A Saudi prince is thought to have been killed in a firefight while resisting arrest as part of the kingdom´s anti-corruption purge. It comes just 24 hours after another of Riyadh´s royals died in a helicopter crash along with government ministers. Local media in the Gulf are reporting Prince Abdul Aziz bin Fahd, 44, was shot dead by authorities trying to arrest him as part of the anti-corruption sweep. Former FBI special agent Ali H Soufan announced on Twitter the son of the late King Fahd had died on Sunday. It was also reported in The Duran, who said Prince Abdul Aziz was ´deeply

At some point it will come out that the US gave the Saudis a list of terror supporting princes and suggested the purge.

Of course, most of these people will be purged for internal political reasons.

I´d suggest a re read of OZYMANDIAS to get an appreciation of them and our own "thing that will not leave"

If the current leader has had a real heart to heart discussion with some western leaders, he may have been made aware that unless Islam reforms and stops this jihadi stuff on their own, the final solution will be to make sure that there are zero remaining adherents to the Koran on this planet. Perhaps he actually is taking this seriously, stopping the terrorist funding folks inside the family.

#3, no idea of the precise answer to your question, certainly in the hundreds. Suppose each of the first generation has 5 wives and each wife has 10 kids. That is 50 kids, say half are male, so you have 25 princes from one. In the second generation, that would be 625 princes from one.

If it were only 3 wives and 6 kids each, 18 offspring, half males is 9. So, you get 81 males in the second generation. If you think I am blowing smoke, Osama bin Laden was one of 54 children of his father, and he had 21 children. They breed like rabbits.

In Europe, they have an average of 1.2 children per father (and mother, of course). See how Europe is screwed? The womb as a unbeatable weapon of conquest. No more Muslims into this country.

And the point that their grandfathers were herding goats is no lie. They may have been pretty well off goat herders, as goat herders go, but their country is largely sand deserts, until the oil boom, they had close to nothing.

New Orleans mayors have typically come from families with political pedigree. They have well established ties to the civic and business community. The great majority have claimed native roots. LaToya Cantrell, on the other hand, is a relative newcomer on the public scene. She is the first outsider elected to the office since Chicago-born Victor Schiro in 1961. Before her election as the District B representative in 2012, Cantrell’s community visibility was limited to Broadmoor, where she led a nonprofit that expedited the neighborhood’s recovery after Hurricane Katrina.
