How is it possible that Hillary Clinton escaped criminal indictment for mishandling classified documents despite incriminating evidence that she violated the Espionage Act? Why did Donald Trump become the target of a criminal investigation for allegedly conspiring with Russia to influence the presidential election despite no evidence that he ever did so? The answer, it seems, comes down to one person who played a vital role in both cases: Peter Strzok, deputy director of counterintelligence at the FBI. Strzok was exchanging politically charged texts with an FBI lawyer that denigrated Trump and lauded Clinton at the same time he was
Comey and Mueller are caught red-handed not notifying Congress of a compromised investigation. They failed to cover themselves and even now they are not getting out in front. Time to admit this and a new FBI created that does´t operate as some secret police in the nature of the Hitler´s National Socialist Party.
Yes, “grossly negligent” becomes “extremely careless”. A criminal investigation becomes a "matter".
"It depends upon what the meaning of the word ´is´ is".
Leftists are masters of twisting language.
NO REPLACEMENT for Mueller. He and his stooges should be dismissed with prejudice. The investigation should immediately STOP. There should be a SMALL panel of approved people to review the existing "evidence" and determine, after a year of looking, if there is anything worthwhile pursuing. They may NOT investigate further, simply review and recommend.
They must NOT be fishing for Leftist delusions or "lying to investigators about legal matters" silliness.
They should be determining if there is a real CRIMINAL case pursuant specifically to RUSSIANS and TRUMP working ILLEGALLY to influence the ELECTION.
This does NOT include meetings with Russians at conferences or as part of your job as a Senator or as part of a business opportunity 10 years ago. It doesn´t include discussions such as "It would be nice to work together to solve the ISIS problem.". It does not include the typical counterintelligence speculation that accepted Hillary´s absurd Dossier as possible. Nor does it include a specious "obstruction of justice" fantasy.
There should be a laser focus on the issue originally concerned about as a CRIMINAL matter. There should also be a HARD timeline, perhaps 2 months, to present their decision.
We already KNOW that there is nothing there. This would simply be finalizing it.
Strozk is just the guy that was stupid enough to be so obvious that it couldn´t be hidden any longer, even by the complicit republican members of The Swamp. The entire leadership of the FBI is just as corrupt. They all need to go, some to jail.
Inside any organization, especially one that operates in secrets, there develops a whole gaggle of cliques- departments, sub-departments, investigative groups, special investigators, closed door clatches that supposedly are performing ´special´ inquiries and studies, etc. Inevitably, these groups develops unique trusts between members and then they develop special goals and become entirely refocused on particular agendas within the department. Team mebers go to luncheons together, order in pizza, have late night sessions and soon, they become a force unto themselves, their original mission is forgotten. A great example of this is the TV series, "The shield". A "Special Task Force" was developed headed by a dirty, brutal cop named Mackey. He hand picked his team, and they operated in a very unique manner, using techniques that were illegal and even criminal. When the system got in the way slowing down regular police work, the Chief would reluctantly call in Mackey and his boys- they would violate every constitutional practice in the book- but they got results almost instantly. No one would ever ask the right questions to shut them down and if they did, one of Mackey´s boys would give them a little "midnight tune up"
This is actually the way the real world works- at least part of it- and always has. In the case of the FBI- it has taken over the entire establishment, due to a corrupt Obama Administration that universally despised the slow grinding process of democratic laws, rules and decency.
There´s a good reason Strzok was so brazen. Had he been a rogue partisan he would have been more careful. Clearly he was comfortable in his surroundings because his surroundings were a great fit, people just like him. The whole socialist elite class including Hillary herself were so confident that Hillary would win they didn´t take the rational precautions that would have come with any doubt.
Things are indeed unraveling. If we want to get answers, seems the DOJ has the power to release all the requested documents by the oversight committees now. The chairmen all have the highest security classifications, so they are cleared to see any of them.
Why are they being stonewalled? Could it be feet dragging to hopefully have a different Senate in charge? Maybe.. but if Sessions can´t see his way clear of this, who can demand it? Seems all the cards are still stacked against the truth coming out!
All this corruption, destruction of subpoenaed emails and documents, illegal servers, rigged primary election, illegal domestic spying, fake dossier, numerous violations of the Constitution and not one person has been charged. What do all these perps involved have in common? They´re all Democrats who supported, protected, covered up and lied for obama and Hillary. What will happen to them? My guess is not enough to make us here happy. If there are any consequences at all they won´t be enough to keep these partisan Democrat hacks from worming their way back in positions of power in the Federal government!
WRONG!! Don´t believe for one minute that this Strzok character was the rogue villain who orchestrated this complex nefarious scheme all by himself. This plot began at 2.31 am on Nov 9 2016 from the highest echelons of then US Government. Strzok might be made a scapegoat or fall guy but the real evil is lurking way at the top.

So this worm just happened to wheedle his slimy self into every little nook and cranny of the FBI so he could do his dirty stuff, huh? Not quite. Don´t believe that for a second. No, he was just one of the Dirty Dozen working to destroy Trump --- and a minor character at that --- so he´s now as expendable as Trini Lopez was in the original movie because he´s not the big name star.
Mueller threw this guy off the stagecoach because he can hear the wolves getting closer and he needed to lighten the load to move faster. Strzok (Russian name??)did what he was told.
Why are we finding out in December what happened in August? So Mueller could pull off more dirty tricks before Congress got wind. And where is Congress --- oh btw???
Do you really need this ridiculous explanation of "how" some relative flack corrupted an investigation? Did you really NOT think Comey was corrupt in July, 2016 after his speech? With all the KNOWN history of EVERY person on this Mueller team SINCE IT STARTED, has Gregg Jarrett offered anything we didn´t already know just because Strzok was caught texting his mistress?
What in the living Billy S***ing Hell do you think it takes to stop the fantasyland dossier investigation and start to investigate the woman who traded 20 percent of OUR uranium reserves for personal cash and ON PURPOSE, had our most sensitive information available 24/7/365 for four years?
I don´t care what you´re getting but I´m real tired of all this stupid ass intrigue as if we´re "getting" to the bottom of something. The bottom cannot be more clear and has been wide open for viewing for over a year now with GOP leaders and the "outstanding, honest, full of integrity" attorney general acting like this is all new information. Does that not PROVE that they too are just as involved in impeaching Trump as the entertainment-education-media complex, Marxists and deep state?
I´m all stocked up on pillows, gold, mattresses, safes, and simple home security systems. I don´t need to hear the SAME damn story for over a year to know this federal government leadership is using MY tax money to illegally impeach a duly elected president. Is there ANY elected politician other than Trump himself who WILL stop this utter nonsense?
The FBI is the Deep State and should be closed down. They are the NeverTrumpers best friends. We have a unique opportunity to Make America Great Again and will fight the FBI, CIA, IRS, ABC, CBS, NFC, CNN and any other cogwheel of the Democrat steamroller we have to. DOW 24,000, baby.
Oh please, Mueller knew exactly who he was hiring. 100% democrats who gave to Hillary. Strzok interviewed Clinton, Mills & her staff. They all knew who he was. I heard this morning his girlfriend is on the Mueller´s special council too. U wonder who leaked Strzok´s communications? It´s sounds like a real weird place to work. ...10,000 lawyers in one place my my ..
I love Gregg Garrett, but I laughed out loud at his suggestion that Comey,et.al, need to be put under oath to get to the bottom of all of this. Under oath? Didn´t Comey already lie under oath to the Congress? And he just got a what $10 million book deal? These people would lie to their mothers under oath. And they will continue to lie under oath or not about this case. The deep state is too important to be tampered with.
Perjury doesn´t exist if you are a Democrat. Well with one exception, the poor, hapless Martha Stewart.
Bowl season is here, and before the best four teams in the country step into the spotlight on New Year’s Day, college football fans will be treated to a cross-country tour of unique venues and uncommon matchups as 74 other teams get a chance to end their 2017 campaigns on a positive note. While it doesn’t approach the nationwide fervor stirred up by March Madness, contests in which fans attempt to predict the winners of every single bowl game have become a staple of the early December lull between Army-Navy and the start of the bowl schedule. But the postseason
When ESPN canceled its new program with Barstool Sports this fall after just one episode, the network tried to distance itself from the men’s blog that has stoked criticism for everything from calling Rihanna fat to saying girls wearing skinny jeans deserve to be raped. But a controversy about the treatment of women was already brewing inside the network. The Bristol, Conn., juggernaut was under scrutiny for a sexual harassment and retaliation complaint filed this summer with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. And ESPN’s willingness to partner with Barstool emboldened others to speak out about the entrenched locker room culture,
Of the many astonishing revelations now emerging from the Russia investigation, not enough has been made of the fact that -- that Zelig of the FBI who mysteriously appeared at every controversial moment -- was second in command for counterintelligence. That´s right, counterintelligence -- that activity "designed to prevent or thwart spying, intelligence gathering, and sabotage by an enemy or other foreign entity." And yet that same Mr. Strzok was conducting a clandestine extra-marital affair with an FBI colleague over thousands of text messages that could be and likely were (more of that in a moment) intercepted by those same foreign intelligence
Now that the Alabama special election is over, it’s time to get real. Long before the creepy allegations against him, I didn’t care for Roy Moore. I’m just not a fan of politicians or judges who ignore the law because they don’t like it, and seek to impose their will. That’s what Moore did as a judge when he refused to remove the Ten Commandments from the courthouse and was ultimately removed from the bench for it. I didn’t like it when Barack Obama did it on countless issues, and I don’t like it when someone who is registered in the same
It’s this close: Republicans in the House and Senate have struck a $1.5 trillion tax-cut deal that could put the economy on a fast track for years. All they need is to put the final touches on the bill and pass it in both chambers. President Trump could sign it by Christmas. That would be a major win — not just for Trump and the GOP, but for America. GOP lawmakers managed to address some key gripes about the plan. To ease the hit in high-tax states from the cap on the state-and-local-tax (SALT) writeoff, they dropped the top rate from 39.6
Top Republicans are turning their focus to FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe as they scrutinize a host of anti-Trump texts exchanged between two bureau officials, raising questions about one in particular that seemed to reference an “insurance policy” against a Trump presidency. That text was revealed on Tuesday night when the Justice Department released hundreds of messages between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who were romantically involved and at one point worked on Robert Mueller´s Russia probe. “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office - that there’s no way he gets elected
In this season of frenzied liberal assault on the incumbent president and the almost uniform view of the long-standing bipartisan political elite of the United States that President Trump is a maniac, any falsehood about him or act of obstruction is justified in damaging his presidency, impairing his ability to govern, and bringing forward the swiftest possible return of the status quo ante-Trump. It is now routine for the principal outlets of media mythmaking to invoke the legacy of Richard Nixon confected by his accusers of long ago. The particular myth that has for several years been the preferred falsehood
There is a profound difference between (i) the soap-opera charges now being leveled by some opportunistic women against President Donald Trump and leveraged for cheap political gain by the Gillibrand Hypocrites within the Democrat Party and (ii) the pants-dropping of The Icon, John Conyers, and the butt-squeezing, tongue-slithering obscenities of Sen. Al Franken (who now indeed will have to leave the upper chamber, with no Roy Moore to counterbalance). Conyers and Franken have lost all legitimacy. By contrast, the American people elected President Trump with full transparent cognition of his public and private portfolio, thereby validating his office. 1. Personal Character
There was plenty of blame to go around as the Republican Party attempted to reconcile Tuesday’s painful election loss in deeply conservative Alabama, but most of the finger-pointing was directed at former White House chief political strategist Steve Bannon. Rep. Peter T. King of New York called on fellow Republicans to dump him. Former White House press secretary Anthony Scaramucci told Bloomberg TV that Mr. Bannon “has to be defeated by the Republican Party and frankly [he] has to be defeated by America.” A close ideological ally of President Trump, Mr. Bannon is leading a populist insurgency against the party’s Washington establishment
There was a rush to judgment last week on Peter Strzok, a top FBI counterintelligence agent and one of the lead agents on the Hillary Clinton emails investigation, after revelations that Strzok exchanged text messages during the 2016 campaign with an FBI lawyer that were pro-Clinton and anti-Trump. The lawyer was Lisa Page, with whom he was having an extramarital affair. Like Strzok, Page worked on both the Clinton probe and on special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of possible Trump campaign collusion with Russia. In light of the obvious appearance of bias, Mueller rightly removed Strzok from the Trump-Russia case. (Page had
Democratic leaders aren’t going to shut down the government to save Dreamers in December. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi haven’t stopped fighting to deliver something on immigration by the end of the month. But they’ve subtly shifted their rhetoric in recent days and aren’t insisting that deportation relief be paired with a government funding bill this year. Top Democrats’ retreat from demands on a deal before 2018 ensures they won’t get blamed for a possible shutdown and won’t upend Senate talks on a bipartisan deal combining relief for Dreamers with border security. Those negotiations appear
Political elites on both sides of the Atlantic are still frothing over President Donald Trump’s retweeting of three videos recording Muslims acting badly. The videos originated with a reviled British organization, Britain First, deemed a hate group by the British establishment for linking Britain’s high levels of Muslim immigration to incidents of Islamic terrorism. (Snip)The fury that Trump’s tweets have inspired is hard to square with cable news’ predilection for running endless repeats of videos showing police-officer use of force against civilians. If the media ever provided “context” for those videos, it passed by too fast for the eye to
A professor at Boston University has proclaimed Christmas carol favorite “Jingle Bells” to be a “racist song” and is urging people to shun the jaunty tune. Kyna Hamill, a theater history professor at Boston University, recently told the Boston Globe that the venerable Christmas song has a “secret” racist past that has been “systematically” hidden from Americans as they celebrate the Christmas season. “The history of the song has remained hidden behind its local and season affection,” Hamill told the paper. She continued saying the song’s “blackface and racist origins have been subtly and systematically removed from its history.” (Tweet/Video) Hamill
Conventional wisdom is that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is asleep at the wheel – from recusing himself unnecessarily from the Trump-Russia collusion investigation to doing nothing about the politicization and weaponization of the Department of Justice. He also gave free rein to his deputy A.G., Rod Rosenstein, who is in turn allowing Special Counsel Robert Mueller unlimited time, money, and jurisdiction to investigate President Trump´s entire life. Last summer, Trump expressed disappointment in Sessions, calling him "beleaguered," wondering why Sessions wasn´t looking into Hillary Clinton´s emails and true election chicanery. Rudy Giuliani was floated as a possible replacement. Was Trump truly
Former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder threatened Republicans in Congress against removing Special Counsel Robert Mueller the day after GOP congressmen grilled Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein over Mueller stacking his team of Trump investigators with Hillary Clinton donors and lawyers. Holder issued his threat in a tweet Wednesday morning. Eric Holder, image via screengrab. “Speaking on behalf of the vast majority of the American people, Republicans in Congress be forewarned:any attempt to remove Bob Mueller will not be tolerated. These are BS attacks on him/his staff that are blatantly political-designed to hide the real wrongdoing. Country not party”
Female actresses attending this year’s Golden Globes ceremony are reportedly planning to wear only black in protest of the widening sexual abuse scandal that has engulfed Hollywood this year.According to E! News, the plan originally started with just a small group of women but gradually grew as other women wished to express solidarity. “So all of the female actresses and attendees, or most of them at least, are standing in solidarity together in a form of protest,” said ceremony host Jackie Oshry on The Morning Breath radio show. “They’re all going to be wearing black, obviously to protest the injustices
Alabama is one of the most reliably Republican states in the country. The last time a Democrat was elected was in 1992, and no Democrat has won more than 40 percent of the vote in a Senate race there since 1996. The closest election in recent memory was in 2002, when Jeff Sessions won re-election by a razor-thin margin of 19 points. Sen. Richard Shelby has won his last three elections by 35 points, 30 points and 28 points, respectively. So it takes a special kind of stupid to pick a candidate who can lose to a Democrat in Alabama.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders trolled April Ryan with a homemade pecan pie on Wednesday evening and it was glorious. (Photos) The Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor previously reported, April Ryan, White House reporter for American Urban Radio networks and CNN analyst, demanded President Donald Trump’s Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders provide proof she baked a pie she tweeted a photo of on Thanksgiving Day. April Ryan demanded, “Show it to us on the table with folks eating it and a pic of you cooking it.” So that’s exactly what fearless warrior Sarah Sanders did Wednesday evening! Sarah Sanders
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel (D) is proposing a new motto for the city that takes aim at President Trump. Emanuel, who served as chief of staff under former President Barack Obama, told Stephen Colbert that he has declared Chicago a “Trump-free zone” and joked that its new motto is “A city he’ll never sleep in.” “We don’t want him,” Emanuel said on “The Late Show” Wednesday night. Emanuel told Colbert that multiple Chicago initiatives, such as public scholarships available to recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) immigration program and environmental regulations, do not line up with the
Scandal: For 18 months, the FBI has been fixated on determining whether President Trump worked with Russia to influence the 2016 election. But explosive text exchanges between top FBI agents suggest it should be looking in the mirror. The text messages sent between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, which became public on Wednesday, provide a rare and illuminating window into just how rabidly partisan putatively nonpartisan law enforcement officials can be. In the exchanges, they called Trump an "idiot," a "loathsome human," an "enormous do-che," and said "this man cannot be president." When not berating Trump, they were praising Hillary Clinton. In one
Spirits were high inside the House chamber on Thursday, November 16, when, in the early afternoon, the gavel fell and a measure to rewrite the American tax code passed on a partisan tally of 227 to 205. As the deciding votes were cast—recorded in green on the black digital scoreboard suspended above the floor—the speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, threw his head back and slammed his hands together. Soon he was engulfed in a sea of dark suits, every Republican lawmaker wanting to slap him on the shoulder and be a part of his moment. Ryan was the man of
Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin has requested UN Peacekeeping Forces to the City of Chicago to cut down on violence in the Windy City. Boykin says peacekeeping forces are needed to fight the “quiet genocide” in the streets of Chicago. The joys of liberalism: 603 people have been shot and killed in Chicago so far this year. 3,454 people have been shot. There have been 652 homicides in Chicago so far this year. CBS Chicago reported: Some politicians in the past have recommended deploying the National Guard to help Chicago quell gun violence, but Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin went
First, as the week began, came news of an attempted Islamic terrorist attack at New York’s Port Authority Bus Terminal…and next came everything we needed to know about the Mainstream News Media, which has once again, or finally become a punch line and a laughingstock. We need to exclude Fox News from that leftist cabal. Only Fox News still gives it mostly straight up, mostly fair and balanced. That same evening, visiting family when the Network News just came on, my son said, “Dad, which do you want first, the anti-cop story, the anti-Israel story, or the anti-Trump story?” That was ABC,
Democrats´ shocking victory in the Alabama Senate special election undoubtedly has raised their potential list of seats they might win. If they can win in the Deep South, they can win anywhere. High on the list of reach targets is Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who is up for re-election in 2018. Hillary Clinton did quite well in Texas, only losing by 9 points (better than she did in Iowa) — as compared to nearly 28 points in Alabama. What´s more, Democrats have a solid candidate in the form of Rep. Beto O´Rourke from El Paso. It is true, of course,
