Rob Porter has resigned from his role as White House staff secretary after his first ex-wife told DailyMail.com that he choked and punched her during their marriage, breaking down her confidence so badly with his verbal and emotional abuse that she took an extended leave of absence from grad school. Colbie Holderness, 37, who is a senior analyst for the U.S. government, spoke on the record to DailyMail.com about her five-year marriage to Porter, detailing physical and mental abuse. ´These outrageous allegations are simply false. No sense in trying to defend your self, after all it is not possible that a white male could ever be lied about by a former spouse! Men are always wrong!

Good one #7! I was trying to think of someone on the Left we could put out there to match this. Hillary came through again! Actually, I´m surprised Bill is still around. I thought she would do him in for getting in her way! She´s one tough Cookie! Maybe she should date Porter. She would straighten him out in short order if he tried to choke or punch her. YIKES!

I dunno. People here are awfully quick to decide that two of his ex-wives are lying schemers. Fact is, we don´t really know how he conducts himself in his personal life.

It´s a shame that the personal has become so public -- in the wake of the #MeToo hysteria, it´s even more difficult to weed out genuine offenders from hapless oafs who lack social skills. Talented abusers use their gifts to deceive and harm.

Porter is clearly an asset to his employer, and one of the exes even says she thinks he should keep his job because he is so good at it. I don´t know what to think, except that it´s entirely possible that all of these things are true about this complicated man.

Some are quick to judge others by projecting their own past bad experiences onto others situations and difficulties.
Unless a person has first hand knowledge on a domestic situation, best to wait for facts.
IMO, this story is a distraction tactic by the leftists.

Good old Colbie, a devoted Democrat federal employee, happy to do her part to help hurt the Trump administration. Nobody is excusing physical abuse but all we are hearing are the women. In this climate of anti-white male antagonism in the media, I am not jumping in to condemn Porter as I know the evil forces working daily to not only destroy our President but ANYONE working with him are very formidable. He may have repented long ago and changed completely. Obviously, the ex eager to destroy his career and that doesn’t speak well of her. Yes, betchya the new saint Colbie can count on that next promotion.

Sadly, this story has the ring of truth to it, given the pictures and documents the ex has. From this article (and others) Porter comes off as an arrogant ass. He´s been married twice, both ex-wives allege physical abuse, and he was living with another woman who he dumped for Hope Hicks. That´s a lot of relationships for someone around 40. It is all well and good to call the ex a liar, but the pictures and paper trail support her story.

Perhaps this will be a learning experience for him (and Hope Hicks).

The man who is sixth in line to be king of Great Britain is getting married today and America has lost its mind. What does it mean to be sixth in the line of royal succession to an office that depends solely and exclusively on who your father is? It means that five family members have to die before you get the real goodies. Granted, those goodies are amazing. All Trump displays is “a reality-show facsimile of toughness,” the six-term Arizona senator and former GOP presidential candidate, who for a generation of Washington politicians has defined genuine toughness, writes in his forthcoming memoir.
