Former Attorney General Eric Holder says Justice Department leaders should “push back” against President Trump, who contends he has an “absolute right” to run the nation’s law and order agency. Holder called Trump´s statement “dangerous” and “irresponsible,” adding that it “flies in the face" of American history. “It flies in the face of the way in which every American president, Republican and Democrat, has viewed the Justice Department,” Holder told several reporters in a Senate“It is dangerous, it is irresponsible, and it is something that I hope the people who are in the Justice Department now will push back on

Comments: As if they haven´t been pushing back and trying to stop Trump at every turn. Holder is a disgraceful lawless hack who should keep his filthy mouth shut. It´s really rich coming from him since he and his buddy Obama weaponized every agency in the government. Talk about dangerous and irresponsible!! I´m really sick of the Democrats and their contentiousness and BS.

There is one thing it does not fly in the face of, the Constitution of the United States. Something which cannot be said of Mr Holder´s viewpoint as expressed here.

This is hot stuff coming from the man who delivered the pardon to Marc Rich. Some of us have a very long memory. Eric Holder is a smug, conniving, corrupt individual: Perhaps the most dishonest AG the nation has ever had in its entire history. That´s quite an honor for the history books.

If they are "resisting" doing their jobs, they should be fired! They work for all Americans, not the president.
Holder is so partisan he doesn´t even pretend to understand what reality is.

From what? Or from where?
Trump has a hell of a lot more right to run the justice department than you do, Holder. You and Hillary should count yourselves LUCKY not to be wearing orange jumpsuits, or worse.

Holder and zero crafted the Fast & Furious "program" running guns into Mexico. Did they keep a list of the serial numbers? Put a tracker on them? Nope! Dropped that stitch in the knitting. His prez was as hands on as he could get with the Cabinet departments and agencies...all to undermine our Constitution and promote socialism. Together, they almost ruined our Republic.

In a direct assault on the freedoms of speech and religion, the California Assembly on Thursday overwhelmingly approved a bill that would, in effect, prohibit the dissemination of traditional Christian teaching on homosexuality and transgenderism. The Assembly voted 50-14 to criminalize “a transaction intended to result or that results in the sale or lease of goods or services to any consumer” that consists of “advertising, offering to engage in, or engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with an individual.” The bill defines “sexual orientation change efforts” as “any practices that seek to change an individual’s sexual orientation. (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 281 pages of newly uncovered emails of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from the U.S. Department of State sent and received over her unsecure, non-“state.gov” email system. The emails, dated 2010 through 2013, contain classified information and detail collusion between the Clinton State Department and the Clinton Foundation. Ten emails contain classified information redacted “in the interest of national defense or foreign policy,” including confidential sources, and concern Israel and the Middle East. Most of the emails include exchanges with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. The emails show Hillary Clinton conducted classified

Welfare and Medicaid use by new immigrants, even those with college degrees, has surged to new levels, an indication that the jobs they came to America to take aren’t there, according to a new report. The Census Bureau charted the growth in the use of taxpayer-funded programs for financially poor new immigrants and found the biggest rise in the use of welfare, roughly triple over the last 10 years. And, according to an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies, the use of Medicaid by immigrants has gone up nearly as much. Steven Camarota, the center´s director of research and

Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, warned President Trump firing special counsel Robert Mueller could lead to impeachment, becoming one of the first congressional Republicans to mention impeachment directly. “Firing Mr. Mueller would be a grave error. It would trigger a crisis, possibly even impeachment,” Hatch said in a Wall Street Journal opinion piece published Tuesday night. “It would threaten many of the administration’s accomplishments and make continued progress virtually impossible.” In his op-ed, Hatch endorsed the proposed legislation aimed at protect Mueller from being fired by Trump, or, for that matter, any president from firing a counsel appointed to investigating potential presidential misconduct.

The Center for American Progress, a progressive think tank, had an internal sexual harassment problem, according to a report by BuzzFeed News Tuesday. Benton Strong, the former associate director of communications for the “War Room,” is accused of sexual harassment by two previous female CAP employees, BuzzFeed News reported. One employee referred to as Mary described receiving “lewd and inappropriate text messages” from Strong, including wanting to perform oral sex on her. He discussed with male staffers whether or not black or white women are better at blow jobs and praised her body, she claimed. Another woman claimed she reported

The Daily Caller News Foundation and the watchdog group Judicial Watch will file a lawsuit in federal court Wednesday seeking records to determine the actual number of times and reasons former FBI Director James Comey met with then-President Barack Obama. The request by the two organizations was filed because the former FBI director claimed he rarely met with Obama, and he was an independent and nonpartisan leader of the nation’s top law enforcement agency. A D.C. federal judge has delivered the toughest blow yet to Trump administration efforts to end deportation protections for undocumented immigrants known as “dreamers,” ordering the government to continue the Obama-era program and — for the first time — to accept new applicants. U.S. District Judge John D. Bates called the government’s decision to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals “virtually unexplained” and therefore “unlawful.” However, he stayed his ruling for 90 days to allow the Department of Homeland Security a chance to provide more solid reasoning for ending the program. In his decision Tuesday, Bates said the Trump administration’s decision to

Fresno State University professor Randa Jarrar, in an interview that was published on Tuesday, blamed racism for the backlash she received after attacking former first lady Barbara Bush on Twitter the day she died. Jarrar, who is of Egyptian, Greek and Palestinian heritage, told The Cut that she believes her own race was certainly a factor in the response to her comments. “Women of color routinely have their tone policed, their justified anger painted as hatred, and their criticism of injustice framed as racism toward white people,” Jarrar told The Cut. Perhaps the most enduring puzzlement about Donald Trump the president and candidate is his ability, if that’s what it is, to attract a faithful political base founded on fervent evangelical Christians, despite his frequently reinforced reputation for less than righteous acts and statements. During the 2015-16 campaign, each emerging example of Trump misbehavior, from off-color references to women and allegations of affairs, convinced Eastern elites and media to believe the billionaire’s upstart political rebellion was doomed any day. Schumer announced today for the 4/20 cannabis holiday his plan to decriminalize marijuana at the federal level, writing that he had evolved on the issue along with the electorate. On the domestic and foreign fronts, the Trump administration has prompted economic growth and restored U.S. deterrence. Polls show increased consumer confidence, and in some, Trump himself has gained ground. Yet good news is bad news to the Resistance and its strange continued efforts to stop an elected president in a way it failed to do in the 2016 election. Indeed, the aim of the so-called Resistance to Donald J. Trump is ending Trump’s presidency by any means necessary before the 2020 election. Or, barring that, it seeks to so delegitimize him that he becomes presidentially impotent. It has been only
