MONTGOMERY, Alabama — Judge Roy Moore, the GOP nominee for the U.S. Senate in Alabama, told nationally syndicated radio host Sean Hannity on Friday afternoon that his campaign is conducting its own investigation into the allegations against him and has “some evidence of some collusion” against him. Moore said when Hannity asked him to respond to the dozens of establishment Republicans demanding he step down from his race for the U.S. Senate: If you step aside for any allegation, then you might as well not run because when you run you’re going to get allegations. First, I would tell these

FTA: we have some evidence of some collusion here but we’re not ready to put that to the public just yet.

I think that would be a "criminal conspiracy" rather than "collusion," and if he can find proof, if the woman who claims something happened 40 years ago when she was a 14 year old girl is not being truthful, se should face exactly the same punishment that any man would get if her claim were true.

If not "exactly the same" then even more jail time for a false claim.

There are vast sums of money being expended, in a variety of ways, to destroy President Trump and, quite likely, Republicans in general—especially Republicans who are not part of the GOPe. Two timeworn adages come to mind: “Money Talks” and “Follow the Money”

Well, it looks like one of the accusers is a Clinton/Obama Democrat operative who took down some of her anti-GOP Facebook rhetoric.

And another report is that a Wash Post reporter named "Beth" (and the report ID´d a Beth on the Wash Post reporter roster online that matches the description of this "Beth") was offering $1000 for information leading to accusers against Judge Moore. That may be a second hand report and like the game of telephone we played as kids, lost something in the translation.

But there´s something that stinks about this story and it ain´t that Judge Moore is a cad (he says it didn´t happen, but most of us weren´t there and don´t know -- and it was nearly 40 years ago). The why now behind the story -- what led the Washington Post to send folks down to Alabama to search out this story is what I´d like to know.

But maybe Judge Moore should hire someone to take care of this issue. Rush recommends an expert at things like this -- Hillary Clinton.

#9, I understand your sentiment, but I can´t find that the RNC spent more than the $350,000 they authorized in June. I´m not sure the RNC ever has had "30 million" to spend on any one race anywhere in the US.

HANNITY: “And you can say unequivocally that you never dated anybody that was in their late teens like that when you were 32?”

MOORE: “It would have been out of my customary behavior, that’s right.”

President Donald Trump´s occasional unfiltered coarse cloudbursts belie a man who is enormously joyful, having an abundance of entertaining good humor easily expressed, fairly shared. Trump is having a ball, for good reasons.Trump´s first year as president may have been the most extraordinary since the 1840s. While Trump has disrupted almost all presidential governance and communication norms, his tenure so far has produced capital market gains of some $7 trillion, spreading investment wealth to millions of regular Joes and Marys, while tax cuts have already distributed $3 billion in bonuses and wage hikes to over 2 million workers and counting.

As Congress and the White House go back to the drawing board on immigration, the administration took a hard line against compromise plans pushed by Senate moderates, and a new Harvard University poll backed up President Trump’s plan. But another spokesman decried a bipartisan compromise pushed by three senators not at the meeting, Sens. Lindsey Graham, Floyd Flake and Dick Durbin. “Their plan totally fails to secure

Once elected, Romney would find himself embroiled in day-to-day congressional fights and less free to voice his criticisms of the White House, while losing some of the deference he´s been shown by members of his own party.
