There is strong circumstantial evidence that an insidious plot unprecedented in American history was hatched within the FBI and the Obama Justice Department to help elect Hillary Clinton and defeat Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election. (Snip) Such a plot would show that partisans within the FBI and the Justice Department, driven by personal animus and a sense of political righteousness, surreptitiously conspired to subvert electoral democracy itself in our country. As of now, we have no proof beyond a reasonable doubt of such a plot. But we have very strong circumstantial evidence.
Comments: Because the Justice Department cannot be trusted to investigate itself, Mr. Jarrett recommends that a special second counsel be appointed to find out if the dossier was exploited as a pretext for the Russia probe against President Trump for opposition research funded by the Clinton campaign, to reopen Hillary’s email case, as well as the conduct of Strzok, Page, Comey and others who may have obstructed justice on behalf of Hillary Clinton. The allowance of personal political views to shape investigations or dictate outcomes constitutes a felony for which such individuals should be prosecuted.
Why do you think Obama put Comey at FBI? Cos Comey has made decisions favorable to Clintons since he broomed the Marc Rich case. While Ashcroft recused, Comey leaped and chose Fitzpatrick to harass 43 with a wide ranging fishing net. If the inspector general of FBI lets them slide...its home free for the crooked Rats.;
#8 The jury of their peers being good Democrats will not convict any of them is my fear. If that happens then the Republic is over and the Constitution is nothing more than ink on some very old paper. Which is exactly what the Democrats want!
Yes it true and there is evidence they colluded with the Russians. Will anyone involved be prosecuted? I seriously doubt it because the internal corruption is so deep and wide it makes it impossible. They will all get off scott free once the Dems take the majority in the house at which point all of this will go away and the full time task and job will be to impeach Trump.
Government attracts people who believe in government. On some level those who believe in "Limited Government" are always seen as the real traitors and the biggest threat to the "Family" of government workers at every level.
A ´RINO´ lives in a state of conflict between what he hopes and believes and what he knows to be true.
Marxists at least do not have to pretend they want limited government.
Ted Cruz and Rand Paul types are hated by most because they don´t get the joke and say embarrassing things about all the criminals who do.
It was beyond obvious that the fix was in when Comey gave is final statement on HRC´s email scandal and how he slammed HRC but then gave her a pass. We all knew that something was up and that the fix was in for HRC.
The deep state, liberal dems, DOJ, FBI ended up screwing themselves and continue to do it.
The media is all in with the scam and it has to be exposed like the way FNC is doing.
Gregg Jarrett is on this. At least someone is reporting this information. As hare as some of us is on Fox News. They are the only large media outlet reporting this stuff.
I have my doubts that any of the preps on the democrat side will be convicted of any crime regardless of evidence. Unless trials are held in federal courts located in fly over country you will never be able to seat an impartial jury.
Always remember that the term "fair trial" works both ways. Trying these jerks can be done in another state. Their crimes were committed all over the country and Europe. I, for one still have faith in our system of justice and a goodly portion for those who dish it out. G-d Bless America.
The big issue is who will have the cojones to bring charges. It would be a huge, and needed, action if we really want to clean up our government. The message sent would have a great positive effect, at least for the near future.
Gregg Jarrett has done some good reporting on this subject, but I believe that this conspiracy goes well beyond McCabe, Sally Yates and probably Comey. They were doing what was expected of them. It was well coordinated with others including: Lynch, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Rhodes, Power, et al. McCabe needs to cut a deal and start naming names.
Two things about this drive me to near despair. First, that people so high up in the chain are stupid enough to exchange such inflammatory and incriminating information over a government iPhone - which they should be well aware is subject to recording and monitoring. It shakes my confidence in the caliber of people in the FBI. Are they all that stupid?
Secondly, the FBI and Justice are openly defying Congress. And, even if Congress manages to break through the barriers and find damning evidence, who will bring charges? Who will enforce the law when the organ of enforcement itself is the enemy?
That brings me back to the first point. Perhaps Strzok and Page are not that stupid after all. Perhaps they believe that the level of corruption is so deep that they cannot be touched and hubris, not stupidity, guided their actions.
I understand why many people think no one will be prosecuted and that justice will go unserved. I’d be with them except for one thing; it’s the Time of Trump. The Donald has torn up the Uniparty playbook and cracked the foundations of the political paradigm. It is because Trump is president that this information is even in the public domain today. President Trump’s blueprint to drain The Swamp was ready to go before he left his flagship building and started laying tracks for the Trump Train. He has brought his builder’s knowledge, skill, and experience into the service of the greatest political remodeling project since 1776.
The campaign was Phase I, getting the buy-in from the customer; the American people. This first year has been Phase II, prepping the site for demolition of the rotted frame. As satisfying as it is to drive a sledge hammer into that moldy and sagging wall, an excited homeowner can hit a load bearing post and the whole structure tumbles down into a disastrous mess. For the past year Team Trump has been laying out the dynamite charges and running wire, vital and pivotal work necessary for controlled demolitions but boring to the crowd gathered at the fence.
I believe President Trump is using the system to bring down the system. His first priorities were to enforce the border and stop the free flow of illegal crossers, and to jump start the economy. Meanwhile, he was lulling the Deep State into complacency so they wouldn’t change their behavior patterns. The Plan depends upon their predictability, and we are just beginning to see the first fuses lit. The Big Ugly cometh.
MAGA – The Trump Train is gaining speed. Drinks are being served in the club car.
As a result of THIS blockbuster news story involving egregious criminal activity of the FBI/DOJ at the highest levels, EVERY SINGLE case that has been adjudicated by the DOJ/FMI over the last 8 years not only should, but MUST be reviewed for possible judicial malfeasance on the part of the Federal Government. The massive shakedown of British Petroleum for the accidental oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico comes to mind...
This is THE single largest political scandal in US history. The "weaponization" of our Security aparatuses (apparently politically compromised FBI agents/leaders, etc.) commie-stylio by the Obama/Clinton goons is illegal, immoral, and thunderingly unAmerican. It will take a generation or more (assuming Trump can fix this, along with help from the "white hats" at the FBI and elsewhere who are fighting back) for True Americans to trust that the Government works for us rather than the other way around; IF it can be done at all.
Mr. Jarrett has managed to really get his feces coagulated following that embarrassment in Minneapolis. Keep up the good work, Greg. I´ve become a fan of your coverage of this rancid and sickening deep state coup.
President Donald J. Trump had arguably the best first year for any President in US history since Washington – in spite of massive headwinds from the actions of the corrupt and criminal prior administration, the Democrat Party and their MSM! Below is a list of his major accomplishments. President Trump was inaugurated on January 20th, 2017, one year ago. Since then his accomplishments are nothing short of miraculous. In spite of massive attacks from the MSM, an investigation created through the efforts of the prior corrupt administration, and a Democrat Party that does all they can to derail him, the
Republicans are slamming Democratic Sen. Cory Booker for “mansplaining” to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen in a sharp and one-sided exchange Wednesday before a Senate committee. The New Jersey lawmaker blasted Nielsen´s "silence and amnesia" after failing to get the response he sought on her recollection of statements President Trump made in a meeting last week. Booker´s hostile tone prompted Republican National Committee Rapid Response Director Michael Ahrens to invoke the millennial term for males talking down to women.
A senator who attended the closed-door meeting during which the president reportedly insulted Haiti and various African nations with an expletive now says Trump never said the word. Sen. David Perdue, R-Ga., who supports Trump’s immigration policies, had previously claimed that he did not recall whether or not Trump used this incendiary language. (Snip) “I’m saying that this is a gross misrepresentation. It’s not the first time Sen. Durbin has done it. And it is not productive to solving the problem,” Perdue said.
Calling multiculturalism an “illusion”, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán slammed the Merkel government’s “chaotic and anarchic” migrant policy, which led to a flow of “Muslim invaders” entering the European Union. [Snip] Asked why Hungarians are resistant to the bloc’s forced migrant redistribution policy, Mr. Orbán asserted that, “We do not consider these people to be Muslim refugees,” but as “Muslim invaders”. Drawing attention to the fact that migrants had travelled through safe countries before heading to more prosperous parts of Europe, the prime minister added that many are “economic migrants” and not in genuine need of asylum.
The word is getting out. People are slowing beginning to piece together the BIGGER STORY of what fundamentally lies behind the Obama administration’s 2016 use of FISA 702(16)(17) surveillance, and how the intentional non-oversight of the Department of Justice National Security Division was used in the construct of the unlawful FBI surveillance and spying operation against presidential candidate Donald Trump. During a radio interview on WMAL legal analyst and former U.S. Attorney General for Washington DC, Joe DiGenova, specifically highlights the DOJ National Security Division head John P Carlin and his role in the 2016 FISA warrant. Other than within
MSNBC’s Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough said President Donald Trump was momentarily speechless after he once asked him, “Can you read?” There was “awkward silence,” Scarborough wrote in an op-ed published Thursday in The Washington Post. Scarborough said the exchange occurred in a “tense meeting” he and his co-host Mika Brzezinski had with Trump after a debate in September 2015. “’I’m serious, Donald. Do you read?’ I continued. ‘If someone wrote you a one-page paper on a policy, could you read it?’” Scarborough recounted of his follow-up. Trump was “taken aback” and quietly replied that “he could while holding up
The first lady´s spokeswoman is forcefully pushing back at author Michael Wolff´s account of Melania Trump´s reaction to her husband winning the presidency. In excerpts from Wolff´s dishy new book ´Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House,´ the future FLOTUS is visibly upset on election night as things turn around for the Trump campaign. ´Melania was in tears—and not of joy,´ Wolff wrote. The author also noted that it looked like Donald Trump ´had seen a ghost,´ according to the excerpt published by New York Magazine. According to Wolff the idea was that Trump would win by losing.
One of Hillary Clinton’s wealthy pals paid $500,000 in an unsuccessful effort to fund women willing to accuse President Trump of sexual misconduct before the 2016 election, The New York Times reported Sunday. Susie Tompkins Buell, the founder of Esprit Clothing and a major Clinton campaign donor for many years, gave the money to celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom who was working with a number of Trump accusers at the time, according to the paper’s bombshell report. (Snip) Former Clinton nemesis turned Clinton operative David Brock also donated $200,000 to the effort through a nonprofit group he founded, the paper reported
Supporters say President Trump accomplished a great deal in his first year of office: helping to pass a massive tax overhaul, putting Neil Gorsuch on the court, snuffing out President Obama’s regulatory excesses, signaling a more robust foreign policy and damping illegal immigration, for starters. It is also important to note what Trump didn’t do: he didn’t start World War III, he didn’t deport 11 million people in the country illegally, he didn’t eliminate guarantees of equal status for women, he did not toss the Iran nuclear deal, he did not fire Special Counsel Mueller or Attorney General Sessions, he
A Republican lawmaker says top officials at the FBI and the Department of Justice “should be held in contempt” of Congress if they don’t hand over documents related to an anti-Trump dossier to the House Intelligence Committee. “I think if they don´t produce those documents on the third of January, they should be held in contempt,” Florida Rep. Francis Rooney said Saturday on Fox News’ “America´s News Headquarters.” House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes has previously said he has instructed committee staff to begin drawing up a contempt of Congress resolution for Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director
Would you believe that during his first year as commander in chief, President Trump hosted 43 world leaders at the White House. In total, he engaged or met with 149 world leaders in 2017. In 183 calls, the president spoke with leaders from 51 countries. Not exactly the lack of connectivity his critics expected a year ago. (Snip) When the president made his controversial decision to move the Israeli embassy to Jerusalem, he had been talking with every major American ally in the region for weeks. No one was surprised, and their approving reactions have been muted by the elite
One of the nation’s most prestigious liberal arts colleges is advancing a “queer theology” agenda with hopes of destabilizing traditional beliefs about what the Bible says about gender and sexuality. Swarthmore College, founded by Quakers, is offering courses in “queering the Bible” and “queering God.” (Snip) “By reading the Bible with the methods of queer and trans theoretical approaches, this class destabilizes long held assumptions about what the Bible--and religion--says about gender and sexuality,” the course description reads. The school’s religion department is also teaching a class that questions the sexuality of the Almighty called, “Queering God: Feminist and Queer
Democrats called it the Trump shutdown. Republicans labeled it the Schumer shutdown. But in reality, it was the Dreamer shutdown. The recipe for the current congressional gridlock is complex, but at the top of the list of ingredients are the illegal immigrant Dreamers who pushed Democrats to launch the filibuster that sent the government careening into a partial shutdown. It’s a stunning display of political leverage for a group that, at most, numbers several million, can’t vote now, and even under the most generous proposals wouldn’t be able to cast ballots for another decade. Yet they have amassed an extraordinary amount of
It´s no secret that Mitt Romney is, in all likelihood, going to run for a Senate seat in Utah. What´s less clear, however, is why the man who was the 2012 Republican presidential nominee and is now retired and occupying an elder-statesman role in a party torn into warring factions would want to serve as a junior senator. Once elected, Romney would find himself embroiled in day-to-day congressional fights and less free to voice his criticisms of the White House, while losing some of the deference he´s been shown by members of his own party. But listen to any number of Republicans and
Malia Obama, who is studying at Harvard University, has boyfriend! But some black people on Twitter have questioned her choice in men, because Malia´s new homey, Rory Farquharson, is white. (5 tweets) This racism on the part of some in the black community, who are bruddas and sistas to us all, is very sad. Most white people want us to grow together as a community. I just wish everyone of all races felt the same way. Questions for discussion: After years of Obama´s race baiting, President Trump is the first "post-racial" president to follow him. What do you think President Trump
Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) questioned President Donald Trump’s new campaign ad saying Democrats “will be complicit in every murder committed by illegal immigrants” if they continued the shutdown. Ryan said, “They are certainly not helping us keep the government open. They are certainly not helping us get to a solution on immigration. When you shut down the government you stop negotiating on immigration reform. They’re complicity with not getting things done.” He added, “I’m not going to comment. I just saw that. I don’t know if that’s necessarily productive. It’s no
The Daily Caller journalist Chuck Ross has some extremely interesting information released today surrounding former top FBI Counterintelligence Agent Peter Strzok and DOJ/FBI liaison attorney Lisa Page which includes a disclosure by top FBI officials that text messages between Strzok and Page have gone missing. (Snip) According to information relayed to Senator Ron Johnson, the period of time the FBI has “lost” is from December 14th, 2016 to May 17th, 2017, the exact day that Special Counsel Robert Mueller was assigned to lead the Russia collusion probe. As CTH has previously outlined the same “small group” inside the DOJ and FBI,
Investigators in both House and Senate were stunned late Friday when, receiving a batch of newly-released texts between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, they also received notice from the bureau that the FBI "failed to preserve" Strzok-Page messages from December 14, 2016 through May 17, 2017. Given the amount of texting that went on between Strzok and Page, who were having an extramarital affair, that probably meant thousands of missing documents. A number of critical events in the Trump-Russia affair occurred between December 2016 and May 2017, including: Conversations between Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergey
Question: Do you think Donald Trump spends more time thinking about Hillary Clinton than Hillary Clinton spends thinking about Donald Trump? Sure does seem like it. The other day, President Trump was discussing Russia at a press conference with the prime minister of Norway, when he suddenly announced that Clinton “was not for a strong military and Hillary, my opponent, was for windmills, and she was for other types of energy that don’t have the same capacities at this moment certainly.” Yeah, it didn’t make any sense. But he really can’t seem to get past her. Recently while promoting tax
Adam Schiff, reputedly a champion leaker from the House Intelligence Committee when it came to Russiagate material, suddenly thinks Ignorance is Bliss when it comes to the FISA warrant used to spy on the Trump campaign. Appearing on CNN, he tried to justify keep the 4 page memo that reportedly exposes the individuals who acted as part of a cabal to undermine the Trump campaign with help from NSA spying, and then pushed the “Russia collusion” conspiracy theory as part of the “insurance policy.” Americans are too ignorant, you see. Do you think Democrats are starting to panic? (Video) Rush
WASHINGTON – Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) called the government shutdown a “manufactured crisis” created by Democrats who want a permanent Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) fix, which he referred to as a “non-emergency” issue that does not belong in the short-term spending bill to continue federal government operations. “The one non-emergency issue our friends on the other side of the aisle are trying to shoehorn into this discussion doesn’t reach that status of emergency until March. This is pure folly. The American people know so, that´s why in a recent survey a majority said keeping the government open
Calling the Trump administration’s tax reform plan a “middle-class tax increase,” two California lawmakers introduced a bill that would force large companies to fork over half of their expected savings to the state. Assemblymen Kevin McCarty and Phil Ting, both Democrats, introduced Assembly Constitutional Amendment 22, which calls for a 10 percent surcharge on companies with a net earnings over $1 million. The plan could potentially raise billions for the state´s social services programs. “It is unconscionable to force working families to pay the price for tax breaks and loopholes benefiting corporations and wealthy individuals,” Ting said in a statement,
The Senate on Monday was set to hold a successful vote to reopen the federal government, after Senate Democrats agreed to let the bill through even though it doesn´t include immigration language they are seeking. "We will vote today to reopen the government to continue negotiating a global agreement," Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said on the floor. Under the bill up to be called up, the government would be fully funded through Feb. 8, and it would fund the Children´s Health Insurance Program for six years. It would also reopen the government, which has been partially closed since midnight
It’s billions of dollars over budget and seven years behind schedule, and appears to have no plausible way of living up to its goal of getting riders across the state in three hours or less. Welcome to what’s arguably the nation’s largest infrastructure project and California’s biggest boondoggle. The highly hyped bullet train has been a challenge from the start. No one thought it would be technically, financially and politically easy, but the way the project has been mishandled has some Californians fed up and demanding answers. Just this week, the California High-Speed Rail Authority, the organization charged with overseeing
