Rep. Jordan Presses FBI Director
To Release FISA Application for
Trump Surveillance

PJ Media, by Debra Heine

Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) drew blood this morning during his pointed questioning of FBI Director Christopher Wray at a House Judiciary Committee hearing. (Snip) “Director, did Peter Strozk help produce and present the application to the FISA court to secure a warrant to spy on Americans associated with the Trump campaign?” Jordan asked. Wray said he was not prepared to discuss applications tied to the FISA process, but Jordan pressed on. "We´re not talking about the FISA court but what the FBI took to the court -- the application," he said. Jordan -- and later the Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob

I will add Jim Jordan to my list of congressmen who are fighting the good cause. Maybe Devin Nunes will be more successful since Wray deferred to the investigations of the intelligence committees. That FISA application is the key to the entire mess that we are in and what the Democrats did in order to push Clinton over the finish line.

Contd. FTA: "He [Wray]  said that FBI staff was having "extensive interaction with both intelligence committees" in response to questions about the FISA court, which he stated was "the appropriate setting for those questions."

It´s no wonder they don´t want to give that FISA application because it will again expose Obama and his regime for the criminals that they are. I guess we will have to wait for Judicial Watch to get the documents like they have everything else the congress has been unable to secure.

OTH, I´m sure since Nunes is really on the warpath he is doing everything he can to secure that FISA application, much to the consternation of Adam Schiff, et al.

Here´s a news flash for FBI Director Christopher Wray: If you are trying to protect the FBI´s reputation by hiding this evidence, give it up. The FBI´s reputation is in tatters thanks to the Obozo Administration. The only salvation now is to stop obstructing, come clean, and let the partisan crooks be outed.

We are woke. Resistance is futile.

Just imagine the FBI Director refusing to answer these questions to a legal oversight committee. It´s really is almost beyond imagination that he had the guts, the sheer raw chutzpah, to do that. Wray should have been fired on the spot and the next AH brought in and asked the same questions and if he refused to answer, fire his a-55, too- and then call in the next one. Pretty damn soon, I think you´ll get truthful answers to your questions.

I saw part of the hearings this morning. Christopher Wray was not impressive. He seems like just another political blowhard appointee that just talks in politispeak and canned phrases.

Wray is covering for something, no doubt about it. I dearly hope that it is for a detailed IG report which will find a few FBI folks guilty of serious wrongdoing and will get them prosecuted.

Democrats are attacking Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s credibility after the Department of Justice released text messages showing a top FBI agent on both the Clinton email investigation and the Russia probe rooting for Clinton while he was investigating her and discussing an unknown “insurance policy” against Trump in case he won the election. The pro-Clinton, anti-Trump messages were, ironically, discovered as part of an investigation into the DOJ and FBI launched by the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General (IG) in response to Democratic politicians demanding a probe into possible anti-Clinton bias at

Alabama is one of the most reliably Republican states in the country. The last time a Democrat was elected was in 1992, and no Democrat has won more than 40 percent of the vote in a Senate race there since 1996. The closest election in recent memory was in 2002, when Jeff Sessions won re-election by a razor-thin margin of 19 points. Sen. Richard Shelby has won his last three elections by 35 points, 30 points and 28 points, respectively. So it takes a special kind of stupid to pick a candidate who can lose to a Democrat in Alabama.

Scandal: For 18 months, the FBI has been fixated on determining whether President Trump worked with Russia to influence the 2016 election. But explosive text exchanges between top FBI agents suggest it should be looking in the mirror. The text messages sent between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, which became public on Wednesday, provide a rare and illuminating window into just how rabidly partisan putatively nonpartisan law enforcement officials can be. In the exchanges, they called Trump an "idiot," a "loathsome human," an "enormous do-che," and said "this man cannot be president." When not berating Trump, they were praising Hillary Clinton.
