Inside a courtroom Wednesday, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry´s office filed criminal charges against the twice-deported man arrested in a drunken driving crash that killed two men, including an Indianapolis Colts player. Outside, Curry issued a statement blasting President Donald Trump. “We are disheartened that ghoulish and inappropriate public commentary has politicized this tragedy," said Curry, a Democrat. "Much of such commentary, including tweets by the president, fails to acknowledge that both Edwin Jackson and Jeffrey Monroe lost their lives on Sunday." Friends and family of Jackson and Monroe

Woman advocate for illegals was on Tucker Carlson last night telling us that we need the skills that immigrants have because Americans don´t have them. AND the public overwhelmingly supports more immigration.

Of course a lawbreaker who is part of a huge political issue will be politicized.

By a significant margin, NFL fans are in favor of the league’s new policy regarding the national anthem, according to a Yahoo Sports/YouGov poll. When asked if they support or oppose the new policy, which states teams will be fined if players “do not stand and show respect for the flag and the [national] anthem,” 53 percent of self-described NFL viewers said they support the policy, with 32 percent opposing and 15 percent saying neither or no opinion. Starbucks is closing more than 8,000 of its coffee shops across the US on Sunday for a four-hour, anti-bias training session – almost two months since an employee at a Philadelphia location called the police on two black men accused of trespassing as they waited, without making a purchase, to be joined for a meeting. Since the incident, which sparked protests and threats of a boycott against a chain known for actively promoting a diverse workforce and taking liberal stands on issues such as same-sex marriage, senior executives have repeatedly apologized. With long grayish fur, a large head and an extended snout, the animal shared many of the same characteristics as a wolf; but its ears were too large, it´s legs and body too short, its fur uncharacteristic of that common to a wolf. According to Klemko, some are discussing ways to skirt new rules "just to spite the NFL." Teams will be fined for any personnel that "do not show proper respect for the flag and Anthem” on the sidelines. Other journalists were hearing similar things from players they talked to.

He was an old-school journalist, a patriot, a man who came of age covering World War II as a wire-service reporter and then taking over as the anchor of “The CBS Evening News” at the height of the Cold War. Like most journalists of his generation, he embraced the fight against communism and understood why the United States had intervened in the war raging in Vietnam.
