Hillary Clinton must face the
consequences of her actions and
the scrutiny of a special counsel

Fox News, by Gregg Jarrett

No person in this country is so high that he or she is above the law. This includes Hillary Clinton. There is no station in life or standing in government or political aspiration that absolves someone from criminal conduct. In this way, we are all creatures of the law and are bound to obey it. An orderly society cannot function if it permits individuals to disregard the law with impunity. This fundamental principle, enunciated by the U.S. Supreme Court more than a century ago, is what gives sustenance to our democracy. Without it, lawlessness, chaos and tyranny at the hands

Mr. Jarrett points out there is no law prohibiting a president from directing the Department of Justice to pursue matters meriting criminal prosecution and cites Article II of the Constitution wherein the president “is specifically empowered to enforce all laws—something often accomplished by instructing the Justice Department to take action.” While a president may not abuse his office to pursue political vendettas, where sufficient evidence of illegality exists, his disregard to demand enforcement of the law would constitute “an egregious breach of his constitutional duty.”

I remain convinced that we need a Warren-type Commission to investigate the 2016 presidential election. (I modestly called it the Lakerman Commission.)
There are so many entanglements, I could use several pages to list all the suspects. Trying to sort those actors out, using special counsel, will muddy the already roiled waters.

Answer me this question: Why did a lowly seaman on a submarine get prosecuted by Comey & Co. to the fullest extent of the law for a selfie that was never intentionally transmitted anywhere while the Butcher was white washed by Comey for blatant security violations, including Top Secret/SCI material?

This is where we came in, and where we left--the scene in which a special prosecutor, also known as an independent counsel, brings charges against a high-ranking politician or two. Hillary Clinton hobbled across the sidewalk on crutches as she left daughter Chelsea´s New York home on her 70th birthday. But she then ditched them to pick up her ´Wonder Woman´ award at a star-studded ceremony on Thursday night. Hillary, who suffered a broken toe after a fall in London earlier this month, made the superhero-like transformation as day turned to night. She managed to look radiant in red in photos obtained by DailyMail.com, as she headed out of Chelsea´s apartment before turning up crutch-less to accept the accolade. Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team running the Russia collusion probe are being accused by fellow attorneys of employing aggressive and questionable tactics in past cases, potentially putting a dent in his straight-shooter image. As the investigation heats up and key players like former White House chief of staff Reince Priebus and press secretary Sean Spicer are interviewed by investigators, several attorneys with experience in federal cases spoke out with their concerns this week. Those students, now juniors, could be the first at Elyria High to graduate under the Latin honors system that is used by universities and is gaining popularity in secondary education. If the proposal is adopted, students in 2019 would strive toward graduating cum laude (3.75 to 3.99 grade-point average), magna cum laude (4.0 to 4.299 GPA) and summa cum laude (4.3 or higher GPA).

Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff railed against congressional leaders in closed-door remarks to wealthy donors and called for a “purge” if GOP lawmakers don’t quickly rally behind President Donald Trump’s agenda. In remarks at a Republican National Committee event at the St. Regis Hotel in Washington on Tuesday morning, Nick Ayers also warned that Republicans are “on track to get shellacked” in next year’s midterm elections if GOP lawmakers don’t pass Trump’s legislative priorities.
