Trump on questions about mental
stability: I´m ‘a very stable genius’

The Hill, by Jordan Fabian & Jacqueline Thomsen

Original Article

Posted By:Happywarrior, 1/6/2018 9:47:24 AM

President Trump on Saturday launched a remarkable defense of his mental fitness for office, calling himself a “very stable genius” and “like, really smart.” Trump made the defense in a series of tweets that appeared to push back on questions raised by a new book that painted a chaotic and dysfunctional picture of his campaign and early months of his presidency. “Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart,” Trump tweeted. The president said doubts about his mental capacity have been frequently raised by his critics, but he proved them wrong

I´m sure the LSM will say this is bragging, unlike when Pelosi said sh was the best thing to happen to the democrat party. You don´t become a billionaire when your stupid, or most liberals would be billionaires!

Apparently, the author cannot see the sarcasm in President Trump´s comment. They are, like, really dumb.

Each day, in every tweet, President Trump brings the democrats and the media one step closer to a padded room in the insane asylum.

#WINNING never gets old!

Inasmuch as Genius is quantifiable, what´s the problem with using it as a defense to slander. Homosexuality should be brought out, but IQ should be kept in the closet?

From Mensa International:

" ... for many people, it is simply a stimulating opportunity for the mind. Most Mensans have a good sense of humor, and they like to talk. And, usually, they have a lot to say." ...

"Of course, individual Mensa members often have strong opinions--and several of them. It is said that in a room with 12 Mensans you will find at least 13 differing opinions on any given subject!"

The difference between "crazy" and "eccentric" is functionality and Mr. Trump is funtioning just fine.

Stable? Who knows. But genius? Unquestionably.

All the liberal and progressive Democrats have left is emotion as most of the socialist related political policies they have been pushing are bad for America and most Americans who vote recognize that fact, and is why they elected President Trump. Since the Democrats can’t beat Trump on his policy positions like the recent tax cut that is bound to put more cash in the pockets of about 80% of Americans, all the Democrats and assorted leftists can do is attempt to assassinate Trump’s character. Looking ahead if Trump gets re-elected the leftist’s heads are going to blow completely off.

This is bizarre. Isn´t it fairly obvious that genius is not related to mental stability and those who are stable do not declare themselves to be geniuses? If his presidency ends it will be remembered as political suicide by tweet. The staff must despair. So much good news on the economy and he distracts from it by these Austin Powers-like foolish pronouncements.

So we are supposed to believe that Trump is merely the reincarnation of Forest Gump? A billionaire through happenstance and luck? I don´t think so. My name is Trump, Forest Trump, people call me Forest Trump. If anyone is unstable it is the msm. Amazing how they all say the exact same thing at the exact same time over and over and over until the new memo comes down the pike.

Trump´s genius will depend on the issues of amnesty and building the wall.

Wrong choices on these issues will deem him worthy of Mt. Rushmore or just another elitist, slimeball loser like Obama, the Bushes or both Clinton´s.

What is it Mr. President?

Define “stable”. The last shrink who tried to analyze me at a cocktail party (the best location) said that I was “centered”. That is apparently the new stable. I took it to mean that he thought I had a pretty good attitude toward myself and life and how I fit into life. I could say that about President Trump without implying any association. I’d say he is very well centered. He may be one of the most stable persons in Washington DC.

PS. A sense of humor, particularly about oneself, is essential. He has that.

Richard Feynman was a genius. Albert Einstein was a genius. I never heard either of them described as “unstable”. And they darned well knew they were geniuses.

I love his response!! President Trump just states the obvious. To him, saying that he is a very stable genius is as apparent as saying "the tree over there is green." Just an objective statement.

Does the Left think that all Americans are so stupid that we nob our heads and agree (just like Edith in Archie Bunker)? "Oh-h-h." Even when the statement defies logic and our own observation.

There must be tremendous fear and anxiety on the Left over what is coming out with the Justice Dept and the FBI. This is a very, very desperate attempt to disparage him and distract from the news coming out. The book and articles like this are like the 4th of July fireworks finale.

While President Trump has a hilarious sense of humor, that leftist liberal have no sense of humor. That’s what this distraction is all about. While Trump and the leading Republican legislators are at Camp David this weekend getting the 2018 Republican political game plan hashed out, the leftist liberals are out there continuously talking about a goofy book, the content of which the author just stated he does not know is all true. So what the author wrote is probably a half-assed novel that he expects will bring down the President of the USA. Wishful thinking.

#26 - exactly! "The Greatest" was actually a breath of fresh air in a time where self-confidence was just becoming unpopular - it was a depressing slide down into dark and woebegone movies where the good guys did not win anymore -

then someone comes along and says "I am THE Greatest" - okay, what makes you so great?

"I can float like a butterfly and sting like a bee" Muhammad Ali said, if I remember that correctly.

It occurs to me that President Trump does the same thing with his tweets and everything else -

yes, IMHO - he is stable, for sure - he is a rock - and when we watched him with Melania handing out supplies back in Texas, that kindness towards others and concern for other people came through - notwithstanding the media´s efforts to dwell on Melania´s shoes - see how the news media is? They just never stop - like those obnoxious little yippy-yappy dogs

#14 Being a Pasadena girl originally, I have fond memories hearing about both Einstein and Feynman - wonderful geniuses for sure but with a sense of humor (when Einstein was at Cal-Tech in the very early thirties, he would walk up Lake Avenue every day on his way back home and would stop and chat with people, he would pat my Mom on the head and say something-Kinder when he stopped to talk to her aunt and uncle - Mom was about 3 years old and remembered seeing that he wasn´t wearing socks)

Reid fell to the floor, breaking his ribs and bones in his face. He now is blind in one eye. Trump mocked Reid in September 2016 after the Democratic leader commented on Trump’s weight. “[To show] what kind of a person he is, when I injured myself, I couldn’t sleep

YORK, Pa. -- One of five black women golfers who were told to leave a Pennsylvania club said Tuesday it felt like they were playing "with targets on our backs." After the ninth hole, an hour-and-a-half later, the group of white men told them they took too long a break and needed to leave. The network duo expressed concern that Mr. Trump and his rhetorical “tentacles” will cause “anarchy” around the globe. “Fake news, by the president saying this, is not just a simply or cute little statement for some,” Ms. Ryan said in a taped interview published Tuesday. “This has tentacles that is

Here’s what else we learned from the unexpectedly competitive race to replace Trent Franks, the veteran Republican who resigned in December amid a sexual-misconduct scandal. The unofficial results show a dramatic underperformance by a Republican in the solidly GOP district. That’s a problem for Republicans, who now need to sort through the results to determine how problematic the landscape will be for them in November. Republicans have a 17 percentage point registration advantage in the district. President Donald Trump
