Sen. Jeff Flake: Trump using
techniques ‘popularized by
Joseph Stalin’ to demonize press

Washington Times, by Ben Wolfgang

President Trump is employing techniques “popularized by Joseph Stalin” to demonize the press and his approach could do great harm to the nation in the long run, Sen. Jeff Flake said Sunday. In an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” the retiring Arizona Republican and outspoken critic of the president said he’s deeply troubled by how Mr. Trump attacks the media. “You can talk about crowd size, and this is pretty innocuous if there’s a falsehood. But when you reflexively refer to the press as the ‘enemy of the people’ or ‘fake news,’ that has real damage,” Mr. Flake said. “It

The Democrats at least are honest about their loyalties. Here, a professional establishment Republican wants to keep the USA on its crash course to the hard left, ironically referencing Uncle Joe in the bargain.

You give these clowns the spotlight and they´ll say anything to keep it. No matter how ridiculous. Flake isn´t running again but I bet he never leaves DC. Some lobbying group will hire him. It´s not a swamp, it´s a sewer.

Stalin demonized the press because it tried to tell the truth, DJT demonizes it because it constantly lies. Flake is a moron.

The big difference, Mr. Flake, is the media really are liars and fakers. It has been proven over and over again! So, in this regard, President Trump is more like Abraham Lincoln than Joe Stalin.

#1 - Didn´t Trump write an EO preventing retiring Gov´t employees from being lobbyists for 5 years after retirement?

Stalin didn´t have to demonize the Russian press. They were all employees of the State. Any dissidents were either shot or sent to die in a forced labor camp.

Flake, being a flake, needs to go away. His whimpering and crying is growing quite old. Put on your big boy pants and do your job, if you can´t resign now and don´t be a fool for the rest of your term (that you would have lost in a primary).

having an emotional outbreak - anger ranting, defiant, - he´s throwing a temper tantrum. Somebody is tired and needs to take a nap.

This flake has not realized in all his time as a RINO in the senate that the MSN is an enemy to truth justice and what was once was the American way when it goes as to who in in the White House and caries the majority in both Houses of Congress then good riddance to him and other so-called members of the Government of the People party. Trump tells it as it is and gets things rolling again even after the domestic and foreign policy shambles of the eight-year Benedict Arnold Obama era. Down with the MSM.
