Everyone suspected the sketchy Steele Dossier was what corrupt FBI and DOJ officials used to get the October 2016 FISA warrant against Trump. FBI and DOJ officials refuse to answer that question publicly. Despite a hundred different ways congressional investigators have asked the question, and despite numerous on-camera questions to FBI and DOJ officials about the 2016 FISA process, no-one had definitively confirmed the Christopher Steele ‘Russian Dossier’ was the underlying evidence for the 2016 FISA application to gain wiretaps and electronic surveillance upon presidential candidate Donald Trump.

I am surprised that Lindsey says that the creation of the dossier, and how it was exploited by the FBI/DOJ to get authorization for wire taps on Trump, falls outside the scope of Mueller´s investigation. Even if a third of the rumors listed by Sundance have some credence, they need to be investigated by an impartial prosecutor.

Rod Rosenstein should publicly announce that he is expanding Mueller´s role to include all aspects of the dossier, and all aspects of the unmasking of Trump official.

Apparently it "falls outside the scope of the Mueller
investigation" to protect Obama and Clinton, including any and all big name Dem players. The Obama and the Clinton Crime Families are as dirty as it gets.

NO agency or part of one that has access to such power as the FISA court can be allowed to be immune to oversight. The NSD is the perfect example of the dems finding the perfect corner to hide their nefarious operations in so that no one was allowed to observe their illegal actions.

Further, areas that have legitimate concerns about national security MUST be open to inspection when evidence of corruption leads to their door. Just like the FISA court allows bending rules for security concerns, government agencies MUST be open to careful inspection when they are suspected of being bad actors.

Overall, it has become clear that the government has become weaponized against its citizens and does not deserve the "benefit of the doubt" about their actions. It is unfortunate that good public servants are tarred with a wide brush of suspicion but thanks to long strings of abuses it is necessary to keep a watchful eye on all the government, especially when clear evidence proves there may be a problem. A "Sally Yates" saying "You cannot probe this group for corruption" should be an impossibility.

It could be a simple process. Congress suspects a problem and requests the IG to inspect (citing their concerns) and report to them. Under that process, NO agency should be able to refuse.

Make no mistake about it, Valerie Jarrett and the Øbamboozler used, encouraged, enabled and weaponized the FBI (and Lord knows who else) to commit this treachery. Again, I think they probably hatched this plan early on to use on whomever the Republican candidate was and simply massaged the details once Trump emerged as the target. Not only that, but a lesser man would have folded like a cheap deck chair from Wal Mart nine months ago!
(Take Jeb for instance... pullease clap!!)
More importantly, we would have never known a thing about it if that screeching Basilisk Hillary had won... and when she didn’t, they simply trotted out this pre-fabricated farce to hammer Trump with, never thinking a few steps down the road it might be used against them.
Certainly the FBI needs to be taken to task over this, but don´t stop there. This is the kind of stuff that people like Jarrett and her flying monkeys should be answering for as well!

This is bigger than Watergate. People from the Obama Administration as well as the DNC, Hillary and the FBI were all working together to make this document look like the real thing. But all along, they knew that this document was created so that they could justify the FISA warrant. This FISA warrant allowed the Obama Administration to spy on Trump´s campaign. This is growing legs and everyone in high level of Justice and the Obama Administration could be serving time. We need an attorney general now with backbone to see that these very people are prosecuted. My bet is that everyone involved has lawyered up.

Amazing work by Sundance. How I would love to sit down with him/her for several hours of talk and a great cup of coffee.

The big question I have is this - if congress couldn’t get an admission of the use of the dossier out of several witnesses, why didn’t they just go to the FISA court and ask them? I’m sure the members of the court, be they republicans or demonrats, don’t appreciate being stuck in the middle of all of these felonies. They surely don’t appreciate being conned with fake documents, which,in itself, is highly illegal.

I believe that it has long been known to many in the D.C. Uniparty of career corruptocrats what went on here. Rather than behaving in accordance with knowing how dangerous this type of lawlessness is to our nation, they have hoped and worked to keep this from us; preferring that it just go away in endless, fruitless "hearings" and such.
I think that they know how much of a political mushroom cloud awaits when this all breaks open. The spineless weasels fear having to see their cocktail party associates and "friends" from "across the aisle" off to a federal prison. Not to mention, seeing a former president and/or his closest associates indicted and prosecuted would simply be too much for their elitist existence.
President Trump isn´t concerned with all that in my estimation. Play hardball with him and... well, sucks when you lose.

Don´t forget that these posts by Sundance are being read by those involved including Mueller. My guess is Mueller is going to continue the investigation until November 2018 in the believe that the Democrats will take the House and Senate. The House will then make Hillary speaker remember it doesn´t have to be a member of Congress. Then Trump and Pence are impeached and Hillary is made President and the 2016 election is properly corrected in their minds. Then all the investigations are shut down and the swamp returns to normal and everything President Trump has done including the tax cuts will be reversed by President Hillary. Kind of a scary scenario but not beyond what Democrats are capable of doing especially knowing what we know now. Pray to God that this doesn´t happen!

It has been mentioned that former MI6 Christopher Steele was hired to add a veneer of credibility to the Russian Dossier, but how much work did he really do?

Consider that $9 to $12 million was paid through law firm Perkins Coie. Steele was reportedly paid a measly $168 thousand. Where did all that money go? Fusion GPS did most of the creative work. Who else got paid? The House Intel Committee has their "redacted" bank records.

I did not actually hear Lindsey actually say the dossier was confirmed as the initiator of the FISA Warrant. I head him say he was shocked by what he has learned in the last few days. Hopefully, pretty soon we´ll learn a lot more. When the proof is in the puddin´- I want to see the FISA Warrant. I want to know for a fact what Judge signed it. I want that Judge in from of a legal bench (Congressional or otherwise) testifying under oath he or she was bamboozled by the FBI to sign it. Then the real 541T will hit the fan.

Say all this corruption is 100% true. That is no guarantee that the conspiracy perpetrators will be convicted in a US Federal District Court in Washington, DC as the “Swamp” there will ensure that enough “low information” jurors who don’t have a clue as to the significance of such a criminal conspiracy and will probably nullify the prosecution for political reasons. So a change of venue to a more neutral location would be imperative for fairness.

I have spent the better part of an hour reading not only this article, which has so many links and threads, it would take me a year to read them all and understand the full meaning... but the one link that all of us need to read carefully is the Tablemag.com one. It lays out how all this started back in 2007.. and why McCain and Manafort were involved. Information in the dossier was used against McCain first during his campaign. (which is one reason I was surprised Lindsay would be so open about it.. he would never undermine his BFF). But, read that article..

From it, all the pieces start to add up.

All sounds good, so where´s the investigation, grand jury and indictments? Most folks I know have very little faith that justice is applied evenly. If this story is correct, the loss of faith in the DOJ and FBI is justified. That faith can be restored or completely destroyed by what takes place now. Will it be a cover-up or justice evenly and fairly applied? Guess we´ll see, but based on recent history, I am guessing the former....unfortunately!

It would appear that the judge the Demonrats "used" to gain the illegal FISA warrant was Judge Rudolph Contreras who recused himself, and was replaced with DC Judge Emmitt Smith. Sounds like Graham is playing CYA.

Nothing like a bipartisan cloak and dagger scheme to take down a duly elected President. This defines the Washington environment. Its corrupt to the core.

It likely involved the former President Obama, and the main Democratic candidate for President, Hillary Clinton. It also involved jerks on the Republican side like John McCain that had the dossier delivered to the FBI, and possibly Jeb Bush whose campaign originally funded the dossier before the Hillary campaign took over.

This is sickening on all levels. Its what you get when you have politicians ruling rather than statesmen leading.

Mulehead has known from Day One that this Dubious Dossier was poisoned fruit, but went along with the charade/kabuki theater anyway for the purpose of finding a smoking gun, or the proverbial ´present´ in the pile of horse manure.

The reason this news isn´t everywhere is because Lindsey didn´t actually say anything like this. After about 10 minutes of waxing eloquent about his support of DACA, Lindsey hemmed and hawed. Said he believed the dossier issue requires a special counsel. But Lindsay NEVER said that the dossier was used to get FISA warrants. He hinted that he might have learned some new things in the past few days, but he never said what they were. The rest of this is pure speculation. Too bad.
