Pandemonium and Rage in Hawaii

Why would my 22-year-old brother be calling so early on a Saturday morning? I’d ignored the first call. But the second time the phone rang, I picked it up. He was panicking, his voice trembling uncharacteristically: He’d just received the emergency alert warning of a ballistic missile that was heading for Hawaii, where I’m from, and where he and my family still live. “THIS IS NOT A DRILL,” the alert read. My brother was alone, and had no idea what to do or where to go. And he wouldn’t have had much time to figure out a game plan—some estimates

We wouldn´t be having this discussion if appeasing liberal cowards had sat on this family of self-proclaimed ´gods´ before they got their first nuke plant up and running. We might not have had to worry if our liberal cowards had actually done something about the missile work.

But noooo... Now Liberal Hawaii is having hiss fits because one of their ´well trained´ operators fried their brains for half an hour.

No. Sympathy. Here.

Give a bureaucrat two buttons, one representing a normal day and one representing nuclear attack, chaos, and confusion. Guess which one he presses? The button pusher will likely be the head of his division in a year or two.

OK, let´s play alternative history. Say the United States had left Hawaii an independent kingdom 125 years ago. The Japanese empire would have easily invaded and enslaved all the surviving natives, just like they did on Guam.

Social justice warriors will use any excuse to bad mouth their own country.

Everyone blaming Trump for what happened.
Sure sounds like part of the unhinged and ongoing effort to polarize and eliminate a constitutionally elected president.

In the days and weeks after 9/11 we were all united in the need to find and destroy those who had attacked NYC. It took the Leftists almost 6 months to start calling our military baby killers and war mongers. Bush (being no Conservative) accommodated the Left by instituting foolish ROE and made the war/peace efforts un-winnable and dangerous...losing a few thousand more Americans so as not to upset the Mooslims.

Trump, when challenged, will not make these errors.

I would even go so far as to speculate that just the presence of the Trump/Mattis/Tillerson triumvirate will prevent any substantial attacks on American interests. Better to wait for another Liberal president.

We´ve come a long way since the CD sentry guard with binoculars and M-1 rifle as a first defense for citizens.
We now witness a 22 year old clueless snowflake knowing nothing about the panic he caused when he lifted his head from his I-phone and realized what he did. He freaked out all the liberals and ruined their day and somehow it´s Trump´s fault. No Hawaii, that´s the reason you are still alive. Hawaii is the #1 target for Rocket Man.

Imagine how fast the liberal Democrats will be calling for the US Government to surrender to North Korea. Those would be the same liberal Democrats who are now trying to undermine the Trump Administration on every issue.

If the Trump Administration is unable to to get the Kim Dynasty to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula, resulting in the Kim Dynasty moving ahead with their long range missile and nuclear warhead plans, ending up with about 50-100 long range missiles and nuclear warheads, with which the North Koreans can threaten South Korea, Japan, and the USA, by announcing that they might initiate a nuclear strike against liberal utopias like Honolulu and San Francisco, if the USA does not get US Forces out of Northeast Asia, and turn South Korea over to despotic Kim Dynasty governance, that have been the ultimate North Korean strategic objectives since the 1950-53 Korean War.

It is interesting to see how many at least claim to believe the TV/movie fantasy of 100% instant annihilation of everyone anywhere near as the result of a "nuclear attack".

The shadow of any substantial structure will provide a huge reduction in the harm to a person exposed in the open. People who were a relatively short distance from the bombs used on Japan survived if they were behind a concrete wall, or other substantial barrier, but otherwise unprotected.
Getting into a storm drain would be a very good strategy, with the risk of drowning if the weapon created a tsunami. Also, there are huge mountains on the Hawaiian Islands, a nuke a half a mile away, but over a ridge would do massively less damage.

If you actually think that a nuclear attack has become more imminent, I recommend Nuclear War Survival Skills by Cresson Kearny. Available in hardcopy and for free as a pdf on line, it is a practical primer of how to prepare for and deal with the aftermath of a nuclear attack.

If you think that planning for survival is foolish "because nobody can survive it", you are very far wrong. They are big bombs, with horrific consequences, but if you are beyond their blast radius, you have a very high probability to make it, and should know what to do at that point. The book is worth a read.

Bureaucrats in Washington are often accused of being out of touch with the citizens who pay their salaries. Time after time, Washington elites make decisions about education, healthcare and taxes that show they’re out of step with the needs and wants of American voters. A perfect example of this disconnect came last October, when Richard Cordray, then director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, released his Vehicle, Title, and Other High-Cost Installment Loans Rule – also known as the small-dollar loan rule. Now millions of people are at risk of losing access to much-needed credit. For most Americans — especially those

Last November, a deranged 26-year-old man, Devin Patrick Kelley, opened fire on worshipers inside a church in Sutherland, Texas, killing 26. High-casualty mass shootings are tragic in human terms but anomalous statistically, at least in terms of the portion of total U.S. homicides that they represent. The vast majority of murders, which take place disproportionately in America’s low-income and minority neighborhoods, don’t get nearly the same attention. The Texas church shooting does have an important point of commonality with the majority of American murders, however: its perpetrator had a troubling criminal record. It has been observed using primitive tools, such as the branch of a tree, to hunt food, and is capable of complex social behaviour. Orangutans also played a special role in humanity’s own intellectual history when, in the 19th century, Charles Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace, co-developers of the theory of natural selection, used observations of them to hone their ideas about evolution. But humanity has not repaid orangutans with kindness. The numbers of these distinctive, red-maned primates are now plummeting thanks to our destruction of their habitats

Billy Graham and Ruth Bell met at Wheaton College in the fall of 1940. A vivacious and feisty beauty who had grown up in China as the daughter of Presbyterian medical missionaries, Ruth was the prize catch of her class. After a first date, to a performance of Handel’s “Messiah,” Billy wrote home to announce that he had met the girl he planned to marry. Ruth described Billy as “a man that knew God in a very unusual way.” Graham died Wednesday in his home in Montreat, N.C., at the age of 99. The courtship between Billy and Ruth, though hardly

Asked in 1972 if he believed in miracles, Billy Graham answered: Yes, Jesus performed some and there are many "miracles around us today, including television and airplanes." Graham was no theologian. Neither was he a prophet. Jesus said "a prophet hath no honor in his own country." Prophets take adversarial stances toward their times, as did the 20th century´s two greatest religious leaders, Martin Luther King and Pope John Paul II. Graham did not. Partly for that reason, his country showered him with honors. So, the subtitle of Grant Wacker´s 2014 book "America´s Pastor: Billy Graham and the Shaping of a Nation"

Outspoken leftist and "Grey´s Anatomy" star Ellen Pompeo challenged Fox News host Laura Ingraham, whom she referred to as a "b****", to a physical fight on Friday. For real. "Someone tell this b**** to meet me outside," wrote Pompeo, referring to Ingraham, via Twitter. "Im [sic] so not in the mood for playing nice or polite this week." (Snip) The actress was reacting to a video clip, which she quote-tweeted, of Ingraham suggesting NBA star LeBron James quit the political activism and "shut up and dribble" — a reference to her 15-year-old book titled "Shut Up & Sing." Pompeo continued the taunting,

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- The Latest on the deadly Florida school shooting (all times local): 9:45 p.m. Republican Sen. Marco Rubio is being challenged by angry students, teachers and parents who are demanding stronger gun-control measures after a shooting rampage claimed 17 lives at a Florida high school. One of those confronting Rubio at a CNN´s "Stand Up" town hall Wednesday night was Fred Guttenberg, whose 14-year-old daughter Jaime Guttenberg was killed on Feb. 14 with 16 others. Guttenberg told Rubio that his comments about the shooting "and those of your president this week have been pathetically weak."

Former New York Times Executive Editor Jill Abramson served only three years in that role; she was reportedly fired in 2014 for an ill-founded complaint about her compensation and for her "brusque" workplace manner. Her editorial competence was not questioned, however. In the era of #MeToo equalizing the perpetrators of rape with those of inadvertent microaggressions, perhaps no one remains in elite New York media qualified to make such a judgment, anyway. This week, Abramson´s reputation seemingly landed her a 4,000-word New York magazine cover story, which resurrects the sexual harassment complaints against Justice Clarence Thomas:

Following the recent Parkland shooting, a number of “movements” and activist groups popped up, and the standout similarity across all of them is that they’re fronted by teenagers. (Photo) NOTE: at the request of the parent, we are keeping some information anonymous at this time. This afternoon, the Gateway Pundit received a tip from a father of one of the Parkland school shooter survivors. Concerned and enraged, he confirmed what Gateway Pundit previously reported: these children are being used as political tools by the far left to further anti-Conservative rhetoric and an anti-gun agenda.
