WASHINGTON, DC – Chairman Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) Senate Judiciary Committee (SJC) sent four more judicial nominees to the Senate floor and plans to pass another four at its next business meeting, advancing President Trump’s persistent march to keep his campaign promise of reshaping the federal judiciary. Senators on Thursday voted to send three federal trial court nominees and one federal appeals court nominee to the full Senate, where they are expected to be approved. In a sign of the Democrats’ possible weakening resolve to uniformly oppose all Trump judicial picks, three of the nominees received some Democratic votes in support. The

This is really, really important. Getting sane, sensible judges in place who are committed to the rule of law and the Constitution instead of leftist activists who are seeking to change the country by their anticonstitutional rulings is critical to saving the country.

Trump is already at a record level and this will push it even higher.

Just fantastic and definitely MAGA.

Now to find some way of getting rid of the terrible, fanatic liberal "judges" who have stymied some of Trump´s most important EOs. Thank goodness for this new influx of real judges. They will go far in helping to save our country from implosion.

This is the long game as others have suggested, and it highlights the absolute importance of turning out and voting for every GOP Senate candidate in November, no matter how mediocre or disappointing he or she may be in other areas. When it comes to judicial nominees the vote of Senator RINO counts as much as that of Senator Conservative.

This alone should be a major reason to vote Republican in November.

You may not like this, or that, particular issue, but you only get judges installed by having the Majority.

I´d like to see the federal judiciary done away with completely, it´s a huge menace to our freedoms, un-elected, un-accountable, un-American - but until that happens, stacking it with non-liberals will have to do.

There is a particular transparency in timing as Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announces indictments from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ‘Russian Interference in U.S. Election‘ investigation on the same day as the FBI is forced to admit they made massive mistakes from reports against the Parkland Florida school shooter. The thirteen indictments are based on very weak structure. Here’s the DOJ Announcement; and here is Rod Rosenstein’s press conference. Specific wording is used tactically to generate maximum value; however, when you peel back the onion skin and look at the actual indictment itself (full pdf below) there’s not much ‘there’ there:

Over the past 60 years, the federal judiciary has led a transformation of American society—from mandating enormous expenditures on diversity programs, to requiring the provision of abortion on-demand, to redefining the meaning of marriage itself. No other nation in the world has been subjected to these judicially imposed upheavals. But the 2016 election, in challenging the wisdom of our ruling elites, has elevated this judicial activism even further, fostering what constitutional law professor Josh Blackman has aptly dubbed the “judicial resistance.” As Judge Nicholas G. President Trump’s legal team is citing a three-pillar argument to convince investigators, and the public, that President Trump shouldn’t sit down for an interview with special counsel Robert Mueller. Mr. Mueller wants access to the president as part of an inquiry into suspected obstruction of justice in the firing of the special counsel’s longtime friend, FBI Director James B. Comey, in May. The president’s legal team has resisted but not given a firm no.
