Maxine Waters: Pelosi’s speech one of ‘most

The Hill [Washington, DC], by John Bowden

Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters (Calif.) praised House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) after her nine-plus hour speech on the House floor in support of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) recipients Wednesday. In comments to reporters published by the Washington Examiner, the California Democrat said that Pelosi´s marathon speech borne using a House procedure called the "leadership minute" was one of the most profound in the history of Congress. "We´ve had the opportunity to yield time to Leader Pelosi, and while she certainly came in to oppose this bill that we have before us, having yielded one minute to the leader is

Comments:
You cannot be serious!! I am aghast by the utter insanity of those in the Democrat party. They are corrupt, inept demagogues who make fools out of themselves every day and live in a fictional world. They are utterly disgusting and an embarrassment to this country. It is sickening that they are even members of our congress.

So Maxine is fully on board with the idea that all the jobs should go to the illegal aliens and all the blacks should stay on the welfare plantation. And all of them should vote D. Is that about it?

She needs to get Morgan Freeman to drive her back to that rest home and they need to attach a GPS bracelet to her cloven hoof. If the dims flip the House Nancy will be 3rd in line to become POTUS. And how sweet of Crazy Auntie Maxine to pile on!!!

God, please let these two nutcases keep on talking as much as possible over the next eight months. The more they spew this America-hating idiocy, the more things look up for the Republicans in the midterms elections!!!!!

I wonder what they gave Nancy to keep her on her feet and lucid for 8 hours?

It´s pretty funny to see the dems gather in a circle, pat each other on the back, and talk each other up for accomplishing ... absolutely NOTHING.

All they can do is put on their show. They know the media will give them rave reviews. But while the show could be entertaining, no one plans their lives around "Wicked" or "Phantom of the Opera". Well, maybe Hillary is getting ideas from "Wicked". The dems and media are so integrated with Hollyweird that they no longer recognize the boundaries between theatre and meaningful reality.

They are pathetic and it REALLY bugs them when we laugh at them as we win. They are supremely self important and self absorbed and they can´t understand how they keep losing to a bunch of hicks.

MSNBC´s Rachel Maddow read a short excerpt from the book, available now, ahead of an interview with Clapper Tuesday night. "As a private citizen, I had no doubt they influence at least some voters. Why exactly did nearly half the country vote for Donald Trump? Why also did the arguments of Never Trump Republicans and conservatives have marginal effect on voters? Despite vehement denunciations of the Trump candidacy from many pundits on the right and in the media, Trump nonetheless got about the same percentage of Republican voters (88–90 percent) as did McCain in 2008 and Romney in 2012, who both were handily defeated in the Electoral College. Here are some of reasons voters knew what they were getting with Trump and yet nevertheless assumed he was preferable to a Clinton presidency. 1) Was Trump

It happens every 405,000 years. The Earth’s orbit gradually changes shape from almost circular to slightly elliptical over a period of 202,500 years, and then starts returning to form over the next 202,500 years — like a metronome swinging side to side. Right now, we are in an almost perfectly circular orbit around the sun, and soon — within some thousands of years, that is — we will start moving toward the elliptical.
