What is the Korean word for "appeasement"?South Koreans are fooling themselves, but for the short run I suppose that they are trying to ensure that there no intra-Korea incidents during their Olympics.

He could be something of a hero worldwide if he just took a golden parachute and let the north be joined into the south. It´s a small price to pay to exonerate his crimes if it meant a peaceful and friendly united Korea.

´popular girl group Moranbong Band´
Why is the word ´girl´ used? If it had been a male group would they be considered ´boys´?
´Girl´ is the word for a female child.
IMHO, it is disrespectful to call an adult female a ´girl,´

Get real, this is all just a North Korean distraction. The ultimate objective of the Kim Dynasty since before the 1950-53 Korean War has always been to drive the US military out of Northeast Asia and to takeover South Korea by whatever means necessary.

Right now the Kim Dynasty is playing for time until they can demonstrate that they have established and deployed a nuclear warhead and a long range ballistic missile that work and can strike an American city. With that the North Koreans believe that they will be able to blackmail the Americans to withdraw from Northeast Asia, so that the Kim Dynasty can take over South Korea. Once North Korea perfects such weapons of mass destruction that is nothing, except an American military strike, that will keep the North Koreans from continuing to build additional nuclear warheads and long range ballistic missiles that could strike targets in North America.

Among all the political/cultural double standards that liberals and Leftists get away with, none is greater than the incredible incivility and disrespect they continually show for conservative politicians, celebrities, and traditional institutions with whom they disagree. Liberal behavior towards conservatives is so outlandish that it borders on the absurd, yet they are almost never seriously called to account for it or pay a truly lasting penalty for it. If the liberal media cover the offending action at all -- which they often don’t -- it is done more in a “See? You can’t accuse us of not covering it, now

California Republicans, who haven´t won a statewide election in 12 years and are fighting a pitched battle for the political ground they now hold in the state´s congressional delegation, found themselves facing a new dilemma Thursday. They are on the edge of losing their decades-old status as the second-largest bloc of the state´s voters, their ranks now only two-tenths of a percentage point greater than those of unaffiliated, "independent" voters. "The registration numbers are a reflection of how far away this state has slipped for Republicans," said Rob Stutzman, a longtime GOP strategist. The latest blow came from the state´s official
