The Black Lives Matter leader known for diving over a barrier to snatch a Confederate flag from a protester on live TV last year was shot dead in New Orleans, police said. Muhiyidin Elamin Moye, who went by Muhiyidin d’Baha, was found dead Tuesday morning after being shot in the thigh while riding his bicycle, the Advocate reported. New Orleans police spokesman Beau Tidwell said no information about a potential motive or suspects was immediately available. D’Baha, 32, moved to South Carolina from Poughkeepsie, NY, when he was 13 and was in the Big Easy on a personal trip, his niece Camille Weaver

I wouldn´t advise ANYONE to ride a bicycle through New Orleans! Not even a BLM leader. Maybe, just maybe, some of the remaining BLM leadership will realize that their problem is not the police, and start working to clean up the real problem.

Who ever pulled the trigger better hide well. You can just know that not only the police will be looking for them, but just about every follower will have their sights set on finding the person.
I would suggest that the trigger puller get out of town quick and keep running.
If some of the followers find the person their goose is not only cooked but burned to a crisp as well. If they turn them self into police for protection then there are going to be some prisoners who wouldn´t take kindly to the "newbie" , either way the shooter has gotten into a very difficult spot.

Unusual that anyone would die from a bullet in the thigh. May have been bleeding out for some time before he was found?

Black-on-black violence is the most destructive and common type of violence in America today.

But BLM refuses to admit that or deal with it -- even when it takes one of their own. It would cut in to their profit margins.

I´m sure that this will be blamed on President Trump and those evil white Republicans...

I have been wondering why, shortly after Judge Rudolph Contreras was (without explanation) recused from hearing the Michael Flynn case and Judge Emmet G. Sullivan took over, Special Counsel Robert Mueller agreed to postpone the sentencing until May, after the inspector general´s report is due. I have no assurances that my suppositions are correct, but I´m beginning to think that at the next hearing of this case, Judge Sullivan will hear Mueller dismiss the case. Here´s how I come to that. The only reason I can imagine why Judge Contreras was recused – note: did not recuse himself – is that he

Former President Barack Obama demanded unspecified “common-sense gun safety laws” after the Florida school shooting on Wednesday that left 17 people dead. “We are grieving with Parkland. But we are not powerless. Caring for our kids is our first job. And until we can honestly say that we’re doing enough to keep them safe from harm, including long overdue, common-sense gun safety laws that most Americans want, then we have to change,” Obama wrote in a statement posted to Twitter. (Snip) Obama did not specify what exact actions he is calling for, or whether they would have prevented Wednesday’s tragedy.

Democrats immediately politicized the Florida school shooting that left at least 17 people dead on Wednesday and demanded gun control legislation, even before it was known how the shooter got his gun and whether any proposed legislation would have stopped it. Some Democrats blamed Republicans for Wednesday’s tragedy, without citing any evidence whatsoever. “Republicans should pray for forgiveness, for not only their complacency and dereliction of duty, but in contrition for the men, women and children we continue to lay to rest because of senseless gun violence and the cowardly inaction from Congress,”

Student leaders at a high school in the San Francisco Bay Area have decided that the national anthem is racist and outdated and have banned it from school rallies. According to multiple area news outlets, the Associated Student Body at California High School in San Ramon made that decision based on a phrase in the rarely-played third verse. “It was brought to our attention that the national anthem’s third verse is outdated and racially offensive,” Ariyana Kermanizadeh wrote in an open letter. “We had nothing but good intentions by removing the song so that we could be fully inclusive to our student

Washington - There is "ample evidence" that the Trump campaign colluded with Russians, but only special counsel Robert Mueller can decide if it´s enough to prove a crime beyond a reasonable doubt, the senior Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee said Wednesday. "There is already, in my view, ample evidence in the public domain on the issue of collusion if you're willing to see it," Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif, told reporters at a newsmaker breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor. "If you want to blind yourself, then you can look the other way." President Trump’s legal team is citing a three-pillar argument to convince investigators, and the public, that President Trump shouldn’t sit down for an interview with special counsel Robert Mueller. Mr. Mueller wants access to the president as part of an inquiry into suspected obstruction of justice in the firing of the special counsel’s longtime friend, FBI Director James B. Comey, in May. The president’s legal team has resisted but not given a firm no. Here are the arguments against an interview. • The White House has given Mr. Mueller unprecedented access to White House documents and people. • There is no stated crime. •

He preened with guns and knives on social media, bragged about shooting rats with his BB gun and got kicked out of school — in part because he had brought bullets in his backpack, according to one classmate. He was later expelled for still-undisclosed disciplinary reasons. The portrait of Nikolas Cruz, suspected of fatally shooting 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland and wounding 15 others at his former school, is a troubled teen with few friends and an obsessive interest in weapons. Administrators considered him enough of a potential threat that one teacher said a warning

President Trump’s needling of Senator Elizabeth Warren’s unsupported claim to Native American ancestry has hit its mark. Was the presidential portrait of Barack Obama made in China? Sources say artist Kehinde Wiley — who painted the former president before a background of greenery and flowers — has studios in China and produces most of his work there. “It’s his base of operation,” said art critic Charlie Finch, who has known Wiley and appreciated his talent since they were students at Yale. “He has dozens of assistants working for him.” While Obama sat for Wiley for several hours, the portrait may have been sent to China to be completed. “Normally, Wiley sketches out the important parts, and assistants fill out the rest,”
