighborhood. Dozens of wealthy residents packed into a community meeting to voice their anger over the decision to move 150 homeless men into the former Park Savoy Hotel, NY1 reports. The residents are concerned that the move will increase crime and decrease property values in their neighborhood on “billionaires row.” “How are these poor people, whose only livelihood is in one bag, deal with a $6 coffee and a $15,000 dress on the windows of Fifth Avenue?” asked one resident, a middle-aged

Sorenson has denied the allegations, asserting that he was the abuse victim in the relationship, according to the Post. Sorensen, a former adviser to Maine Gov. BERLIN — After months of secret negotiations, a shadowy Russian bilked American spies out of $100,000 last year, promising to deliver stolen National Security Agency cyberweapons in a deal that he insisted would also include compromising material on President Trump, according to American and European intelligence officials. The cash, delivered in a suitcase to a Berlin hotel room in September, was intended as the first installment of a $1 million payout, according to American officials, the Russian and communications reviewed by The New York Times. The White House on Friday told Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee to redraft their rebuttal to a controversial GOP memo alleging government surveillance abuse during the 2016 campaign, saying sensitive details need to be stripped before it can be made public. The message was sent to the committee in a Friday letter from White House Counsel Don McGahn. Earlier this week, the House Intelligence Committee had approved the release of the Democrats´ memo, giving President Trump five days to consider whether he should block publication for national security reasons. The White House letter, for now, halts the release. Democrats have been expected

A move is underway to transform California public universities from institutions dedicated to educating and empowering the nation’s next generation of leaders into abortion vendors. The California state assembly is now considering SB 320, a measure that would mandate that all California state-funded universities administer RU-486, a drug designed to induce abortion, on their campuses. The idea is to have schools partner with mega-abortion providers so that students at risk from a lonely and potentially dangerous abortion can access them from their dorm rooms. But as the Russian collusion story disintegrates, another interesting story ascends. Investigations by multiple congressional committees as well as an investigation by the inspector general of the Department of Justice have shown irregularities in the handling of the most politically sensitive probes in recent memory:
