Pope Francis Honors Dutch Abortion
Activist with Pontifical Medal of Knighthood

Pope Francis has conferred the title of “Commander of the Pontifical Equestrian Order of St. Gregory the Great” on Lilianne Ploumen, a Dutch politician and vocal agitator for abortion rights. Last year, Ploumen founded a pro-abortion organization called She Decides, which offers funding and support for international NGOs that provide, facilitate or campaign for abortion. In an email to the Catholic Herald, Ms. Ploumen said that she was “very honoured” by the pontifical medal, which was sent via the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs last month. In an interview with Dutch radio, Ploumen said she views the honor as a

His behavior continues to shock me and I´m not even Catholic. It is even further mystifying that the Vatican press office says this award doesn´t mean they support abortions. What exactly does it show? In the link below the Vatican stated it was ´protocol´ and ´was part of ordinary diplomatic exchange of honorific titles.´ Amazing. It´s no wonder that Obama and his regime supported him.

Contd. As we all know Obama never supported anything related to Catholicism or any other religion except for Islam. Of course he supported that blasphemous loon ´Father´ Pfleger of Chicago. You need to look no further than what he did to the Little Sisters of the Poor. I wouldn´t be surprised if Obama came out from under his rock and applauded Pope Francis for bestowing that award on that flaming leftist.

Gosh.
I did not know that the Supreme Pontiff was just a front man. I was unaware that he simply carries out the dictates of his court.
Who knew?
Somebody in the office said that this Pontifical Medal was due as a diplomatic favor. That the recipient is pro-homosexuality and pro-abortion does not matter.
I will bet that Pope Bergolio did not even know about this award.
Pretty sad situation.

Absolutely shocking! My friends who are post-Catholic have been all happy with this Pope because he is a socialist. I´m not sure how they will take this. Some will be shocked and others will applaud him. It is too sad. Abortion is wrong and evil. Why has it become a political issue? It is a moral and medical issue! The devil is in it - casting confusion and lies. Only if the life of the mother is endangered can abortion be reasonable - and that is so rare today with the modern medicine we have.

Here´s the secret, boys and girls: ROMAN CATHOLIC LEADERSHIP SUPPORTS ABORTION.

The Bishops famously threw their weight behind Obamacare at a crucial moment when they were cramming it down our collective throats, despite knowing full well Obamacare´s provisions were antithetical to what they claim to believe.

They are liars.

Actually, what it is is this: The RC leadership are liberals first, Catholics second.

They will always leave the aborted gasping their last in the trash can, because their allegiance is to liberalism first, God second.

If the tone of my post is disgusting, it accurately reflects my revulsion.

I think Pope Francis is senile or a fool. He acts like he spends more time looking at his reflection in a mirror, rather than spending time reflecting on the state of his soul.

The Roman Catholic Church is dying under the guidance of the Anti-Christ.

Nearly all of those arrested were convicted criminals, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. That means agents and officers have to go out into the community, said Thomas D. Homan, the agency’s deputy director.

The criminal indictment of 13 Russians for allegedly trying to influence “U.S. political and electoral processes” provides no evidence of any collusion between these Russians – or any other Russian officials – and the Trump campaign in the 2016 presidential race. While the description of alleged Russian activities is very troubling, it is important to note that the indictment makes no mention of any hacking or other activity that changed ballots, vote counts, or actually interfered with the election. Why? We went hunting on the way home. None of those guns ever walked into a school, none of those guns ever shot anybody... Did the gun change or did you as a society change?

Mitt Romney said Friday that the nation must act swiftly to address the scourge of gun violence, stating that he was open to tougher measures like "enhanced background checks" if they would help keep guns out of the hands of the mentally ill. "What happened is unthinkable and unimaginable," he said after offering prayers for the victims of the Florida shooting. "We must take action to prevent tragedies like this from happening again." Speaking at a fundraising dinner held by Utah County Republicans in his first official appearance as a U.S. Senate candidate, Romney said he hoped to see the state generate

San Salvador - Last week, President Trump torpedoed an immigration deal put forward by a bipartisan group of senators. The Senate responded by rejecting his own, harsher plan. By the end of the week, the immigration debate seemed deadlocked between the fate of the Dreamers and the fate of the wall. But one thing is clear: Any plan that purports to make America safer by making it harder for immigrants to obtain legal status and increasing deportations will actually do the opposite. These proposals, embraced by Mr. Trump, are the same decades-old policies that helped transform Mr. Trump’s archenemy, Mara Salvatrucha

Now that the gun control advocates have had their fifteen minutes of fame, let’s start focusing on the real issues impacting the rise in school shootings since that infamous day in Columbine in 1999. Issue number one that no one in the mainstream media or government wants to acknowledge: fatherlessness. Specifically, the impact of fatherlessness on the boys who grew up to become school shooters. Dr. Warren Farrell, author of the new book The Boy Crisis, explains: Minimal or no father involvement, whether due to divorce, death, or imprisonment, is common to Adam Lanza, Elliott Rodgers, Dylan Roof and Stephen Paddock. In the

When I was in art school, studying pretentious subjects alongside pretentious students taught by pretentious professors, we had the privilege of learning about basic forms of visual expression, expressed at their highest levels. (snip) The recently unveiled Obama portraits are of a type that I have seen many times in my career as an artist and art historian. The poses are wooden, the compositions hackneyed, and both subjects have obviously been copied from photographs. To make up for the technical weakness of the painting´s execution, the artist relies on gimmicks to drag their image over the finish line, hoping that

WASHINGTON — Former Vice President Joe Biden is tiptoeing toward a potential presidential run in 2020, even broaching the possibility during a recent gathering of longtime foreign policy aides. (Snip) A presidential candidate twice before, Biden would be 78 on Inauguration Day if elected in 2020, a concerning prospect for some Democrats even though he´s only a few years older than Trump. One possibility that Biden´s longtime advisers have discussed privately is that he could announce his intention to serve only one term, clearing the path for his running mate to take over in 2024 and potentially setting up Democrats

Why did she do it? Elizabeth Warren still hasn’t answered that question, and unless she does, she won’t shake off the doubts and questions surrounding her claims to American Indian ancestry. The Massachusetts senator called herself a minority for nearly 10 years. She reported that claim on a legal directory and two law schools reported her as a minority on federal forms. Yet Warren is clearly not a minority. She’s white. Her family doesn’t appear on any Cherokee rolls. Even if she does have Cherokee ancestry from her mother’s family, it would make her a fraction Native American at most. A Native American

Adam Rippon, in his own words, is “not a gay icon or America’s gay sweetheart.” No, “I am just America’s sweetheart. And I am just an icon.” (Snip) This will come as little surprise to those who have been following these Olympic Games. Even before the Games began, Rippon, one of the first openly gay male athletes to compete for the United States in an Olympics, was in the headlines over a feud with Vice President Mike Pence. Since, he’s become one of the most recognizable stars of these Olympics, a celebrated member of the gay community, as well as

Friday on MSNBC’s “All In,” Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) said Russian interference with U.S. elections and political processes that resulted in 13 indictments against Russian nationals was “equivalent” to the attack on Pearl Harbor by Japanese in 1941. Partial transcript as follows: NADLER: My reaction to the news is this is absolute proof of what we knew all along and what the president has denied, namely that we were attacked. This is a very serious attack against the United States by a hostile foreign power, an attack against our election process, our entire governing process. We know that the attack
