NRSC cuts fundraising ties with Roy Moore

The Republican Party´s Senate campaign apparatus has severed ties with Roy Moore, a day after the Alabama Senate candidate was accused of engaging in sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl when he was in his early 30s. According to Federal Election Commission records, the National Republican Senatorial Committee removed itself Friday from a joint fundraising agreement with Moore´s campaign. The Alabama Republican Party and the Republican National Committee still belong to the agreement. NRSC Chair and Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner called the allegations against Moore "deeply troubling" after the Washington Post broke the story on Thursday. "If these allegations are

The key word here is "IF".

There is no proof that anything happened. Yet, he is being crucified.

And, saddest of all, it is the Repuli-CAN´Ts that are screaming the loudest for his head.

Expect EVERY Republican candidate for any position to get this same treatment from now on if it works here.

Fight Roy!!!!! You are one of the good guys. A true conservative. We need you in Congress now more than ever!!!

Is there ANY independent proof that four reasonable people would accept as being more than speculation? Just like the Trump Russia collusion or for that matter accusations against Clarence Thomas, the answer is nothing, not a shred.

No one has ever seen Republicans move this fast. Of course, it is against a Republican, and fully orchestrated. At the same time, the Republicans are testifying to the fine character of Senator Menendez. This attack is so malicious, that I do not care what Mr. Moore did, or did not do, I would vote for Moore anyway. He is still a better man than any Democrat or any GOPe.

That’s exactly why I quit giving to the Republican Party, they pick & choose who they want to support (fake republicans) instead of allowing the people to make the decision.

This is the lead statement on the NRSC site:

"The NRSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee) is the only national organization solely devoted to strengthening the Republican Senate Majority and electing Republicans to the United States Senate."

This is the NRSC site which will accept e-mails. Maybe we should rise up and let them know what we think of their treachery!

I am totally disgusted!!

Judge Moore crucified by his own party for filthy accusations which are so suspect as to be laughable. I
keep wondering how much more Democrat the GOPe has to act before we realize its time for new party. This has all been coordinated with the Deep State. Crickets from those elected Pubbies who assure us of their strong Christian principles. Past heartbreaking that we have such disgusting men in the Senate.

My first thought #6.

Maybe i´ve missed it, but where are these now middle-aged women? Why don´t they come forward, in public?

IF the charges are true (and it is hard to believe them, since Moore has been in public office, as a JUDGE, no less.

Wouldn´t you think these women would have been screaming Hypocrite! when Moore was on his Ten Commandments campaign?

So, if the NRSC wants to have any credibility, they should make a statement that people are innocent until proven guilty, and we should not rush to destroy the man before we´ve seen the proof.

There´ve been so many false charges made against men, and then their reputations are ruined.

If he behaved in such an unseemly manner, then he ought to step aside, but certainly not on the basis of these anonymous accusation.

Just wondering, will the Republican Senators demand Menendez step down if he´s convicted?

IF the accusations have any merit, that will play out after December 12th. Meanwhile, keep the Dems out of the seat and whack the RINOs.

Going further,no matter what happens here, I plan to make NO DONATIONS to the NRSC. Instead make donations to INDIVIDUAL candidates that are not RINOs.

Some observations here:
If the GOPes had moved this fast to repeal husseincare, they would have had the senate, house and presidency for the next 20 years.
Some commenters are still under the impression that we and the GOPes are on the same side. This is not true. It´s We The People vs. the GOPe-rats.
The GOPes are more afraid of something/someone than they are of their voters.
Roy Moore should run against McTurtle, Romney, McCain, etc. in addition to the rats.

No statute of limitations on this type of non-proven accusation? It is working all over the place in liberal land so they decided this is better than October surprise.

His accusers should be named so he can sue for damages if it is false.

But if we splinter into factions we are more done than they want Moore to be. I don´t know if the far right can relate to Atkins and Bachman being too extreme on anti-abortion to be elected by the middle and independents. They just will not vote against total choice for women ban.

Think guns and anti-guns and how the democrats dance a delicate dance for the moderates. Gun control and abortion on demand or total elimination are the topics that keep us all in party?

In light of the potential government shutdown looming over budget negotiations and quietly being used to pressure Republicans into providing a legislative solution for Dreamers, its worth examining what Democrats had to say on the subject in the run-up to the last government shutdown in 2013.Democrats, then in control of the White House and the Senate, castigated Republicans in harsh and personal terms in response to their refusing to approve a budget deal that did not defund Obamacare. Their criticisms centered around a rejection of the shutdown as a negotiating tool; they argued that it is an abdication of duty

An ongoing mantra of the left is that everyone is a victim, with a singular carve-out for white men. A large group of the female population has embraced this chant. While there may be a number of grievances put forth by this movement, there also comes a theme that is particularly dangerous: the feminist attack on masculinity. This is derived not only from feminists; it comes from the left in general. There has emerged a war on masculinity. Why? Because masculine men are harder to control under tyrannical socialism. The modern beta male, on the other hand, craves socialism. This

President Trump’s latest obloquy—calling a number of countries “s**tholes” and asking why we are expected to accept their immigrants—is offensive for all the reasons you’ve probably heard: it’s insulting, racially divisive, callous, and so on. The United States has welcomed immigrants from various “s**thole” countries for much of its history. Those schleppers worked, sweated, and saved, started businesses, paid taxes, and asked God to bless America. If only that was all there was to it. As is so often case in this president’s administration, noxious wording is distracting from a serious public-policy debate. The truth is that an “hourglass,” low-mobility, big-government

Ever since Donald Trump entered the political arena, his intelligence has been viciously attacked and his supporters have been labeled as moronic deplorables. In a recent Trump tweet, the president responded to the most recent attack by saying he is a stable genius. The mainstream media never bothered checking evidence of Obama´s intelligence before one historian declared him "the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency", even though his academic records were sealed. What these attacks do prove is who the real brains are and who are the dummies: Alan Dershowitz may be for real

A crazed, bug-eyed Cory Booker, junior senator from New Jersey, blasted Department of Homeland Security secretary Kristjen Nielsen during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday on immigration. Booker became so unhinged in his staged outrage that he repeatedly threatened Nielsen, with clenched fists pointed in her direction. Equal to Booker´s overt violation of Nielsen´s right to be treated without hostility and intimidation was the deranged content of his tirade. Nielsen had stated earlier she did not hear the president say the "s-hole" word at last week´s White House meeting on DACA. Booker went ballistic and accused Nielsen of covering up

From his perch in the Ohio governor’s mansion, Republican John Kasich is keeping a keen eye on President Trump’s every move and showing a willingness — some say eagerness — to hurl rotten tomatoes toward the leader of his party when he gets upset with the act.He has become a go-to anti-Trump source for the media and often doesn’t even wait for the press to call. Instead, he leaps in to pile on after presidential missteps. While insisting he wants Mr. Trump to succeed, Mr. Kasich has pointedly refused to rule out mounting a primary challenge against the president in 2020.

TRENTON, N.J. — Days before his inauguration as New Jersey’s 56th governor, Phil Murphy had Hollywood on his mind. The 60-year old Democrat had just read a headline about reshoots on “All the Money in the World,” which had been done in a hurry to remove disgraced actor Kevin Spacey from the movie. (Snip) Murphy is ready to end his obscurity. On Tuesday, when he is sworn in, New Jersey will become one of just eight states where Democrats run every branch of government. If Murphy has his way, New Jersey will become a proving ground for every liberal policy

Former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fla.) on Monday threw his support behind former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney, who is reportedly weighing a Senate run in Utah. Mitt would make a phenomenal addition to the U.S. Senate. I hope he runs. https://t.co/3Vcg6txQmN — Jeb Bush (@JebBush) January 15, 2018 Bush´s endorsement on Twitter comes shortly after Romney criticized President Trump for reportedly describing African nations, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole countries" during a meeting with lawmakers on immigration reform last week.

Three-quarters of the members of a federally chartered board advising the National Park Service abruptly quit Monday night out of frustration that Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke had refused to meet with them or convene a single meeting last year. The resignation of nine out of 12 National Park System Advisory Board members leaves the federal government without a functioning body to designate national historic or natural landmarks. It also underscores the extent to which federal advisory bodies have become marginalized under the Trump administration. In May 2017, Zinke suspended all outside committees while his staff reviewed their composition and work. In a
